최근 상업용 빌딩, 주거용 빌딩 및 공장등의 저전압 3상 4선식 배전계통에서 PC, UPS, 정류기기, 조명장치 및 사무용기기등 비선형 부하의 사용이 증가하고 있으며, 이로 인한 과도한 중성선 전류는 중성선의 고장, 변압기의 과열 및 중성선과 접지사이의 전압강하등 심각한 문제를 야기시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 3상 4선식 배전계통에서 중성선 전류 저감을 위한 새로운 능동전력필터를 제안한다. 제안한 방식은 제어가 간단하고 부하용량대비 인버터등 장치의 용량이 작아 저가격으로 실현할 수 있다. 제안한 시스템은 이론적인 분석과 모의실험 및 실험에 의하여 그 타당성을 입증한다.

The results of residual currents simulation by a three-dimensional hydrodynamic model showed the water volume transport and the residence time to be about 4km³ per tidal cycle and about 6 years through the line of latitude, 34° 25' N in the Yellow Sea, and to be about 13km³ per tidal cycle and about 2.5 years through the southeastern boundary line of the Yellow Sea, respectively. On the bases of the entire seawater volume of the Yellow Sea and dissolved oxygen (DO) in summer, the environmental capacity of the Yellow Sea for reception of the maximum pollution load without reducing DO concentration below 5.0mg/ℓ in seawater may be estimated to be about 58×10/sup 6/tons of chemical oxygen demand (COD), which is equivalent to the load about 8 times as high as the annual organic pollution load from 14 major rivers. On the bases of DO transports by residual currents calculated on the line of 34° 25' N latitude and on the southeastern boundary line of the Yellow Sea being about 57×10³tons and about 203×10³tons of DO per day, respectively, the environmental capacities of the Yellow Sea for reception of the maximum pollution loads without reducing DO concentration in seawater nay be equivalent to COD loads about 3 times and 10 times, respectively, as high as the existing organic pollution loads from 14 major rivers.

To design the light control system using the PLC(Power Line Communication) with the ballasts of MH(Metal Halide) lamps, we analyzed the noise effect on the power line by the electronic ballast. For the power line characteristics are changed by the loads, the ballast have to be designed to be suitable to the PLC. Therefore, this paper proposed the optimal ballast and designed two kinds of PLM(Power Line Modem) which one is ASK type and the other is FSK type. Two type of PLM have used the manchester codes or DS/SS code. Experimental results have shown that the FSK type modem by the DS/SS coding technique have the best characteristics.

In this paper, we propose hierarchical inter-domain load balanced QoS routing in a large scale of network. And a scheme of calculating resources'costs for precomputation schemes in hierarchical routing is proposed, and a scheme for selecting a path among multiple precomputed paths is proposed. We also propose a QoS routing scheme for transit and intra traffic in a large scale of domain-based network. For a domain in the network, the routing scheme first precomputes K multiple paths between all pairs of ingress and egress border routers while considering balancing of the expected load then selects paths with the probability of path selection. The routing scheme combines inter and intra domain routings seamlessly and uses the same cost calculation scheme. And these schemes make possible both global network resources' utilization and also load balancing.

The neutral current is made of both the load unbalanced current and the 3rd harmonic. The 3rd harmonic which is the source of the main neutral current is generated from the loads using bridge rectifier circuits on their input produce currents. TV, computer and monitor which are belong to IEC 61000-3-2 Class D are the main 3rd harmonic current sources. In order to show the affect of the distribution system by these disturbances, this paper has studied the current standards of the Korea Electric and considers the problem of the neutral common.

단일 루프 강인 전압 제어기를 이용한 단상 3kVA UPS 인버터의 비통신선 방식 병렬 운전 결과를 기술한다. 단상 UPS 인버터 2대로 병렬운전 실험 환경을 구축하였고, 주파수-전압 강하 방식의 수하 제어를 이용하여 저항 부하, 비선형 부하에 대한 전력분담을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

본 논문은 전력수용가에서 보유하고 있는 비상용 발전설비의 첨두부하 삭감자원으로의 활용방안을 다룬다. 전력수용가는 시스템 첨두부하시간대에 첨두부하를 삭감할 수 있는 다양한 형태의 자원을 확보하고 있으나 주로 전력소비시간 변경 또는 이전을 통한 자원화 방안이 주류를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비상시 인명과 재산을 보호할 목적의 부하를 차별화하고 비상발전설비의 첨두부하삭감 자원화 시스템을 구성하였다.

자기증폭기는 제어계통의 중요한 요소로써 발전되어왔고 자기재료와 금속정류기의 급진적개량은 자기증폭기를 그 반영구적인 수명과 더불어 Mean Power Amplifier로써 확고하게 하였다. 자기증폭기의 동작특성은 자기철심재료의 비선형특성을 이용한 것으로 문제의 해석을 근본적으로 취급하려면 비선형이론의 문제에 완전히 귀착함으로 인한 난점과 복잡성이 따르게 된다. 그러나 자기증폭기의 특성을 그런 비선형문제로 취급하여서는 선과를 얻기가 대단히 곤란하며 현재의 수학으로써 불가능할 것이다. 본지에서는자기증폭기의 원리 및 각종부하 - 저항부하, 유도성부하, 용량성부하에 대한 동작 특성의 변화에 대하여 기술코져 한다.
