진동 모니터링 및 응용

  • 일반적으로 모니터링 장비는 주로 플랜트의 운전 상태를 감시하고 제어하는 목적으로 쓰이고 있 는데 계측하는 각종 변수는 변화속도가 빠르지 않은 정적 데이터인 경우가 대부분이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 기계상태나 구조안전 감시장치 등에 쓰이는 모니터링 장비는 진동 혹은 동적 데이 터를 계측하고 주파수 분석까지를 해야 하기 때문에 데이터의 취득속도가 현저히 빨라야하고 이 에 따른 여러 가지 신호처리 기법을 적용해야 한다. 본고에서는 선박에 쓰이고 있는 기계상태와 구조안전 감시를 위한 모니터링 장비의 동향에 대하여 알아보았다.

초고속선 점성유동

  • 초고속선에 관련된 점성유동은 저한성능 향상과 운항자세 제어를 위해 사용되는 다양한 선체부 가물의 저항 예측과 초고속선에 많이 사용되는 물분사 추진장치 입구 형상의 설계 그리고 임펠 러에 이르는 덕트 유동의 예측을 중심으로 관심을 받아왔다. 본 소고에서는 통상적인 선박의 경우와는 구별되는 초고속선 고유의 점성유동 특성에 관하여 간략히 논의하기로 하고 내용을 크게 선체-부가물 점성유동과 물분사 추진장치에 관련되어 있는 덕트유동으로 나누어 기술하 였다.

  • 최근 조명기술의 발달에 따라 가장 각광을 받고 있는 것이 LED 소자를 이용한 발관체이다. 이미 육상의 교통신호등 뿐만 아니라, 차량 방향지시등, 빽라이트등 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있으며, 해상에도 등부표의 광원용으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어, 항을 진입하는데 가능 필요한 도등의 광원용으로 LED를 사용하고 이를 제어하는 기술을 연구개발하여 전세계에서 처음으로 부산 신항에 설치하여 효과를 분석하였다.

  • For continuous communication between moving vehicles such as satellites and unmanned aerial vehicles, an antenna system having at least more than 2-axes is needed. When the antenna is mounted on a moving vehicle such as ground vehicle, ship and so on, a stabilization and tracking system must be equipped to compensate the roll, pitch and yaw motion of the vehicle. The performance of stabilization and tracking system mainly depends on the servo control system that driving the antenna pedestal. Therefore, in this paper, a Fuzzy-PID controller for a stabilization and tracking system of a 2-axes antenna was designed and the performance was verified. To verify the verification of designed servo control system, the performance of the conventional PID controller and that of the Fuzzy-PID controller, designed by the same PID control gains, was compared.

  • Terminal voltage of the Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR) of brushless synchronous generator is generally being controlled by PID Control way in shore and ship field. However, in case of changeable large load on power system, PID control method is deficiency to respond output voltage with settling time. Hence, taking into consideration this situation, it is required new control method. In this thesis, we propose Fuzzy Logic Control(FLC) which has more optimal robust control way in order to respond varying values of terminal voltage to the brushless synchronous generator through simulation of MATLAB/SIMULINK and prove Fuzzy logic control more optimal compared with PID control.

  • The ultra-long stroke engine was developed to generate greater power at lower speeds than previous designs to enhance the propulsion efficiency. The torsional exciting force, on the other hand, was increased significantly. Therefore, it is possible to control the torsional vibration of its shaft system equipped with the fuel efficient ultra-long stroke engine by adopting a damper although the torsional vibration could be controlled adequately by applying tuning and turning wheels on the engine previously. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a viscous-spring damper used to control the torsional vibration of the corresponding shaft system are reviewed and then examined to determine what vibration characteristics might be used to optimize the viscous-spring damper. In some cases, operators of eco-ships have recently experienced the problem of delayed RPM acceleration. It has been suggested that the proper measures for controlling the torsional vibration in the shaft system should involve adjusting the design parameters of its damper determined by the optimum damper design theory to avoid the fatigue damage of shafts.

  • The PID controllers have been widely accepted in many industrial systems due to their robust performance in a wide range of operating conditions and their functional simplicity To implement a PID controller, its three parameters must be determined for the given plant. Conventional tuning methods are mainly based on experience and experiment and are lack of systematic procedure Recently. to overcome drawbacks of conventional tuning methods, genetic algorithms have been used, In this paper a real-coded genetic algorithm is employed to search for the optimal parameters of the PID controller for speed control of marine gas turbine engines. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

A Study on the Design of the Anti-Rolling Control System for a Ship (선박의 횡동용 방지 장치 개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, an actively controlled anti-rolling system is considered to reduced the rolling motion of the ship. In this control system, a small auxiliary mass is installed on the upper area of the ship, and the actuator is connected between the auxiliary mass and the ship. The actuator reacts against the auxiliary mass, applying inertial control corves to the ship to reduce the rolling motion in the desired manner. in this paper, we apply the PID controller to design the anit-rolling control system for the controlled hip. And the experimental result shows that the desirable control performance is achieved.

  • As recently, ' International convention for the control and management of ship's ballast water and sediments ' was adopted, it is necessary to accept the international convention in Korea. The systems of foreign countries for ship's ballast water control and management were investigated, and domestic environment-related laws were reviewed and compared regarding the discharge of industrial wastewater and ship's ballast water. Alternative measures of domestic legislation were suggested for acceptance of the international convention.

  • NOx 저감방법으로 여러 가지 방법들이 존재하며 연구되고 있다. 그중 Urea-SCR은 적용가능한 온도범위가 넓고 우수한 저감효율을 보여 자동차엔진의 NOx 저감장치로 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. Urea-SCR은 고체 Urea의 열 해리반응으로 생성되는 암모니아가스와 NOx 와의 화학반응으로 제거하는 것이 목적이다. NOx저감효율에 직접적인 영향을 주는 변수에는 분사노즐의 분무특성, 배기관내 분사위치, 요소수의 유량제어 등 여러 가지가 존재한다. 따라서 본문에서는 여러 가지 분사노즐, 유량제어방법, 배기가스 물성치 및 관내 유동특성 등에 대해 소개하고 Urea-SCR시스템 적용가능성을 언급하고자 한다.
