가정 내에서의 초고속망 이용이 활성화되면서 가정 내에서의 활동은 매우 다양하고 복잡하며 그에 따른 서비스도 여러 가지 형태가 존재한다. 외부 인터넷망과 연동되는 홈 네트워크의 개념이 생기기 전부터 흠 오토메이션, 홈시큐리티 등의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 고립적인 형태의 망과 서비스 제공 시스템이 있었다. 월드 와이드 웹 서비스를 기본으로 한 인터넷의 폭발적인 활성화와 고속 인터넷망의 확산에 따라 가정 내에서 제공되는 서비스를 인터넷과 연계시키려는 시도가 보편화되었고 가정 내에서 사용되는 독립적인 기기들을 인터넷에 연결하여, 외부의 정보를 이용해서 활용하거나, 가전내의 기기들을 외부에서 액세스할 수 있게 되었다. 이렇게 하여 보다 풍부한 서비스를 제공하고, 사용상의 시간적인 제약을 완화할 수 있다. 예들 들어 인터넷상에서 조리법을 전송받아 전자레인지를 작동할 수 있으며, 외부에서 잘못 켜둔 가스밸브를 잠글 수도 있다. 가정 내에서 wrhd되던 이러한 서비스들은 서로 다른 하드웨어와 통신방법을 사용하고 있어, 이러한 서비스를 통합하여 운영, 관리할 수 있도록 하는 흠 서버의 개념이 대두되었다. 외부 인터넷 망과 연계된 흠 오토메이션, 홈 시큐리티등을 제공할 수 있는 기반이 마련되었고, 가정 내에서 독립적으로 제공되던 서비스들을 단일 홈 서버를 통해서 관리하려는 시도가 진행되었다. 그러나 홈 서버는 개발하는 업체의 보유기술에 따라 중심기능은 약간씩 차이를 보이고 있다. 홈 서버 응용 영역은 전문 지식을 소유한 인력과의 연계가 필요하고, 다양한 서비스 영역 행위가 아주 복잡하기 때문에 이들을 연결해 주는 자치 시스템을 필요로 한다. 또한 홈 서버 서비스 영역에서 정보는 각 영역 전문가가 가진 지식의 전달을 필요로 하기 때문에, 지식을 주고받는 멀티 에이전트의 시스템의 활용 영역으로 적당하다. 멀티 에이전트 시스템은 분산된 환경에서 에이전트간에 에이전트 통신 언어를 사용해서 대화를 하기도 하고, 상호 협력하는 에이전트들로 구성된 시스템을 뜻하며 흠 서버처럼 동적이고 고도의 자치성을 요구하는 영역에 적당하다. 멀티 에이전트 플랫폼으로는 FIPA(Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agents)가 제시한 에이전트 표준 플랫폼이 1997년부터 2000년에 이르기까지, 계속적으로 변화, 발전하고 있다. 본 연구는 FIPA에서 제시하는 플랫폼을 기반으로 홈 서버에 정보가전을 제어하는 에이전트를 두고 외부에서 다른 에이전트가 홈 서버에 위치하는 에이전트와의 통신을 통하기 정보가전을 지능적으로 제어하도록 하였다. 정보가전 에이전트는 가정 내 가전제품을 외부에서 제어하기 위한 에이전트이다. 단순한 관리가 아닌 에이전트로 하여금 지능적으로 가전제품 관리를 하게 한다. 정보가전 에이전트는 홈 서버에서 작동하는 에이전트와 PDA에서 작동하는 에이전트로 구성된다. 정보가전 에이전트는 전력량, 수도 사용량 제어와 가전제품 제어 기능과 보안 관련 서비스를 제공한다. 두 에이전트는 FIPA에서 정의된 규격에 맞게 만들어지기 때문에 FIPA명세서를 따르는 다른 에이전트와 자유로운 통신이 가능하다.

