한국 서해 상낙월도에서 채집한 연체 동물인 Bullacta exarata로부터 통상적인 9-hexadecenoic acid ethyl ester 이외에 불포화된 all-cis-5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic(arachidonic), 7,10,13-hexadecatrienoic, 10,13-octadecadienoic acid ethyl ester 및 상당량의 glyceryl ether인 chimyl alcohol이 검출되었다.

한국항공우주연구원은 공공기술연구회 산하 한국지질자원연구원, 한국해양연구원, 한국건설기술연구원과 협력하여 2002년 4월 17일에 본격적인 원격탐사 연구 및 공공지원 업무의 주축을 담당하게 될 공공원격탐사센터를 설립하였다. 별도의 독립조직이 아니라 원격탐사위성인 아리랑위성을 개발, 운영하고 있는 한국항공우주연구원을 중심으로, 한국해양연구원, 한국지질자원연구원, 한국건설기술연구원등 관련기관이 해양분야, 지상분야, 건설분야 등 각 전문분야 별로 협동연구 체계를 구축, 실질적인 국가원격탐사센터 역할을 수행할 것이다. 이와 같이 설립된 공공원격탐사센터에 대한 홍보, 위성자료의 공공활용 지원 및 원격탐사 Tutorial 등을 사용자들이 쉽게 접속하여 이용할 수 있도록 공공원격탐사센터 홈페이지를 구축하여 Open 하게 되었다. 공공원격탐사센터 본부인 한국항공우주연구원을 비롯하여 전문센터별로도 홈페이지를 구축하여 서로 연결되도록 하였다. 2003년도에는 이와 같이 open 된 홈페이지에 위성자료 통합 DB를 구축하여 서비스할 예정이다.

Until recently post-processing of finite element model has been Heavily relied on expensive graphic peripheral devices. For this reason many engineers and researchers can not afford to access to the graphics. with the aid of inexpensive personal computers very econmical post-processor graphics program called MICRO-POST has been developed in conjunction with low-cost printers and plotters. Model geometry or results of analysis for the unlimitted meshes either produced by mainframe or microcomputer can be easily and economi-call presented in a number of different graphic devices. The paper presents the procedure obtaining the device the independent graphics, and the structure and functions of the program. It also describes a new error-preventive dialogue type input technique to control the plot operation in an interactive manner. Through the post-processing examples for the general purpose finite element programs, it demonstrates the usefulness of the program.

Pattern identification is the process of overall analysis of clinical data to determine the location, cause and nature of a patient's disease and achieving a diagnosis of a pattern and syndrome. In Korean medicine, Pattern identification is very important act. In order to get good Pattern identification act is important to understand the Pattern and syndrom concept. In this studies, I would like to know Qi-Patten and syndrom means in Donguibogam. So, I looking for analysis that could be associated with the Qi-pattern and syndrom in Donguibogam. As a result, Qi-pattern and syndrom related to the Jeongjisang(情志傷). Jeongjisang(情志傷) is used in referring to illness related to unhealthy emotions. It also refers to illness where Jeongji(情志) plays a role in creating a more direct cause of illness in the larger pathogenic process.

OQ-21을 암·수 ICR계 마우스에 복강투여 하여 급성독성을 측정한 결과 최대용량 투여군에서도 사망한 동물은 관찰되지 않았다. 그리고 시험동물을 부검하여 육안 관찰한 결과 OQ-21 투여군은 대조군과 전혀 차이가 없었고 실제 독성도 비교적 낮은 것으로 판단된다. 또한 OQ-21이 혈과에 수축 반응에 영향을 미치는 지를 연구한 결과 용량 의존적으로 phenylephirne에 의한 혈관 수축을 증가시킴을 관찰하였다. 이상의 결과로부터 OQ-21은 급성독성이 약한 것으로 생각되지만 혈관 수축에 미치는 영향은 앞으로 인체 안전성에 관하여 검토하여야 할 과제로 사료된다.

Researches on biped robot walking have been mostly focusing on walking on even surfaces. Therefore, robot walking has been only realized on pre-specified spaces with pre-specified movements according to the previous researches. In this paper a walking system for a biped robot using fuzzy system and neural networks to overcome those constraints. The system enables biped walking to be possible in various environments and with more complicated obstacels. For the purpose, a walking robot should recognize its surrounding environment and determine its movement. In the proposed system, a robot dynamically generates its walking trajectories of each joint by using neural networks when facing new obstacle such as stairs, and it maintains its walking stability by using closed loop fuzzy control system which manipulates the waist joints.

This paper aims to extract the air clearance in 22.9KV the metal enclosed switchgear. First, we investigated the actual conditions on the clearance in the metal enclosed switchgear which has been used in domestic. The test model and 9 test electrodes for the air insulation strength tests have been designed and manufactured based on the investigation results. To find optimal clearance in the metal enclosed switchgear, we performed 50% flash-over test by the up and down method and lightning impulse withstand voltage test. And we obtained results that the clearance or phase-to-phase is 230 [mm] and clearance or phase-to-earth is 210[mm].

본 논문에서는 국내에서 옥외에 설치한 계기용변성기의 화재원인을 분석한 것이다. 이는 KSC IEC와 같은 공인된 규정에 의해 준수되었고, 현장에서 입증이 가능하도록 전개되었다. 결과적으로, 공정의 마무리가 불량한 계기용변성기의 개스킷 부분에서 화재 원인을 찾아내었다. 화재 과정을 추정하면, 미체결 개스킷에 기인한 계기용변성기에 수분이 침투한 것이다.

Recent WTO/TBT agreement was adopted by the IEC domestic. For this reason, low voltage electrical equipment was many Confusion arises. Low voltage circuit was also one of these. The case of low voltage circuit, existing domestic circuit breakers and circuit breakers IEC curve differs from the behavior of each other. If low voltage circuit breaker wrong facility, circuit breaker malfunction may occur due to the large property damage. In this paper, to solve these problems domestic circuit breakers and circuit breaker operation IEC curves were analyzed. And, through experiments suggested compatible breaker way.

본 논문에서는 전력IT 국책과제로 선정된 한국형 에너지 관리시스템(Korean Energy Management System, K-EMS)의 네트워크 해석 프로그램 중 하나인 급전원 조류계산(Dispatcher Power Flow, DPF) 프로그램의 구축 및 통합에 대해서 다룬다. 여기에서는 조류계산의 기본기능 보다는 실시간 운영을 위한 DB, 프로세스, 화면 간 연계방법을 설명하고, 기존 Off-line 검토용 조류계산 프로그램과의 차이점 및 급전원 조류계산 환경에 대해 서술한다. 본 논문에 소개된 급전원 조류계산 프로그램은 K-EMS의 중간 결과물인 Baseline 단계의 성과이며, 국내 실계통 데이터를 취득하여 성공적으로 실증시험을 마친 결과임을 밝혀둔다.
