유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스 환경은 사용자와 시스템간의 상호작용성이 매우 중요하며, 이러한 상호작용성을 사용자 중심의 시각에서 평가하기 위한 새로운 평가 기법의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 서비스의 특성이 반영된 사용자 중심의 상호작용성 평가 metric 개발을 목표로 한다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 기존의 유비쿼터스 서비스 평가방법론을 검토하여, 유비쿼터스 서비스 평가를 위한 평가 속성을 정의하였으며, 둘째, 대인 서비스 평가기법, 사용성 평가기법, 정신측정학 기반의 평가기법 등의 기존의 서비스 평가방법론의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 사용자중심의 상호작용성 평가 metric 을 개발하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서 제안된 평가 metric 을 u-home 서비스의 평가에 실제로 적용하여 그 유효성을 검증하고 각 지표별 중요도를 구해보았다. 본 연구에서 제안한 상호작용성 평가 metric 은 유비쿼터스 서비스 상호작용성 수준을 평가함으로써 잠재 서비스 사용자들을 분석하고, 제안된 프레임워크의 서비스 개발단계에서의 잠재 서비스 사용자에 대한 요구사항 수렴 및 수준 파악에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

This study investigated the criteria for evaluating the impact of artificial intelligence services. The study classified AI evaluation targets into two areas: AI service and AI technology, and identified influence, sustainability, efficiency, effectiveness, and appropriateness as potential evaluation criteria. The time aspect of AI service evaluation was divided into pre-evaluation and post-evaluation, with pre-evaluation focused on reviewing items during development and design. The AI service area was classified into public, private, and mixed forms, and the impact assessment was classified as vertical or horizontal. The application of AI services was divided into normative and regulatory aspects, and the purpose of the evaluation could be impact or process evaluation. The subject and field of the AI service could also be used for classification purposes. The results of this study can be used to support the creation of AI service impact policies and countermeasures. However, further research is needed to develop specific indicators based on the criteria identified in this study to evaluate the impact of AI services.

학술연구정보 서비스는 연구자의 연구 개발 과정에서 필수적으로 활용해야 하는 서비스이다. 그렇지만, 그 중요성에 비해 아직까지 학술연구정보 서비스에 대한 심도 깊은 사용성 평가가 제대로 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 OntoFrame이라는 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반 학술연구정보 서비스 구현 과정에서 반복적인 사용성 평가를 수행함으로써 어떻게 서비스가 효용성과 사용성을 갖추어가는 지를 실증함으로써 사용성 평가의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 특히, 사용성 평가 목표에 따라 서비스 시안(Mock-up)을 대상으로 실시한 사용자 인터뷰 중심의 1차 사용성 평가와 서비스 프로토타입을 대상으로 실시한 학술연구 정보 서비스간 비교 평가 중심의 2차 사용성 평가를 상이하게 구성함으로써 사용성 관련 문제를 다양한 관점에서 도출할 수 있었다. 사용성 평가는 매 구현 단계마다 반복적으로 실시함으로써 본 학술연구정보 서비스의 사용성을 지속적으로 향상시킬 계획이다.

최근의 일상 생활들은 정보통신 네트워크를 기반으로 제공되는 서비스와 밀접하게 연관되어 있다. 지난 1.25 인터넷 대란을 통해서 볼 수 있듯이, 네트워크 침해사고로 인해 네트워크 필수 서비스가 중단되었을 때 사용자를 위해 네트워크 기반으로 제공되는 주요한 서비스에 막대한 피해가 발생한다는 것을 직접 확인하였다. 컴퓨터 네트워크에서 필수 서비스의 가장 중요한 특성 중 하나는 서비스의 연속성이다. 필수 서비스의 연속성이 보장되지 못하게 되면 네트웍의 정상적인 동작에 큰 문제를 야기한다. 따라서 대상이 되는 네트워크가 필수 서비스를 보장하는 능력을 평가하여 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 네트워크 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션 기반 필수서비스의 연속성 평가 방법론을 제안한다. 이를 위해 평가 모델의 구성, 실행, 분석 등의 단계를 가지는 평가 절차를 제시한다. 또한 평가 프레임을 제시하고 프레임의 구조 및 동적 특성을 살펴본다. 마지막으로 서비스 연속성의 정도를 평가하기 위한 평가 지표를 가용성, 권한보호성, 정보비밀성, 복구가능성 등 4가지로 분류하고 각각에 대해 살펴본다.

