사용자는 기존의 간단한 아날로그 음성 서비스의 수준을 넘어서, 저렴한 서비스를 이용하여 고품질의 음성 서비스, 고속의 데이타 서비스, VOD, 화상회의 등의 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 가입자 요구에 맞는 멀티미디어 등의 광대역 서비스를 제공하는 한 방법은 가입자 댁내까지 광케이블망을 구축하는 것이다, 그러나 이런 광대역 케이블링이 예상되는 모든 가입자에게 제공되는 데는 장기간이 소요될 것이며, 막대한 비용이 투자되어야 하므로 그 실현이 요원하다. 동선을 활용한 xDSL 기술 중 VDSL 는 대칭/비대칭 서비스가 가능하며 최고 50Mbps 급의 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능하다. KT에서 현재 서비스를 제공중인 xDSL 서비스에 대해서 살펴보고 이들 장비를 관리 해주고 있는 IP-xDSL 망관리시스템 구조와 관리 기능 등을 고찰한다.

연구자의 R&D활동은 연구기획에서부터 과제제안, 과제수행 및 실험, 연구자간 공유와 협업, 결과해석, 성과확산 및 성과관리 등에 이르기까지 다양한 영역에서 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 활동을 지원하는 통합서비스가 존재하지 않아 각각의 서비스를 찾아서 융·복합적으로 활용하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 R&D활동에 필요한 정보와 데이터, 서비스, 고성능 컴퓨팅 인프라를 연계·융합 활용할 수 있는 통합서비스 개발을 위한 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 통합서비스 개발 사례로 ScienceON을 소개한다.

폐쇄적 무선망 및 단말 플랫폼의 개방화 추세에 따라 이동통신사업자(MNO)는 자사 고객 retention 및 신규 수익창출을 위해 다양한 전략을 수립하고 있다. 그리고 고객은 이러한 개방 환경에서 이동통신사업자(MNO)의 단말 및 망에 구애받지 않고 자신의 개인정보 및 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 서비스를 편리하게 이용하기를 원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 와이브로(WiBro)가입자 인증을 위해 단말에 필수 탑재되는 UICC 에 웹 기능 및 대용량 메모리 기술을 추가하여 이를 기반으로 개인화 서비스 제공을 위한 인프라 구축 사례를 살펴본다. 먼저, UICC 기반 개인화 서비스 인프라를 구성하는 UICC 및 단말에서 구현되어야 할 SCWS 및 대용량 메모리 처리 기술을 소개하고 이를 위한 기술 요구사항을 정의한다. 그리고, 해당 UICC 및 단말을 원격에서 관리하기 위해 플랫폼에서 구현하여야 할 제어 프로토콜 기술을 살펴보고, 이를 위한 기술 요구사항을 정의한다. 다음으로 최종적으로 구축된 전체 시스템의 구성 및 서비스 흐름을 기술하고, 끝으로 이러한 인프라를 통하여 제공될 수 있는 개인화 서비스를 소개하고 향후 방향을 소개함으로써 글을 맺는다.

In recent years, text mining has been used to extract meaningful insights from the large volume of unstructured text data sets of various domains. As one of the most representative text mining applications, topic modeling has been widely used to extract main topics in the form of a set of keywords extracted from a large collection of documents. In general, topic modeling is performed according to the weighted frequency of words in a document corpus. However, general topic modeling cannot discover the relation between documents if the documents share only a few terms, although the documents are in fact strongly related from a particular perspective. For instance, a document about "sexual offense" and another document about "silver industry for aged persons" might not be classified into the same topic because they may not share many key terms. However, these two documents can be strongly related from the R&D perspective because some technologies, such as "RF Tag," "CCTV," and "Heart Rate Sensor," are core components of both "sexual offense" and "silver industry." Thus, in this study, we attempted to discover the differences between the results of general topic modeling and R&D perspective topic modeling. Furthermore, we package social issues from the R&D perspective and present a prototype system, which provides a package of news articles for each R&D issue. Finally, we analyze the quality of R&D perspective topic modeling and provide the results of inter- and intra-topic analysis.

As the importance of R&D has recently become more important, the budget for national R&D projects has continued to grow. Along with, there is a growing awareness to use and manage R&D funds transparently. This study examines the relationship among attitude toward the behavior (ATT), subjective norm (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC) and behavioral Intention (BI) deriving from TPB (Theory of planned Behavior). To empirically prove the hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from the 2,021 RCMS users, using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The research model variable consists of ATT, SN, PBC, BI, person type, RCMS characteristics. The results of study can be summarized as follows. First, ATT, SN, PBC have the positive effect on BI. Second, According to the type of person (Director, R&D supporter), there is no difference in ATT on BI but there is a difference in SN (or PBC) on BI. Third, The type of person have moderating effects in the relationship between ATT and BI. Finally, All RCMS characteristics have moderating effects in the relationship between ATT and BI. Some RCMS characteristics have moderating effects in the relationship between PBC and BI.

현재의 우리나라 SI 관련 산업은 IT 산업의 핵심을 차지하고 국내 산업을 주도할 전략 사업으로 그 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, IT 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 SI 산업의 대내외 위상이 커지고 있다. 2002년도 SI시장 규모는 전년대비 15%정도 성장한 9.5조원을 형성할 것으로 예상된다. 올해는 SI사업부문 매출액 등을 전년대비 해볼 때 국내 SI사업 시장이 호전되었지만, 해외 SI사업 시장 상황은 여전히 어려운 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그 타개책으로 국내 SI 업체의 자본 및 기술의 합작제휴가 많아지고 있으며 그 중 자본 제휴보다는 중점적으로 기술 제휴를 하고 있지만, 기술 제휴 한계는 기술 이전이나 기술 확보가 되지 않는 것이다. 기술개발이 무한경쟁의 시대에서 살아 남기 위하여 어느 때 보다 더 필수 불가결의 수단이 되고 있어 기술개발을 위하여 SI 기업들이 R&D 투자와 운용에 회사의 사활을 걸고 있으며, R&D현황은 이전에 비해 단순히 양적인 측면을 떠나 질적인 부문에도 많은 변화가 일고 있다. 이것은 기술개발이 SI 시장의 흐름을 간파하거나 리드할 수 있는지가 주요 개발요인으로 작용하고 있기 때문으로 SI산업에서의 R&D 현황 등을 검토하여 국내 SI산업의 발전뿐만 아니라 해외시장의 참여에 기여 할 수 있도록 R&D 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

It is becoming more and more difficult to cope with new knowledge and technology required by society by the efforts of one person or organization according to the development of science and technology. As a method to overcome this, collaborative research is becoming important. This tendency is increasing in the government R&D projects as well, and the 'A' test research institute, which is the subject of this paper, is also increasing a collaborative research. The purpose of this study is to analyze the network characteristics among the participating researchers in the government R&D project conducted by the institution A, and to ascertain how the network characters of the researchers actually affect the financial performance of the team. The results of the analysis show that 'closeness centrality' and 'degree of centrality' contribute positively to the financial performance of the team. On the other hand, 'betweenness centrality' and 'eigenvector centrality' have a negative effect on the financial performance of the team because they are not directly related to financial performance.
