본 논문에서는 쿠버네티스와 블록체인 서비스 레지스트리를 이용한 블록체인 서비스 중복실행 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 컨테이너 관리 도구인 쿠버네티스를 이용하여 중복 실행 기법이 적용된 블록체인 서비스를 신속하게 실행할 수 있다. 또한 이 기법은 서비스 접근 위치, 복구를 위한 정보 등을 저장하는 블록체인 서비스 레지스트리를 이용하여 서비스 장애가 발생할 경우에 블록체인 서비스를 견고하게 실행할 수 있다.

이 연구는 디지털 정보환경에서의 기업체 정보서비스 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 기업체 정보서비스의 이론과 실제를 알아보기 위하여 최근 국내에서 수행된 기업체 정보서비스에 관한 문헌을 조사 분석하고, 기업체에서 채택하고 있는 지식관리시스템을 고찰한다. 인터넷을 비롯한 정보테크놀러지의 이용이 많아지고 있는 정보환경에서 산업기술정보원, 산업지원기관들의 기업체에 대한 정보서비스 방식이 어떻게 변하고 있는지를 알아본다. 메일링리스트에 올라온 개별 기업체의 정보요구를 조사하고 기업체를 위한 정보서비스 방향을 제시한다.

블록체인 기술은 분산형 네트워크를 통해 정보 등을 관리하고 저장함으로써 정보의 투명성 및 신뢰성을 제공해줄 수 있는 분산 컴퓨팅 기반의 데이터 위변조 방지 기술이다. 특히 수천만개 사물 기기들이 서로 통신을 하여 서비스를 제공하는 사물인터넷(IoT) 서비스 환경에서 블록체인 기술은 중앙 집중 방식의 관리 구조를 탈피하고 보안성을 향상시킬 수 있는 인프라 기술로 주목 받고 있다. IoT 서비스에 데이터 무결성 및 디바이스 제어 등의 보안서비스를 제공하고, 분산화된 방식으로 서비스의 확장성을 높이고자 최근 글로벌 기업들은 IoT 블록체인 개발을 위한 컨소시엄을 구성하여, IoT 서비스에 활용할 수 있는 블록체인 기반 기술들을 연구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인을 기반으로 한 IoT 연구 프로젝트들의 연구기술 동향을 분석하고, IoT 서비스에 블록체인을 적용한 사례와 응용 기술 등을 소개한다. 또한 IoT 응용 서비스에 효과적으로 적용하기 위해 기존 블록체인 기법들의 확장성 및 오버헤드 등의 문제를 개선한 Tangle 기술에 대해서 자세히 소개하고, IoT에 블록체인을 적용하기 위한 고려사항들을 논의한다.

지식서비스에서는 최근 자사의 지식정보에 대해 대표적인 지식 구축 채널로 발전중인 블로그(Blog)와의 연계를 추구하기 위해 트랙백(Trackback) 서비스 제공하고 있으며 이를 통해 자사를 넘어 다양한 블로그 서비스를 통해 지식 정보를 제공하고 있는 블로그 사이트들 과의 지식 체인(Knowledge Chain)을 형성하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지식 체인 서비스를 제공하고 있는 다음 커뮤니케이션사의 지식 서비스에 대한 트랙백 주소 확보를 위한 구조 및 환경에 대해 분석 제공하고 있으며, 앞서 언급한 지식서비스와 블로그간의 지식 체인 형성시 필수적으로 요구되는 트랙백 주소 확보를 보다 용이하게 할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 비동기적 통신 스크립트 기술인 AJAX를 이용하는 클라이언트 측의 웹 어플리케이션 형태의 "트랙백 주소 추출 시스템"을 제시 구현하고 있다.

Recently, as customer demand for cold chain products increases, cold chain companies are constantly required to improve logistics service quality and seek new competitive advantages in order to improve customer satisfaction. This study aims to indentify the factors that impact customer satisfaction in cold chain logistics and to analyze the relationship between the factors. A research model was established through the investigation of the previous studies. A survey was conducted targeting customers with cold chain logistics service experience, and the hypotheses were tested through structural equation modeling using AMOS 26.0. As a result, cold chain capability, including resource, logistics infrastructure, and partnership, has a significant impact on logistics service quality. The improvement of logistics service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Resource and logistics infrastructure, excluding partnership, had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Consequently, cold chain companies need to secure various types of resources, technology levels, and infrastructure to improve logistics service quality, which can meet customer expectations and needs.

