Line drawing images are the most proper information to represent the characteristics and shapes of digital images and used for recognition and communication. For the coding of line drawing images, common eight-direction chain code is used mostly. In the paper, the new mode selection chain code method is proposed which can compress the eight-direction chain code about twenty percents and be used for the reversible coding method of line drawing images. In this coding techniques, we set a reference mode for each quadrant around an abject pixel, and assign 3-directional code for these reference modes. Therefore a line pixel is coded with 3 bits. Also, a new corner finding method of line drawing images using this mode selection chain code is proposed in this paper.

기술혁신 시스템이 추격형에서 선도형으로의 변환과정에 대해서는 일부 개념적 모형이나 탐색적 연구가 개념적으로만 제시되었을 뿐 체계적이고 구체적으로 연구가 부족하다. 한국이나 대만 등 동아시아 국가들의 선진국 기술추격과 탈추격형 혁신시스템으로 진화에 대한 국제적인 관심과 연구가 크게 증가하고 있지만, 대부분의 기존 연구들은 거시적인 관점에서 국가 차원의 제도 및 정책, 산학연의 연구역량과 협력체계, 외국기술의 도입 및 활용 등을 기술추격의 성공요인으로 들고 있을 뿐, 미시적인 관점에서 탈추격형 기술개발 성과의 사업화 추진 전략과 방법, 지원정책에 대한 구체적인 대안을 제시하지는 못하였다(Lee & Lim, 2001; Hobday et al., 2004; Kim, 1997). 추격형에서 선도형으로의 변환과정에 초점을 맞추어 특히 그 중요성이 대두되고 있는 사용자들의 혁신 과정에서의 역할에 대해 사례연구를 통해 규명하고자 한다. 선도적 혁신에서 제품 및 공정상에서 사용자혁신의 패턴을 밝혀내면, 이를 위한 제도적 인프라를 구축할 수 있다. 궁극적으로 선도적 혁신을 위한 기술혁신시스템에서 사용자로서의 기업과 선도사용자인 고객의 역할이 중요해지고 있음을 반영하고, 이를 바탕으로 기술혁신정책의 패러다임 전환을 위한 시사점을 개진하고자 한다.

In order to improve audit quality, it is essential to understand the occurrence of disagreement between auditors and managers, and this study aims to analyze the impact of Business Strategies on audit risk and accounting audit delay. To this end, we conducted an empirical analysis using sample 2,910 firm-year data from 2018 to 2020 of KOSPI-listed and KOSDAQ-listed companies. The results of the empirical analysis of this study are as follows. First, compared to the companies of defender type, prospectors can expand audit procedures for new products, R&D costs, and intangible assets, and increase audit delays due to disagreement between managers and auditors. Second, compared to KOSPI-listed companies, the prospectors in KOSDAQ are more likely to have lower financial reporting quality, which further increases audit delays. The results of this study analyzed whether a company's Business Strategy affects the possibility of disagreement between an auditor and a company, and verified whether there is a difference in the audit report lag by stock market. The results of this study show that auditors' strong duty of care is needed for the companies of prospector type with high audit risk, and it is meaningful to present reinforced audit systems and specific guidelines for the companies of prospector type through the definition of prospector type. It also enables the expansion of research to identify the relationship between non-financial factors and audit risks that make up the companies of prospector type.

국내는 수년전부터 저탄소 녹색성장 산업화에 부응하기 위하여 기존의 자동차, 가전 전자관련 산업뿐만 아니라 IT부품 및 반도체, 의료, 항공, 조선 등 첨단 및 주력산업의 고부가가치 부품생산에 있어서 에너지 절약과 효율향상을 위한 경량화 요구가 증대되면서 보다 진보된 기구방식의 초정밀 소성가공 성형 시스템인 서보모터 구동형 프레스 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서보모터 구동형 프레스 관련 에코 인증 규격 설정을 위하여 일본, 독일 등 선도국들의 에코인증제도 운용 현황 및 국제 표준화 동향 등을 살펴보고 소개하고자 한다.

지구 온난화와 더불어 화석에너지 고갈에 대한 우려로 에코바람이 불고 있다. 일본이나 독일 등 공작기계 선도국에서는 푸른 지구를 위해 에너지 절감형 기계 개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 프레스기계에 대한 에너지 절감 노력은 서보프레스를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 수년 전부터 프레스 관련 공작기계 전시회에서의 신기술은 거의 대부분 서보프레스에 관한 것들이다. 일본에서는 2009년부터 성형기계 저문 전시회인 MF-Tokyo가 격년으로 열리고 있으며, 유럽에서는 EuroBLECH를 통해 서보프레스에 대한 신기술 경쟁이 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 이들 전시회를 통해 보여지는 기계식 서보프레스의 기술개발 동향을 분석하고자 한다.

As a part of scientific data visualization automatic generation algorithms for a contour map have been investigated mainly on data which are defined at every lattice point. But in actual situation like weather data measurement. it is impossible to get data defined at every lattice point This is because the exact value on every lattice point can not be obtained due to characteristics in sampling devices or sampling methods. In order to define data on every lattice point where data were not sampled an interpolation method. was applied to the sample data to assign approximate values for some lattice type data but by using the non-lattice type of sample data sets. A triangle data link was defined by using non lattice points directly based on actually sample data set, not by using the pre-processed rectangle lattice points. The suggested algorithm generates a contour map a contour map only by using sample data set which are much smaller than old one without data interpolation and there is no skew on data any more since it does not need any interpolation to get the values of the defined lattice points.

This study analyzed the effect of social, economic, and physical improvement in urban regeneration projects using difference in difference method in Busan and Cheongju City, utilizing population, regional economic, and old building data. The results of analysis indicated that the urban regeneration project had no effect on the social, economic, and physical improvement of the project area comparing the neighboring areas. In other words, at the end of the urban regeneration project, the business performance was not evident. Therefore, it is difficult to expect social, economic, and physical improvement if the urban regeneration project does not consider the linkage with the detailed project composition. In particular, it is necessary to carefully select detailed projects that meet the purpose of the project when establishing urban regeneration plans in the future.

A leader-follower robot system using low cost small mobile robots has been developed. Sine the developed mobile robot is made of widely used low cost parts, it can be built easily and fastly. Characteristics of the developed sensor array composed of seven low-cost infrared(IR) distance sensors has been investigated, and a positioning algorithm of the reader robot is proposed. Through a series of experiments, it has been verified that the proposed algorithm can detect the position of the reader robot well.
