우리나라 정기선사는 1970년대 이후 경쟁선사와 다양한 형태의 전략적 제휴를 통하여 꾸준히 성장하여 왔으며 오늘날 세계 정기선시장에서 경쟁우위를 확보하게 되었다. 따라서 우리나라 정기선사의 전략적 제휴에 관한 연구는 제휴전략에 관한 이론을 더욱 더 발전시키는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 정기선사의 경영전략과 전략적 제휴의 역할에 관하여 연구하고자 하며, 다음의 세 가지 연구 질문을 통하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 정기선사의 제휴동기는 무엇인가\ulcorner 둘째, 제휴형태에 따라 제휴동기에 차이점이 있는가\ulcorner 셋째, 정기선사의 경영전략이 제휴형태의 선택에 영향을 미치는가\ulcorner 자료수집 방법은 전략적 제휴의 경험이 있는 해운선사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며, 각 선사의 제휴 의사결정에 참여하는 담당자와 인터뷰를 통하여 연구목적과 관련된 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석의 결과, 우리나라 정기선사는 여러 가지 동기에 의하여 제휴를 선택하고, 제휴형태에 따라 각 동기의 중요도에 차이가 있음을 나타내고 있다. 또한, 정기선사의 경영전략이 제휴형태의 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 본 논문은 경영전략에 따른 정기선사의 올바른 제휴형태 선택에 도움을 주는 의사결정 모델을 제시하고 있다.

This study used a non-parametric linear program, Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to compare the efficiency of Korean and global container shipping companies from 2005 to 2009. The sample shipping companies were 7 Korean container shipping companies and 11 global container shipping companies. The main objective of our research is to compare their efficiency, as well as the changes in efficiency periodically according to the types of the container shipping companies. According to the periodical analysis, both Korean and Global container shipping companies showed a steady decrease in efficiency. The study showed that Korean container shipping companies have greater efficiency than their global rivals.

This article examines the professional status of radiographers in an attempt to answer the question "Radiographers: responsible medical professional or detached employee?" Comparisons are made on the past and present views of radiography with thoughts given into the possible change for the future. It can be clearly seen that the professional rights have been taken away as a result of overwhelming medical dominance but changes are slowly taking to place which are attempting to replace the lost autonomy to place radiography as a profession once again.

In Korea-China shipping route, the level of freight rate has been maintained very low for last two decades not only because supply of shipping capacity is higher than its demand but also because the route was regulated by the two governments. An examination is made of the effects of openness of Korea-China Liner Shipping Route on competitiveness of Korean-flag Liner Shipping companies. This task is undertaken by detailing the development of the cargo sharing respectively by shipping companies of each country. Then it is suggested the ways to cope with the new environmental changes in Korea-China liner shipping route for the future by examining the future strategies for Korean-flag companies by in-depth interviews with major shipping companies.

선사 CEO에게 안전이 기업 경쟁력의 핵심임을 인식시켜 안전을 최우선으로 하는 경영문화가 업계에 정착되도록 유도하고자 목포해양대학교에서는 해양수산부의 위탁을 받아 선사 CEO를 대상으로 해양안전리더 교육을 시행하고 있다. 안전경영에 대한 선사 경영진의 의식전환과 가치정립은 해양사고 저감을 위한 전제요건이나, 해양종사자에 대한 교육만 이루어지고 있을 뿐 회사 경영층을 대상으로 한 교육은 아직까지 미미한 수준이다. 따라서 선사의 경영층을 대상으로 안전에 대한 이론과 실무, 타 회사의 안전경영 사례 등을 공유할 수 있는 교육기회를 제공함으로써 해양안전리더로서 선도적으로 안전경영을 해나가도록 유도하고, 추가적으로 선사 CEO가 생각하는 안전 Key Words가 무엇인지 델파이기법을 활용하여 도출해 보고자 한다.

