A study on broadcasting service model of medium wave digital radio (중파 디지털라디오 방송서비스 모델에 관한 연구)

  • A In the rapidly changing media environment, radio needs to be digitized in order to provide regular compatible service. Especially, most medium high frequency Medias have program contents thar are similar to the standard FM bandwidth, so digitizing radio will bring less effect than it is expected. However, the characteristics of radio medias are mobility, individuality, site-to-site, wide service coverage, immediate delivery and publicity, so it is necessary to study the future of radio media to provide continuous services, moreover, the main discussion regarding balanced development between medias will be the trend of the digitization of radio. Also it is easy and will cost less to change compared to other medias. AM was the first media to broadcast in Korea, and its network is spread all over Korea, also the receivers are the most widely distributed which means the signal reaches everywhere in Korea. In this study, the proper service model for AM digital radio is provided in this environment in which all Medias are rapidly digitizing due to the advancement of digital technology. The results of experimental are based on library study and KBS data of sound wave.

The Effect of Service Quality and Company Reputation on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Mobile Payment: Moderating Effects of Switching Barriers (모바일 간편 결제 서비스 품질 및 기업 명성이 고객 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향: 전환장벽의 조절적 작용)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors that impact customer satisfaction and loyalty in mobile payment services. Specifically, this research (1) studies the influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction and loyalty, (2) examines service quality dimensions that increase customer satisfaction, and (3) assesses switching barriers as moderators in influencing customer loyalty. Findings of this empirical research reconfirm the point of view that company reputation, service quality, and switching barriers are crucial for customer satisfaction in mobile payment services. The research methodologies that were used to verify the hypothesis in this study included customized surveys and structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that company reputation significantly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the results indicated that only two of the five total service qualities, ease of use and the security/privacy qualities, have positive influences on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has also proven to be a significant influence on loyalty. Lastly, the results showed that among the factors of switching barriers, the factors of lost performance costs, sunk costs, setup costs, the attractiveness of alternatives, and service recovery have moderating effects on the relationships between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Base on the results, this research recommends that firms aim at devising integrated strategies that make switching barriers act as complements to customer satisfaction.

  • 이용자의 정보요구 변화와 이용자 중심의 서비스로 전환 그리고 도서관의 심화된 경쟁 등의 도서관을 둘러싼 환경의 변화는 이용자 기대의 변화와 도서관 경영이 변화를 가져왔다. 따라서 이용자에 대한 관심의 증가와 그들의 요구를 파악하기 위한 노력이 도서관 경영에 필요하게 되었으며, 도서관 품질 평가에 있어 수치적인 측면에서 탈피하여 고객 중심의 품질 평가로의 전환이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 서비스 품질 측정에 관한 다수 이론들과 모형을 정리하여 도서관 서비스 품질을 측정하는 새로운 도구를 제시해 보고자 한다.

  • 지난 20 년간 전송 시스템은 음성 위주의 트래픽을 위해 발전해 왔다. 그러나 1990년대 말부터 시작된 인터넷 붐에 따라 이제는 데이터 트래픽이 주 서비스로 전환되었다. 이에 따라 음성 위주로 개발되어 왔던 전송 시스템은 데이터 서비스를 수신하기 위한 여러 가지 기술들을 채택하기 시작하였다. 즉 회선 기반의 서비스에서 패킷 기반의 서비스로 전환되고 있는 것이다. MSPP, Multi Service Provisioning Platform,은 이를 적용시키는 전반적인 기술을 적용한 시스템에 대한 일반적인 단어이다. 이 글에서는 MSPP 에서 거론되는 기술들에 대해 살펴 보기로 한다.

  • 초고속 인터넷 서비스 보급의 확산에 따라 인터넷 이용이 더욱 편리해지고 일상화되면서 인터넷 뱅킹은 새로운 기술혁신의 수용이 아니라 생활 속에 자리 잡은 일상의 금융서비스가 되었다. 이러한 디지털 금융환경의 변화로 인해 이제 국내에도 인터넷 전문은행의 도입에 대한 시장여건이 한층 성숙되어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 인터넷 전문은행의 성공적인 시장 진입의 가능성에 대한 관심도 그 어느 때 보다 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 시장의 관심을 반영하여, 기존 인터넷 뱅킹 사용자들이 인터넷 전문은행이 도입 될 경우 전환에 대해 어떠한 수용태도를 보일 것인지에 대해 실증 분석을 통해 그 가능성을 타진해 보고자 하였다.

