A 64 year-old woman presented to out hospital because of syncope. Transesophageal echocardiography showed a $4.2{\times}2.4\;cm$ hypervascular mass in the left atrium. We assessed the mass to be a myxoma and we planned to excise the mass. The preoperative coronary angiography showed a feeding artery with an inner diameter of 2mm originating from the left circumflex coronary artery, so we excised the mass and clipped the feeding artery with two clips at the epicardium with a good result.

Coronary artery aneurysm is a rare disease. It occurs in the epicardial space, mostly along the course of major coronary arteries. Here, we report a case of a giant incidental aneurysm embedded in the basal posterior wall of the left ventricle. A 43-year-old woman was referred to our institution for the evaluation of cardiac palpitations that had been present from the previous 2 months. She reported no medical history (such as Kawasaki's disease or hypertension) or previous operative history. Echocardiogram and subsequent cardiac CT revealed a giant aneurysm in the left ventricle, with a direct fistulous connection to a dilated and tortuous left circumflex artery, which showed direct communication with the straight right coronary artery.

3상 4선식 다중접지배전선로에서 고저압혼촉이나 1선지락이 발생하면 인근 통신선로에 전자유도전압이 유기되는데 이 유도전압의 정확한 예측은 전자유도장해의 방지책을 강구하는데 있어서 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 이 유도전압을 계산하는 이론식을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.

사실 여행을 즐겨 다니는 사람도 대도시를 목적지로 삼아 여행을 떠나는 경우는 드물다. 특히 대전, 대구 등 대륙의 대도시는 사실 순수한 여행보다는 업무 차 방문하게 되는 경우가 많다. 이런 여행은 대개 한나절 또는 당일 일정의 짧은 여정이 대부분으로 시내 관광에 나서는 일은 드문 것도 사실이다. 하지만 그 고장의 특산 음식을 맛보는 일은 잠시 만사를 제쳐놓고라도 한번 도전해 볼 일이다.

현재까지 연구되고 있던 정보보호관련분야의 계량화방법을 좀 더 다른 방법으로 접근하여, 정보시스템 환경 하에서 보안 및 관리 운영 평가 지수에 계량화하여 1차 집단과 2차 집단간의 차이를 연구하였다. 정보화 관련항목에 대하여 빈도 분석을 적용함으로서 군별, 항목별 분류를 통한 항목 비례 가중치법을 산출하였다. 또한, 선지정 가중치법을 이용하여, 보호지수와 관리운용지수에 따른 상관관계를 조사하여 안전관리 지수를 계량화하였다.

디지털 위성 방송 서비스의 시작으로 방송 사업자는 다채널 및 전문 채널의 활성화로 류료 방송 서비스에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 유료 방송 서비스의 송신 및 수신 시스템의 구조에 대해 언급하고 특히 선 지불 메커니즘을 따르는 유료 방송을 위해서 스마트 카드가 어떠한 관리기능을 포함하여야 하는지를 기술하고, 그에 따른 선 지불 기능 수행 과정을 송신측과 수신축으로 나뉘어 설명하여 선지불/후지불 메커니즘 각각의 장단점에 대해 논한다.
