SLA (Service Level Agreement) is an essential factor that must be guaranteed to provide a reliable and consistent service to user in cloud computing environment. Especially, a contract between user and service provider with SLA is important in an environment using a cloud service brokerage. The cloud computing is classified into IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS according to IT resources of the various cloud service. The existing SLA is difficult to reflect the quality factors of service, because it only considers factors about the physical Network environment and have no methodological approach. In this paper, we suggested a method to specify the quality characteristics of software and proposed a mechanism and structure that can exchange SLA specification between the service provider and consumer. We defined a meta-model for the SLA specification in the SaaS level, and quality requirements of the SaaS were described by the proposed specification language. Through case studies, we verified proposed specification language that can present a variety of software quality factors. By using the UDDI-based mediation process and architecture to interchange this specification, it is stored in the repository of quality specifications and exchanged during service binding time.

본 논문은 임의의 호스트의 실행 환경과 리소스에 대한 변경 없이 독립적으로 응용 프로그램 수준의 가상화를 제공하는 단일 실행 파일을 가지는 이동형 SW의 제공 방법에 대하여 소개한다. 이는 실행 포맷 변환기를 통하여 설치형 SW에서 추출된 이동형 SW 정보를 본 논문에서 제공하는 응용 파일 시스템에 구축하고, 이를 실행하기 위하여 윈도우 기반 시스템에서 사용자 레벨의 라이브러리 후킹 기술을 이용한 가상 실행 라이브러리와, 이 가상 실행 라이브러리를 실제 구동되는 이동형 SW 프로세스에 바인딩하여 실행시키게 하는 실행 엔진 모두를 하나의 파일에 제공하는 방법 대하여 기술한다

The purpose of this study is to investigate practical measures to provide a better welfare services in public sector through analyzing differences according to socio-demographic characteristics about the quality service of public welfare that social welfare officials perceive personally. The questionnaire has been conducted among 401 social welfare officials with 5 factors: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurances. With the results, the age was the most conspicuous difference in five factors of quality service in general. The quality of welfare service appears lower level as the official works close to community members. Additionally, the analysis shows that social welfare officials have relatively low perception about reliability, responsiveness and empathy. The official in charge of social welfare needs to have a neighborhood-centered value orientation, and be a social worker and official in the field of substantive welfare. Therefore, this study has a meaning to suggest some directions of social welfare transition and basic delivery system by identifying their understanding.

Recently, social welfare officers are suffering from a lot of job stress due to increasing work and are carrying out emotional labor. This study assessed the effect of emotional labor on the quality of welfare service through a questionnaire survey on 937 civil servants in Sejong city and Chungcheongnam-do provinces. First, social welfare officers experienced more than average level of emotional labor, and they performed more internal behavior than surface behavior. Second, the services provided by the social welfare officers were higher than usual, followed by tangibility, assurance, reliability, empathy, and responsiveness. Third, deeping acting had a positive (+) influence on service quality among the sub-factors of emotional labor. In other words, the quality of service increases as the emotional state itself changes, On the other hand, deeping acting did not affect service quality. In the future, policy responses to excessive work burden of social welfare officers should be needed and a manual for responding to emotional labor should be provided.

본 논문에서 구현한 경량단말을 활용한 이종 박물관 관람 환경별 최적의 적응적 관광 서비스 제공 모듈은 서로 다른 박물관을 관람하는 상황에 맞춰 그 관람객에게 가장 적합한 서비스를 제공을 해주는 모듈이다. 종래의 박물관 관람 형태는 사용자가 박물관에서 나누어준 하드카피 형태의 팜플렛 또는 가이드 안내에만 의존한 관람 형태이고, 주제별 아이템에 관한 상세 정보도 현장에 배치된 안내물을 보던가, 박물관에서 대여형태로 제공하는 오디오 장비만을 활용 하는 수준이며, 특히나 제한된 시간내에 대형 박물관을 관람해야 하는 경우 자신이 관심있는 것만 볼 수 없는 환경이다. 본 논문에서 소개될 이 모듈은 가상화 기술과 경량 단말을 활용하여 대형 박물관 또는 미술관등을 방문한 관람객에게 본인에게 맞는 최적의 관람 서비스를 제공한다. 좀더 자세하게는 대형 박물관에서 이 모듈이 사용되는 경우 넓은 공간에 무수히 많은 작품들이 전시되어 있는 상황에서 가용한 관광시간에 본인이 보고자 하는 것들만 추천받아볼 수 있도록 도와줄 수 있고, 최소한의 원가를 들여서 제작된 경량 스마트 단말을 통하여 해당 작품에 대해 상세한 부가 정보를 제공받아 박물관의 관람효과를 극대화 할 수 있도록 도와준다.