최근 해운시장에서 가장 이슈가 되는 주저는 해운시황 전망과 선사의 유동성 확보 대책으로 집약된다. 현재 해운시장에서는 해운시황 전망, 특히 운임회복 시기 문제가 가장 중심적인 이슈이다. 그리고 국내선사의 공통적인 문제인 유동성 확보 제, 이에 대한 해결책으로 거론되는 Primary CBO 발행과 패스트 트랙(Fast Track) 문제 등도 중요한 이슈로 거론되고 있다. 또한 선사 경영(수익성)에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 유가 문제, 이를 해결하기 위한 방편에서 선박 연료유 헷징과 공동구매도 관심을 물고 있는 문제가 있다. 유가 문제는 과거의 해운 불황기에 크게 문제가 되지 않았으나, 최근에는 해운기업의 경영난을 가장 크게 가중시키고 있다. 한편 해운시장에서 국적선사를 더욱 어렵게 하는 요인은 국내 대량화물의 외국적 선사의 참여문제이다. 석탄, 철광선, LNG 등의 대량화물은 국가경제발전에도 매우 중요한 전략물자임과 동시에 선사입장에서도 가장 중요한 화물임에도 외국적 선사의 수송이 근절되지 않고 계속 늘어나고 있다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원 황진회 센터장이 발표한 "최근 해운시장 이슈와 대응"의 주요 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다.

정기선 시장의 경쟁구도가 급변하고 있다. 최근 시황 불안과 Maersk의 Daily Service 등장에 따라 글로벌 얼라이언스인 GA와 TNW가 전략적 협력체인 G6를 구축하는 한편, 유럽의 독립선사 CMA CGM+MSC체제, 및 Evergreen+CKYH도 전략적 협력을 강화하고 있다. 이에 따라 과거 독립선사와 얼라이언스 간의 경쟁에서 독립선사 간 협력 및 독립선사와 얼라이언스 협력 체제 등으로 다변화되고 있다. 중위권 선사 중심의 얼라이언스체제도 G6라는 초대형 얼라이언스가 등장하는 등 정기선 시장은 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다. 다음은 한국해양수산개발원 김태일 부연구위원이 발표한 "정기선 시장 경쟁구도 변화 전망"의 주요 내용을 요약정리한 것이다.

This study presented a mediation strategy of admittance quota of four year and three year colleges raising radiology technicians by investigating the demand and supply related literature for Radiological Technologists, a type of health and medical services personnel. Oh Yeong-ho et al.'s study on mid and long term supply system for health and medical services personnel resources, excess supply of 1,134~2,052 Radiological Technologists in 2015 was predicted and excess supply of 12,632~14,196 Radiological Technologists are to be expected in 2030. To settle excess supply of Radiological Technologists, Supernumerary quota over the entrance students of institutions raising Radiological Technologists should be less than 5% to reduce applicants for Radiological Technologists to be 308 people, reduce 387 applicants for radiology technicians every year by unifying three year colleges raising Radiological Technologists with four year colleges into education period unification, evaluate education conditions of colleges to restrict those colleges lacking the minimum requirements from getting eligibility for take the examination for Radiological Technologists by establishing tentatively 'Korean Institute of Radiologic Education and Evaluation.' For this, it is necessary to obtain cooperation from health and medical services personnel organizations in pertinent fields as well as related organizations of Radiological Technologists.

This paper presents a approach to the measurement of efficiency which is trunk route of global liner. Data evelopment analysis(DEA), as it is called, has particular applicability in the service sector. Applying mathematical programming techniques, DEA enables relative efficiency ratings to be derived within a set of analysed units(line services). This paper investigates the efficiency employing DEA Model of line service classified into route(ex. America-asia line, Europe-asia line, Pendulum line etc). Result of this paper, suggests to some plan for improving the performance in the side of operating global liner.

This study examined the background of IMO environmental regulations and countermeasures of domestic and foreign liner shipping companies and also analyzed the additional cost and profitability of container shipping companies by implementation of IMO 2020, when the fuel oil is converted to low sulfur oil. The results show that the national flag carrier would incur significant additional costs when using low sulfur oil, which would worsen its profitability in all scenarios. These analysis results suggest that for regional shipping companies need reasonable BAF setting standards, which is flexible to the price of fuel oil and also seek ways to co-exist through mutual cooperation among oil refiners, shippers and shipping companies.
