최근 기업활동에서 특허정보의 효율적 관리가 크게 강조되고 있다. 한국특허정보원은 특허청이 설립한 재단법인체이자 특허정보종합서비스 전문기관으로서 국내외 기업, 연구소, 발명가 등에게 특허기술정보를 인터넷을 통하여 무료로 제공하고 있으며 고객의 요청에 의한 전문화된 특허 선행기술조사, 분석 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 한국특허정보원의 주요 사업을 통해 기업체들이 특허활동에 KIPI 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 방안을 알아본다.

공개키 기반구조는 공개키 알고리즘을 이용하여 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 정보처리 및 정보통신시스템에서 사용자 공개키의 무결성과 인증성을 제공하기 위한 중요한 기반 서비스이다. 공개키에 대한 무결성을 제공하기 위해서는 전자서명이 요구되며, 인증성을 제공하기 위해서는 제3의 신뢰기관이 요구된다. 제3의 신뢰기관이 통칭 인증기관이다. 사용자는 인증서를 이용하여 응용에게 공개키의 무결성과 인증성을 알려주며, 응용은 인증서에 포함되어 있는 공개키를 이용하여 정보통신 시스템에서 다양한 정보보호 서비스를 실현한다. 인증서 정책은 하나의 인증서를 특정응용에 적용 가능한지를 알려주기 위한 법칙들의 집합이라고 될 수 있다. PKI 영역(Domain)은 하나의 통일되고 합의된 인증서 정책으로 구현되는 인증기관들과 사용자들의 집합이라고 볼 수 있다. PKI 응용 영역간의 상호 연동은 PKI 서비스를 확장하기 위하여 중요한 기술이다. 본 고에서는 PKI 영역간 상호 연동을 위한 공개키 기반구조의 개요와 필요성 등을 기술하고, IETF PKIX의 공개키 기반구조 표준화 동향을 분석하며, 상호 연동을 위하여 요구되는 인증서 정책과 인증서 확장자를 살펴보고, 대표적인 주요 인증서 정책들을 분석하며, 최근 PKI 포럼에서 연구된 PKI 영역간 상호 연동 방식을 살펴보고, 마지막으로 상호 연동 방식간의 특징과 장단점을 제시한다.

The importance of voucher service evaluation is increasing with the expansion of voucher, but the previous studies on performance evaluation could not reflect the characteristics of voucher. But there is no study on the factors affecting voucher performance. Thus, this study focuses on the empirical analysis of voucher program performance and analysed the factors affecting voucher satisfaction. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users in Community-Development voucher service in Community Service Investment Program. The methods applied in this study are Hierarchial Linear Model(HLM) using service user variables(level 1) and service agency variables(level 2). These variables are extracted from the previous studies on performance of social welfare service and voucher service. The findings show that user's satisfaction is influenced by level 1 variables such as sex, need and also influenced by level 2 variables of service type and area* organization type. On these analysis, this study gives policy implication.

The primary goal of the study is to examine the possibility of applying the time series model to forecasting demand and supply of social services. In the study, we used survey data based on a nationally represented sample which is secondary processed data. We selected developmental rehabilitation service. The analysis, we made models of a demand and a supply using time series analysis. Utilizing the estimates, we identified each model's pattern. This study provides an empirical evidence to suggest benefits of using the time series model for forecasting the demand and the supply pattern of newly introduced social services. We also provide discussions on policy implications of utilizing demand and supply time series models in the process of developing new social services.

This study of purpose is to examine the efficiency through the current status and performance of each institution providing the Daegu community service investment project, and to find a direction for the efficient operation of each institution. In order to promote efficient and effective project promotion by checking the management status that meets the purpose of the local community service investment project, to provide systematic services necessary to consumers, improve quality, and improve the environment, the accurate situation and situation through the efficiency analysis of the service provider organization It is necessary to identify problems, develop programs suitable for regional characteristics, and actively manage services. Specifically, it seeks to provide a more stable and sustainable local community service by measuring efficiency based on information from each institution and comparing and analyzing it among local governments. For this purpose, it is meaningful in analyzing the efficiency of each institution by using the DEA (data envelope analysis) method and presenting the goals and policy implications for efficient operation by comparing them by local government.

현재 자율운항선박의 성공적 달성을 위해 다양한 연구개발이 진행 중이며 이와 관련하여 자율운항선박의 안전항해 지원을 위해 자율운항 지원 서비스와 해양사고 대응 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 자율운항 지원 서비스는 전자해도표시시스템(ECDIS, Electronic Chart Display and Information System)에서 수립하는 항로 계획 정보를 육상 운항조정상황실에 전송하여 충돌 위험 예측 후 유용한 정보를 자율운항선박에게 제공하는 서비스이다. 이 서비스를 통해 타 선박과 자율운항선박간의 조우 지점과 타 선박의 사전 변침정보를 미리 알 수 있기 때문에 충돌 예측 정보로써 활용할 수 있다. 해양사고 대응 서비스는 현재 사람에 의존적인 해양사고 상황인식 및 해양사고 대응기관에 전파하는 것을 자동으로 상황을 인식하고 사고 대응하는 서비스이다. 이 서비스를 통해 사고 단계별 유용한 정보를 사고선박 및 주변 해양사고 대응기관에 정보를 제공함으로써 추가적인 해양사고 방지와 즉각 대응이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 2가지 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해 시스템의 요구사항을 분석하고 시스템 아키텍처를 설계하였다.

The mobile electronic notice service (MENS) is a service that delivers a mobile electronic notice to a smartphone in the person's name through an authorized electronic document intermediary instead of a bill that was delivered by mail using paper. In order to provide the MENS, information is needed to identify the same user between the sending agency and the authorized electronic document relay. In this paper, we propose a standard for safe conversion and utilization of Connecting Information (CI) used as user identification information for MENS. In the proposed method, it is necessary for the requesting institution to send the electronic notice to provide the resident registration number to the identity verification institution and convert it into the CI. In this case, a safe and efficient MENS will be possible by proposing a review standard and processing method to verify the appropriateness of the conversion of CI. By applying the proposed method to the MENS, it can contribute to service activation and reinforcement of user privacy protection.

본 논문에서는 의료기관에서 수진자의 검사정보를 검사기관과 1:1 계약이 아닌 다양한 검사기관으로 위탁 의뢰 할 수 있고, 검사의뢰나 검사결과 보고만을 하는 기존 검사관리 시스템과는 달리 검사결과 정보를 바탕으로 한 다양한 부가서비스를 제공할 수 있는 통합 검사관리 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 서비스 플랫폼은 다양한 의료기관과 검사기관을 하나의 통합 검사관리 시스템에 연결, 병 의원 업무의 효율성 및 서비스 질 향상을 지원한다.
