본 논문에서는 해양 및 수산 분야의 투자용 기술력평가모형 개발을 위하여 민간 VC투자 활성화를 위한 평가기법 선행조사를 수행하며, 국내 관련 전문기관 등의 기술투자 관련 기술력평가 모형개발과 활용수준 등을 조사하고, 해외 관련 전문기관의 기술평가모형 현황에 대한 조사·분석을 수행하였다. 또한 투자용 기술력평가 모형의 용도와 방향 설정을 위하여 국내 기술투자 관련 전문가 그룹을 활용하여 기술공급자와 수요자 관점에서의 견해를 반영한 투자모형의 용도와 방향설정을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 기술투자 목적의 평가요인을 도출하고, 기술투자자 입장의 평가결과 유효성 검증을 통해 평가결과의 실무적 활용성을 제고시키고자 한다. 기술보증기금에서 개발한 기존의 투자용 기술력평가 모형이 많은 타 기관에 파급되어 운영되고 있지만, 활용수준이 미미한 점을 검토하여 VC의 투자의사결정 요소에 관한 연구결과를 기반으로 해양수산분야 투자용 기술력평가 신규모형을 설계하였다.

Expansion and growth of body information monitoring service based on WBAN technology speeds up technological evolution in bio-signal detection and measurement, real time monitoring of vital sign and telemedicine control. It is essential for taking action against such technological evolution that newest technology trend and standardization issue should be included in designing and materializing body-information monitoring system strategically to secure preceding technology and to preoccupy market. This study is concerned with the patentability and protection of intellectual property rights in Traditional Korea Medicine Paper. The results analyzed significance of patentability by investigated for many kinds of Traditional Korea Medicine Paper. It provide extension of intellectual property rights protection and further research region of TKM field by analysing information of patentability. Recently, In the protection of intellectual property rights, the importance of traditional knowledge resource in many country is increased. It will predict the number of apply for the patent increased annually This study will be provide judging guideline and strategy of intellectual property rights protection by search to detect all existing similar patents in Patent Office (Korea, Japan, U.S.A. EPO) about Traditional Korea Medicine Paper. As a result, It can not be investigated about 33% because of paper research or theoretical study or question investigation etc. But the case of 'The Korea Association of Herbology' and 'The Korean Oriental Medical Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dematology Society' have about 10% rate. If it will be constructed DB system, they will be protected by national treatment.

The study aims to assess college students' perception and needs for applying virtual reality(VR) techniques to library services. To achieve the purpose of the study, the study broadly reviewed previous studies related to applying various intelligent information technology including VR techniques to the core tasks and services in the fields of library. The study also examined total 563 college students' needs and perception regarding to applying VR techniques to current library services by using the survey method. On the basis of the survey findings, the study suggested some strategies for re-educating and preparing current librarains and library workers who can utilize new intelligent information technologies and contents including VR in the fields of library.

최근 기업활동에서 특허정보의 효율적 관리가 크게 강조되고 있다. 한국특허정보원은 특허청이 설립한 재단법인체이자 특허정보종합서비스 전문기관으로서 국내외 기업, 연구소, 발명가 등에게 특허기술정보를 인터넷을 통하여 무료로 제공하고 있으며 고객의 요청에 의한 전문화된 특허 선행기술조사, 분석 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 한국특허정보원의 주요 사업을 통해 기업체들이 특허활동에 KIPI 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 알아본다.

This study aimed to identify the factors of failure in cases where there was feasibility but was not successful in commercializing technology. For the study, 92 feasibility reports for new technologies were collected, and among these 4 studies that showed definite failure in commercialization of technology were analyzed in depth. Further analysis was based the factors pointed out by previous frameworks such as 1) discussion on success or failure in commercialization of technology, 2) that of venture company, and 3) valuation of technology studies. Previous studies pointed out success and failure factors as lack of funding, uncontrollable accidents, managing ability, inability for mass production and so forth, which had little difference to the pre-feasible evaluation of four cases. However, real reason was the lack of understanding technologies such as composition of technologies, production technologies required by stages, and lack of understanding of floor technologies. The misunderstandings were occurred regardless of CEO's experience and expertise. We did not touch the evaluation model of pre-feasibility studies, although we dealt with the failure of the pre-studies. The reason we do not generalize the results of this study is the fact that we dealt with only small cases.

본 논문은 선행연구를 통해 조사된 에너지기술 수용성 프레임워크의 적용을 통해 원자력에너지기술의 사례연구를 실시하고자 한다. 에너지 기술에서 수용성을 다루는 것은 지속가능한 혁신을 위한 중요한 요인으로 알려져 있으며, 본 프레임워크의 적용을 통한 사례연구로 원자력에너지기술의 수용성에 대한 체계적인 접근과 이해를 가능하게 하며, 이를 통한 정책적 제언이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of social dimensions in predicting the intention to use SNS. We proposed an integrative SNS acceptance model based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the technology acceptance model (TAM), and the social influence theory. Included in the model are attitude toward SNS use, subjective norm, information cascades, and perceived behavioral control as antecedents to intention to use SNS. An empirical analysis was conducted using data collected from a questionnaire survey with 228 college students in Korea, and it yielded the following findings. First, the two social dimensions, namely subjective norm and information cascades, were found to have a significant positive relationship with the intention to use SNS. In particular, information cascade turned out to have the strongest impact of the three antecedents to intention to use SNS. Second, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to have a significant positive influence on the attitude toward SNS use.

The present study identified determinants to user acceptance of artificial intelligence(AI)-based news anchor. Our conceptual model included three constructs of ability, benevolence, and integrity to determine whether these three constructs are predictive of trust perceived from AI news anchor. This work further examined the influences of social presence, anthropomorphism, perceived usefulness, understanding as well as trust as immediate determinants to user acceptance. The conceptual model was validated on survey data collected from 513 respondents. A series of scale refinement process was conducted by the examination of data normality, common method bias, structure of latent variables as well as internal consistency. In addition, a confirmatory factor analysis was performed to assess the extent to which the sample data collected from survey study measures the constructs adequately. The results from the analysis of structural equation model indicated that, (1) two constructs of ability and integrity were found to be significantly predictive of perceived trust, and (2) anthropomorphism, perceived usefulness, and trust emerged as significant and positive predictors of user acceptance of AI-based news anchor.

건설기술정보시스템(CODIL)에서는 2016년부터 중소 중견 건설 및 엔지니어링 업체의 기술경쟁력 강화에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 건설기술정보 서비스 사이트에 대한 안내서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 건설기술자에게 보다 유용한 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 일환으로써, 선행연구사례의 조사, 분석을 통해 건설기술정보 서비스 사이트 안내서비스를 성공적으로 이끌어 내기 위한 평가영역과 평가항목을 분석하였다.