최근 전 세계적으로 서비스 산업의 노동력 비중이 늘어나고 서비스업 뿐만 아니라 농업 및 제조업 분야에서도 서비스의 가치 비중이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 최근까지 서비스는 대부분 제공자의 직관과 경험에 의존하여 운영되었기 때문에 서비스의 성과와 고객 만족도는 미미한 수준에 그칠 수밖에 없었다. 이에 따라 서비스의 생산성을 향상시키고 서비스 수준을 혁신하는 방법을 찾는 것이 산업 사회의 주요 현안으로 떠올랐고 이러한 배경 하에 서비스업의 본질을 과학적으로 규명하여 서비스 분야의 혁신을 이루기 위해 경영학, 사회과학, 산업공학 등 여러 분야의 지식을 종합하여 서비스 과학(Services Science)이라는 새로운 학문 분야를 만들려는 움직임이 일기 시작했다. 서비스 과학의 목적은 공급자와 고객 사이에 가치를 창출하는 일련의 과정인 서비스를 보다 과학적인 방법을 통하여 측정하고 예측할 수 있는 것으로 변환시킴으로써 서비스의 미래 가치와 위험을 정량적으로 예측하고 나아가 서비스의 성과와 만족도를 높이는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 U-city 건설에 중추적 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 지리정보시스템(GIS)의 비즈니스 모델을 대상으로, GIS 정보 서비스의 특성을 규명하여 이러한 정보 서비스가 높은 생산성을 갖기 위한 방안으로서 다학제적 관점의 공유를 통해 다양한 학문 분야의 지식을 종합 적용하고 서비스의 특성을 고려하여 직관과 경험이 아닌 과학적인 도구와 방법론을 통해 GIS 정보 서비스를 관리할 것을 제안한다.

Objective : This study sought to explore occupational therapy students' awareness of Developmental Rehabilitation Services (DRSs) and the certification of Sensory Developmental Rehabilitation Service Providers (SDRSPs). Moreover, it also aimed to examine the differences in students' awareness based on general characteristics. The findings were intended to provide a foundation for research on sensory developmental rehabilitation. Methods : An online survey was conducted among 199 occupational therapy students nationwide from October 4 to November 5, 2022. Frequency analysis was used to assess the general characteristics and additional items. Both descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were employed to assess the students' awareness of DRSs and SDRSP certification. Any differences in the students' awareness based on their general characteristics were examined using t-tests and an analysis of variance. Results : The students' awareness of DRSs was moderate (4.50 ± 2.40), while their awareness of SDRSP certification was also moderate (4.22 ± 2.55). The awareness of DRSs varied significantly based on the students' academic year and child-related practice experience. Similarly, the awareness of SDRSP certification differed significantly based on the students' academic program, academic year, recognition by the related department, and child-related practice experience. Conclusion : The occupational therapy students expressed a strong intention to provide DRSs and become certified as SDRSPs. However, their awareness levels were moderate. These findings emphasize the importance of educational efforts and the provision of relevant information about DRSs and SDRSP certification in universities to foster the development of competent SDRSPs.

클라우드 데스크톱 가상화 (VDI)는 제2의 PC 혁명이라 불리우는 가상 데스크톱 인프라 시스템 기술이다. VDI는 컴퓨팅 자원에 한 곳에 모아 두어 언제 어디서든 인터넷을 통하여 개인의 PC 환경을 사용할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 등장하였다. 그러나 VDI는 기업 보안 강화, 전력 절감, TCO 절감 등을 목적으로 많은 기업들에 의해 성공적으로 도입되고 있다. 현재 VDI는 인터넷을 통하여 가상 데스크톱 서비스를 사용자의 PC 경험 수준으로 제공하기 위해 많은 연구와 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 클라우드 데스크톱 가상화 기술에서의 중점적인 연구 이슈와 VDI 개발 동향을 살펴보고 현재 국내에서 진행되고 있는 관련 연구 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.