The Study of Structural Relationship among the Customers' Service Recovery of Complaint and After Behavioral Intention in the Service Industry (서비스 산업에서 고객 서비스 불평 회복과 사후행동의 구조적 관계 연구)

  • This study is directed to examine the most useful restoration strategies for turning the customers' dissatisfaction caused by unsuccessful spa service to the satisfaction through each fair factors and tries to suggest the practical schemes to cope with complaints and dissatisfaction of spa service customers by establishing the system dealing with customers' complaints. And this verifies the relationship between the alternative attraction and the intention of conversion as the action after the restoration from the unsuccessful services. Moreover, it analyzes the mediation effect that a formation of reliance through the restoration of unsuccessful services has. To achieve the purpose of this study, the subject got decided as women who are customers of private spa facilities situated in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do region for the purpose of skin care in 1 year recently. After understanding their experiences of complaining about the services, this study investigates the alternative attraction and the intention of conversion as the next action and the perception of fairness and trust in the efforts of Spa service business for recovery. As the result of verifying hypothesis, it is shown that the recovery satisfaction increases when the 3 points of the distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, which are the fairness factors of the effort to restore services according to the quality of service, are more positive. In the relation among recovery satisfaction, trust, the alternative attraction, and the intention of conversion, the result was that recovery satisfaction affects trust in positive way and alternative attraction in negative way. However, the positive and meaningful result came out in contrast with the hypothesis which predicted the negative effect of recovery satisfaction on the intention of conversion. Furthermore, it means that indirect effectiveness which carries trust and alternative attraction should be considered instead of the direct effectiveness that the recovery satisfaction affects on the intention of conversion. In this study, it can be interpreted that the combined increase of the trust and the alternative attraction makes the intention of conversion higher rather than the higher intention of conversion following the decrease of the recovery satisfaction in view of the result that the indirect effectiveness is high between the recovery effort and the intention of conversion. In the relation among the intention of conversion, trust, and alternative attraction, the intention of conversion got influenced in positive way and negative way by trust and alternative attraction respectively and trust influenced the alternative attraction negatively as well. It means the high quality of services or the recovery of services has a direct causation which carries conviction to the customers' intention of action.

  • In nowadays, Covid-19 has transformed patterns of consumers' behavior into a non-face-to-face mode. As the patterns of consumption have been digitalized, it has become a daily routine for consumers who perform so-called shadow work, which involves unpaid jobs that they have to do by themselves. In mobile grocery service context, consumers' shadow work could lead to shopping avoidance as well as switching toward other shopping channels. Thus, this study is to examine how consumers' perception of shadow work affect mobile shopping avoidance and switching intention toward other shopping channels. This study collected 283 survey data from online respondents who have experience on subscription services for ordering groceries in online. We also tested our research model by using partial least squares. Based on our results, this study has found that the perception of shadow work had a positive effect on mobile shopping avoidance as well as switching intention. We expect that our findings could contribute to relevant research on shadow work and suggest practical implications for digital platforms dealing with subscription business models

  • Importance of online community has been increased and also online community has been used as an important marketing tool. The purposes of this study are to construct an instrument to evaluate service quality of online community service and have a further discussion of the relationship between service quality dimensions, customer satisfaction, intention to move. According to our findings, among the determinants of service quality, empathy strongly influences both of consumer satisfaction and intention to move. The determinants of service quality which positively influences consumer satisfaction are empathy, tangibles and responsiveness. Empathy and assurance negatively influence intention to move. This means that the service quality of online community affects customer retention. Also, understanding and reflecting customer needs are more important.

  • 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 IPTV 채널캐슁 서비스는 IPTV 서비스의 품질요소인 QoE(Quality of Experience)의 개선을 목적으로 하고 있다. IPTV 채널캐슁 방법은 IPTV 서비스가 실시간 방송 및 VOD(Video On Demand)등 다양한 패턴의 서비스를 선택하는 사용자의 채널요구 패턴을 반영한 인접채널(adjacent-channel)을 멀티캐스트하면, 사용자의 채널전환요구시 제어메시지 전송 및 스위칭에 소요되는 대기시간을 줄여 사용자의 채널전환지연시간을 개선할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 LRFU(Least Recently Frequently Used) 알고리즘에 기반한 MCA(Multicast Channel Agent)을 제안하며, MCA을 구성모듈에 대한 설명을 기술한다.

모바일 증권서비스 사용의도의 장애요인에 관한 연구

  • 한국증권산업은 최근 5년 동안 증권서비스의 거래방식이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 전환되는 급격한 패러다임의 변화를 겪었다. 이는 온라인 증권서비스가 오프라인에서 제공해 주지 못했던 서비스를 제공해 주었기 때문인 것으로 많은 연구를 통해 밝혀 졌다. 또한 정보통신기술의 급격한 발달과 모바일 기기의 빠른 보급으로 인하여 또다시 증권서비스의 거래 방식이 모바일기기를 이용한 방식으로 점차적으로 전환 될 것이라는 전망이 많이 예측 되었다. 그러나 전문가들이 예상했던 것과는 달리 모바일 증권서비스의 확산 속도는 2003년 온라인 증권 거래 방식 중 모바일 증권서비스의 거래방식이 3% 미만의 비중을 차지하는 등, 그 확산 속도가 정체되거나 매우 느리게 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초기에 많은 전문가들이 예상했던 모바일증권서비스가 활성화 되지 않는 요인을 장애요인으로 정의하고, 사용자들이 모바일증권서비스의 수용의도에 있어서 무엇이 가장 큰 장애요인 인지를 도출해 내고 도출된 장애요인을 실제 온라인 증권서비스 사용자들에게 검증 받는데 그 연구목적이 있다.
