This paper deals with the trend analysis and the patent prior-art for wireless rechargeable technology. By this technological analysis, the corresponding service applications and the strategy upon the mobile smart phone regarding the design UX/UI and several wireless rechargeable technology have been derived. The market outlook on the wireless rechargeable technology grows rapidly so that the market size is increased about six times bigger than that of the last year, and it will grow about 18 billion dollars in 2014. Because of that, as the interest on this area outfocused, many kinds of technology and new product are being exploited in this field. So the technological guidance and the patent map for the wireless rechargeable technology will highly expected. Especially due to our analysis, research and development about service application of this technology is one of the most promising areas, and several technological suggestions are represented which include the patentability and invalidation, right strategy and licensing policy, and battery sharing with extended durability, etc.

The purpose of this study was to explore organizational justice (distributive, procedural, and interactional justice) as the antecedent of and career satisfaction by conducting an integrative literature review. In addition, this study aimed to identify organizational support for career development (i.e., organizational sponsorship) as the potential mediating variable between organizational justice and career satisfaction. Based on an integrative literature review of previous research, this study proposed the conceptual model on the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction along with organizational support for career development. According to the conceptual model, organizational justice can add to the pool of important antecedents of career satisfaction, and organizational support for career development could mediate the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction. This study contributed to the human resource development (HRD) field through investigating the relationship between organizational justice and career satisfaction in a career development context in the workplace. Further, this study provided additional theoretical backgrounds to conduct organizational justice related research on diverse factors, such as potential mediating variables, influencing career satisfaction.

Core-wall construction method is applied in many high-rise building constructions. This is caused by the advantages of the method such as the effect of saved construction cost and shortened period. However, the analysis study of planning practice for core-wall construction shows matters take place during core-wall construction, such as increasing in construction cost and period. These matters result from the limited work space leading to low productivity, the activity interference leading to increasing in period, additional temporary work cost and time, and delayed concrete pour activity. A large part of these can be prevented taking place by very detailed and most careful core-wall construction plan. Therefore, this study suggests improvement directions of core-wall construction planning process focused on the cooperation system of a contractor between a sub-contractor and the process.

Most of the taxes in Korea are collected using a voluntary reporting payment system that meets most financial requirements. However, many people are unaware of their tax liability, and legal forces to ensure payment of taxes are weak within the Korean social structure. Therefore, the tax system cannot depend only on people's awareness of their tax liability, and for these reasons the Korean government has been investigating a system for fair taxation and the administrative punishment for tax evasion. In addition, an improvement to the taxation system is strongly 'demanded in order to protect taxpayers' rights, and improve the efficiency and rationality of the system. In this study, I compare and analyze the problems related to each nation's tax investigation system, and then propose an improved plan for a tax investigation system in Korea. It is necessary to prescribe in the bylaws of the Office of National Taxation that the investigator's performance rating or incentives are not affected in any way by the tax investigator's actual records on tax collection, as this type of evaluation can easily lead to conflicts with the primary goals of the law or written constitution.

최근 화석연료에 대한 에너지의존도가 높아지면서 철도차량분야에서 대체에너지를 도입하기 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지자체를 중심으로 활발하게 진행되거나 검토되고 있는 경량전철 시스템에 대해 대체에너지로 각광받고 있는 태양광 발전시스템에 대한 도입 타당성 검토를 연구하였다. 경량전철 전력설비 계통에 태양광 발전시스템을 연계하고자 했을 때, 검토되어야 할 기술적인 사항 등에 대한 조사하였으며, 특히 태양전지판을 경량전철 노선 벽면에 설치하였을 때 발전량이 확보할 수 있는지에 대한 선행연구를 하였다.

디지털TV라는 진화된 매체와 방송, 통신 융합이 라는 새로운 패러다임의 등장으로 인해 T-Commerce는 그 잠재성에 많은 기대를 받고 있는 시장이다. 그러나 현재까지 국내에서는 양방향 데이터 방송이 보편화된 상황이 아니며, 성공 사례도 부족하여, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델에 있어 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 고객 가치를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 우선, e-비즈니스 모델과 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 가치에 대한 선행연구들을 통해서 e-Commerce의 고객 가치 요인들을 분석하였다. 선행연구 분석결과를 T-Commerce 프로세스와 접목하여 6가지의 주요 요인을 채택하여, 홈 네트워크 시범단지의 포커스 그룹을 대상으로 실시된 T-Commerce 소비자 조사 결과를 바탕으로 타당성을 검증하였다.