Traffic이 집중되어 광고시장의 대부분을 장악하고 있다는 포탈서비스의 매력 때문에 많은 기업이 포탈 서비스 시장에 뛰어들고 있으나 투자자나 기업의 가치 향상을 위한 포탈 서비스기업의 가치에 대한 평가는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포탈 서비스의 특징과 영역을 정의하고 주요 성공요인을 도출함으로서 포탈 서비스 기업의 가치를 평가하는 기준, 그리고 기존의 재무 지표, 산업/시장의 성장 등 기존의 기업 평가 지표를 도출된 가치 평가 기준을 통하여 미래의 기업 가치까지 평가함으로서 포탈 서비스 기업의 가치를 평가할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다.

There are two streams on e-Learning. The first one is to create new value through aligning products included information systems and service. The second one is to utilize the service system and the service process for service systematization. The service system is made up human, technology, value proposition, service network, and shared information. The service process consists of design, development, operation and evaluation phases. In this paper, we design and implement the evaluation management of e-learning service based on the service science. The evaluation management service is sets of evaluation type management, general review management, award management, evaluation sheet management and evaluation result management. Feature of this paper is that we can service with different criteria to learner, guardian and evaluator. The worthy of this paper is that we construct service oriented environment possible to systematize evaluation work easily and provide evaluation results clearly.

As demands of intelligent urban geospatial information services are increasing in u-Cities, development and use of service standards for the cities are required to make the services interoperable. Conformance tests can be conducted for the standards to implement the services more interoperably and consistently. To improve the interoperability between services, it is necessary to build an evaluation model for services in a perspective of conformance tests. In the context, this study reviews the related references and establishes a conceptual model of the conformance tests for the services and provides an application of the model to a monitoring service for flowing water quantity to prove its usefulness.

A human in urban areas has depended on ecosystem for well-being, so it is important to evaluate urban ecosystem services which contribute significantly to human well-being. In this study we classified ecosystem functions and set indicators used for evaluating ecosystem services of urban park by Delphi method. As a result, it derived 12 items and 14 indicators of ecosystem services to evaluate them such as vegetable garden, canopy cover, biodiversity, and educational programs. Based on the derived evaluation indicators, the feasibility of the indicators was examined by applying to two urban parks, Maetan park and Seoho-Ggotme park, in Suwon City. We also suggested strategies to improve each ecosystem services based on the results of evaluation. It is significant to recognize unknown services in urban parks. The results can be used for improving urban ecosystem services consistently in response to current rapid urbanization. In the future, the city should make a master plan on ecosystem service on urban area, beyond urban park, considering both of quality and quantity.

As the Internet connections and services at U.S. public libraries have increased dramatically since 1990s, defining, assessing and measuring quality of these new electronic services have become a critical issue. This research was a study designed to identify key dimensions of Internet service quality at public libraries by providing a systematic framework for measuring and assessing the quality of Internet services. The study used modified SERVQUAL and SERVPERF instruments which have been widely used service quality measurement in business marketing areas and LibQUAL+ model which are widely adopted service quality measurement instrument in most of the academic libraries in U.S.

정보화 사회가 추진됨에 따라 다양한 IT 제품 및 시스템의 개발이 증가되고 이를 통한 삶의 질적 향상 및 효율적인 생활을 이루게 되었다. 하지만 정보화 사회의 역기능 현상이 발생하게 되면서 IT제품 및 시스템의 보안성 평가 서비스에 대한 관심이 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 다양한 보안성 평가 서비스가 개발되고 연구되고 있는 상황이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 보안성 평가 서비스 개발 및 연구에 필요한 선행연구로서 영국의 맞춤형 보증 서비스 제도의 절차 및 기준을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 국내 평가 서비스의 향후 발전 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다.