이 글에서는 블록체인이 미디어 서비스에 미칠 파장들을 유형별로 나눠보고 블록체인이 실제 미디어 서비스에 적용된다고 할 때 어떠한 부분을 전략적으로 고려해봐야 하는지 다뤄봤다. 요약해보자면 블록체인은 미디어 서비스에 적용될 경우에 1) 콘텐츠 구성물들의 저작권 명확화, 2) 생산과 소비 수치의 정확한 산출, 3) 콘텐츠 제작 유통 과정에서 공정한 배분과 분배, 4) 콘텐츠 소유권 인증과 관리의 안정성, 5) 공유 포맷과 방식의 다각화 등에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 블록체인이 미디어 서비스에 적용될 수 있는 수준이라고 해서 미디어 서비스 산업에서 이를 무작정 수용할 수는 없는 일이다. 따라서 주로 고려해볼만한 사안으로 1) 업무 효율화가 이뤄지는가, 2) 합리적인 대가가 도출될 수 있는가, 3) 다양한 서비스 창출이 가능한가, 4) 기존에 경험되지 않은 서비스인가, 혹은 어떻게 체감할 수 있는가 등의 전략적 판단 기준들을 제시해보았다.

In this paper, we propose a technique for blockchain service replication and recovery using kubernetes(BR2K) that robustly executes blockchain services based on replication and supports systematic recovery in case of the service failure. Blockchain services are being developed and applied in various fields such as administration, finance, and medical systems based on the features of blockchain, such as decentralization, high security, and data integrity. In such areas where service continuity is important, it is necessary to provide robustness for execution of blockchain services, and a recovery plan for service failure is also required. To this end, BR2K provides an execution replication technique that systematically supports the sustainable execution of blockchain application services. Also, it introduces a robust container registry based on the blockchain service registry, systematically supporting the recovery of service failures by using it. In addition, Truffle, a blockchain service development framework, is extended to utilize the Kubernetes container management tool, and BR2K provides a technique for rapidly deploying blockchain services using the extended framwork.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자는 장소의 이동에 상관없이 지속적인 서비스를 제공받아야 한다. 이동 중에 서비스 지속성을 보장하려면 대체 서비스를 검색하는 기술뿐만 아니라, 새로운 대체 서비스의 사용을 위한 서비스 인터페이스 간 불일치를 해결할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 인터페이스 불일치 문제를 해결하는 대표적인 방법은 인터페이스 어댑터를 사용하는 것이다. 하지만, 어댑터 개발의 부담이 크다는 단점이 있어, 이를 보완하기 위한 방법으로 어댑터의 반자동 생성이나 어댑터 체인 기법에 대한 연구들이 있다. 본 논문에서는 적응 손실 측면에서 최적의 어댑터 체인을 생성하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 기존의 어댑터 제인 기법에서 고려하지 못했던 단일 인터페이스 내의 메소드 의존성을 고려하여 적응손실을 측정하는 방법과 이를 반영하여 어댑터 체인을 생성하는 어댑터 제인 생성 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 기법이 비교적 짧은 시간 내에 최적의 어댑터 체인을 생성할 수 있음을 보인다.

Blockchain is designed to collect and store the data recorded on the network in one block unit, and is connected and stored back and forth, and its form is similar to how the blocks are connected, so it is called a blockchain. Many companies are trying to popularize blockchain-based services at home and abroad, and blockchains are used in various industries. This study introduces the technical characteristics of the blockchain and deals with application services utilizing the blockchain. Introducing 5 types of blockchain architecture and core technologies and introducing blockchain application services that are used in payment services, blockchain service networks, blockchain real estate platforms, identity verification, cryptocurrency, diamond distribution path tracking, and blog information recording. do. It is expected to increase the understanding of the blockchain and provide usefulness in future blockchain research and service development.

This study was conducted to verify the relationships among the image of middle-low price chain hotels, service quality, consumption value, and customer emotion by using the AMOS 22.0 statistic package program. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods employed for identifying the formulated hypothesis model. According to results, first, it is seen that the image of middle-low price chain hotels has positive effect on the service quality. Second, the image of middle-low price chain hotels has positive effect on the consumption value, and the consumption value has positive effect on the service quality. Third, the service quality does not have positive effect on the customer emotion. Last, the image of middle-low price chain hotels has positive effect on the customer emotion. In this study, we attempted to establish the management strategy device of middle-low price chain hotels by analyzing how the image of middle-low price chain hotels affect the service quality, consumption value, and customer emotion. As a result, when it comes to the service quality according to the image of middle-low price chain hotels, the conviction, in other words, the belief of the hotel staffs was the biggest one. In addition, when it comes to the consumption value according to the image of middle-low price chain hotels, the functional value, the kind service of the hotel staffs was seen as the highest satisfaction. More practical and theoretical implications for developing marketing strategy in context of middle-low price chain hotels has been suggested in conclusions.
