지난 3월 13일 제 2회 전국동시조합장선거를 통해 138개 축협 조합장 중 52개 축협에서 새로운 조합장이 당선됐다. 한국양계축산업협동조합(이하 한국양계농협)에는 제 5대 정성진 조합장이 선출되면서 앞으로 4년의 임기동안 중점 추진사항과 운영계획에 대해 들어보았다.

오리자조금위원회가 새로운 수장을 맞았다. 2006년 오리산업의 최고 부흥기를 이끌었던 김만섭 회장의 귀환이다. 사람들은 지난해 오리 총생산액이 1조4,000억원에 육박하고 지난해말 오리자조금의 새로운 수장으로 김만섭 위원장이 선출되면서 오리산업의 부흥을 다시 한번 기대하고 있다. 오리고기 소비확신을 통해 오리산업의 재도약 의지를 밝힌 김만섭 오리자조금관리위원장으로부터 오리고기 소비홍보의 새로운 계획을 들어봤다.

대한산업보건협회는 7월 16일, 세종특별자치시 대평동 소재 세종자동차극장에서 협회 임직원 및 후보자가 참석한 가운데 임시총회를 열고 백헌기 전(前)안전보건공단이사장을 신임 회장으로 선출했다. 이날 임시총회는 코로나19 확산에 대한 우려로 인해 이례적으로 야외에서 진행됐다. 협회 임직원들은 자발적인 방역에 나서며 감염방지에 총력을 다했다.

지난 1월 8일 대전에서 개최된 2020년도 계란자조금관리위원회 대의원회에서 제6대 계란자조금관리위원장에 김양길 부의장이 선임됐다. 최근 몇 년간 어려운 산란계 경기 속에서 자조금 거출실적 부진으로 난항을 겪고 있는 가운데 신임 회장으로 선출되면서 앞으로 계란자조금 거출률 향상방안, 거출방법 제고 등 사업 활성화를 위한 활동 계획을 들어보았다.

Energy efficiency in wireless sensor network is a principal issue because wireless sensor network uses limited energy. In wireless sensor network, because nodes are placed randomly, they may be concentrated in certain area. This dense area causes shortening the life of the concentrated area, and furthermore reducing the life of the entire network. In this paper, we suggest a additional cluster head selection algorithm for reducing the overload of head node in dense area and shows simulation result using our algorithm with LEACH algorithm.

Leader election is an important problem in developing fault-tolerant distributed systems. As a classic solution for leader election, there is Garcia-Molina's Bully Algorithm based on time-outs in synchronous systems. In this paper, we re-write the Bully Algorithm to use a failure detector instead of explicit time-outs. We show that this algorithm is more efficient than the Garcia-Molina's one in terms of the processing time. That is because the Bully_FD uses FD to know whether the process is up or down so fast and it speed up its execution time. Especially, where many processes are connected in the system and crash and recovery of processes are frequent, the Bully_FD algorithm is much more efficient than the classical Bully algorithm in terms of the processing time.

Recently, Study for routing protocol is gone vigorously in the Ubiquitous Sensor Network. A hierarchical routing protocol is being practical and received interest among them. Therefore we analyze a weak point of HEED. And I suggest the new protocol that solved a weak point of HEED. The new protocol that we propose puts weight in the energy remainder amount than HEED and elect CH. And elected CH is designed to change by new node when quantity of energy leftover becomes less than 50%. Therefore all nodes come to use energy fairly. The protocol that we proposed can prove the cluster survival rate about 30%. And CH is more effective because when elect CH replace, response time selects small node.