범죄발생의 공간특성을 고려하지 않고, 방범 CCTV에 대한 체계적인 설치계획과 위치, 타당성 검증에 위한 과학적 분석은 전무한 상태에서 주민들의 민원이 빈발하는 지역 등에 CCTV를 중점적으로 설치하는 경우가 대부분인 실정이다. 본 연구는 효율적인 범죄예방을 위해 GIS 공간분석 기반의 표준화된 인위적 감시도구(CCTV) 설치위치 평가 방법론을 정립하기 위한 기초연구로서, 선행연구 및 법 가이드라인 조사를 통해 설문지를 기반으로 통계 분석 및 전문가 회의를 거쳐 CCTV 설치위치 분석을 위한 평가지표를 도출하였다.

건강한 수생태계 유지·관리를 위하여 다양한 수생생물을 활용한 각 분류군의 종별 서식지 적합도 지수 DB 구축의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 대부분의 수생생물의 경우 문헌 연구를 통해 서식지 적합도 지수를 산정하기는 어려우므로 현장 모니터링 자료를 이용한 어류, 저서생물 등의 서식지 적합도 지수를 산정하여 하천 복원 및 수생생물의 서식에 필요한 생태유량 결정에 중요한 인자로 활용하고 있다. 국내에서 하천 건강성 평가 등을 통해 수계별 다양한 조사를 수행하고 있으나 대부분의 연구는 출현 종 분류 및 출현율 등에 국한되어 있다. 또한, 부족한 현장 모니터링 자료로 인해 서식지 적합도 지수를 산정하기 위한 객관적이고 과학적인 물리적 인자를 도출하기 어려운 실정이며, 이는 전문가의 경험을 바탕으로 한 주관적 판단으로 이어져 결과의 신뢰성 측면에서 한계가 있을 수 있다. 따라서, 수계별 장기적인 모니터링 및 자료 구축을 위한 연구가 필요하며, 기존 서식지 적합도 지수 산정에 관한 방법의 장단점을 명확히 파악하여 국내 하천환경 및 특성에 적합한 서식지 적합도 지수 구축이 반드시 선행되어야 할 것이다.

'증거기반 교육'은 개인적 경험이나 성공 사례, 그리고 전통적인 속설보다는 과학적 연구결과와 근거가 중심이 되는 교육이다. 증거기반 창업 교육은 기존 속설과 믿음, 단편적 성공 사례로 인해 고착된 인지 편향을 완화시켜 중립적인 시각을 견지할 수 있으며, 직관과 경험을 넘어 데이터와 연구 결과에 의해 의사결정을 하는 분석적 자질을 연마하는데 기여한다. 본 논문은 현재 국내의 증기기반 창업교육의 현주소를 명확히 파악하기 위하여 1999년부터 2021년 출판된 49권의 창업교육 대학 교재를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 모든 도서의 내용을 1)창업기초, 2)비즈니스모델, 3)마케팅계획, 4)재무계획, 5)운영계획, 6)창업유형, 7)절차 및 제도의 각 7가지 기준으로 구분하고, 각각 사례, 단순통계, 변인 통계, 선행 연구의 비중을 분석하였다. 분석결과 증거의 핵심인 선행연구의 비중은 전체 교재의 총 분량 중 11.25%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 Charlier(2011)의 MBA 교과목 대상으로 조사한 결과와 유사한 값이다.

The private investigator service in Korea is to protect our legal market from personal right, creation of job, legal opening via OECD and FTA as well as the prevention of negative private investigation such as service center and private investigator operated without any control. Therefore, this study compares the civil research systems of advanced countries, reviews the legal process to introduce private investigator service as well as considers the previous studies to suggest the work sectors of private investigator service appropriate to Korea. As a result, it distinguished the private investigation work into corporate, finance, insurance, medical service, Cyber, traffic accidents, intellectual property right, lost and forensic science.