최근의 소프트웨어 위기를 해결할 수 있는 최적의 대안으로서 컴포넌트 기술을 개발, 산업계에 확산하기 위하여 다양한 영역의 비즈니스 컴포넌트를 개발 보급하여야 한다. 비즈니스 컴포넌트를 개발하기 위하여는 컴포넌트의 조립 모델을 정의한 개념적 아키텍쳐를 우선적으로 설정하여야하며 이 모델에 기반한 체계화된 명세 방법을 정의하여 각 컴포넌트가 일관적 체계에 따라 명세화 되어 개발할 수 있는 체계를 구축하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 정통부 사업의 일환으로 수행된 공용 컴포넌트 뱅크 구축을 위한 영역 아키텍쳐 모델을 제시하고, 컴포넌트 뱅크에 구축할 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 명세 방법의 개념 모델과 명세 단계를 제시하고 이를 비즈니스 웅용 영역에 적용하여 개발한 명세화 접근 방법 및 개발 결과에 대하여 논한다.

The survey of the USN technology is conducted on four technological visions that contain USN system technology USN networking technology and USN middleware along with the service platform, With respect to each technological division domestic and worldwide leading research projects are primarily explored with their technical features and research projects are primarily explored with their technical features and research outputs. Boasted on the result of the survey we establish a USN software model that includes data sensing, sensor data storage sensor data storage sensor data naming and sensor feed name service. This main objective of this model is to provide a reference model for the facilitation of USN application developments.

Since 2000, Korean Society has developed social service program, facing the increasing social needs. With the semi-public goods' factor, social service has shown the original limitation in the private market. This paper analyses social services for children and older citizens in 6 metro cities, exploring the current condition and limitation. Program were collected through research institute and metro city's social service support groups. Analysis shows that most cities have similar programs without reflecting regional specialty. Therefore, the diverse and expanded supply of social services, professional service providers, reflection of regional specialty, easier accessibility of services are suggested. More participation of users in the process of program decision-making process and networking of service providers are also proposed.

This study evaluates the need of nursing (NN) and satisfaction on nursing service (SNS) in patients and nurses. Questionnaires were completed by 105 patients and 105 nurses in one hospital. The mean score of NN was $3.73{\pm}0.76$ for patients and $3.88{\pm}0.60$ for nurses (t=9.23, p<.001). The top score came from cure territory, while the lowest from physical territory in both patients and nurses. The mean score of SNS was $3.35{\pm}0.74$ for patients and $3.31{\pm}0.44$ for nurses (t=3.88, p<.001). The top score came from cure territory, while the lowest from physical territory in both patients and nurses. When NN and SNS are compared, the score of NN was higher than that of SNS in both patients (t=3.77, p<.001) and nurses (t=9.23, p<.001). As a result, they provided unsatisfactory nursing services, although nurses worked hard to improve them. Nurse administrators should develop strategies and apply them.

TMN(Telecommunications Management Network) 관리서비스란 TMN사용자 입장에서 인지된 전기통신망의 운용, 유지보수, 관리 및 제공(OAM&P)에 적용되는 개발요구사항들을 관리되어야 할 관리대상 영역과 상세 관리기능 관점에서 정의한 것으로서, ITU-T(SG4/WP3)에서 이 내용을 국제표준으로 제시하기 위하여 M.3200(TMN Management Services and Telecommunication Managed Areas : Overview)라는 권고안을 작성 권고하였다. 본 고에서는 국내 통신사업자와 산업체들이 적용할 수 있는 TMN관리서비스와 관리영역에 대한 국가표준을 제시하기 위하여 ITU-T의 M.3200을 기반으로 작성되어 ''98년 TTA단체표준으로 제정한 ''TMN관리서비스 표준''에 대한 주요내용과 적용범위 등을 요약$\cdot$정리하였다.

본 연구에서는 정보화사업의 성과는 직접적으로 하나의 효과만을 발생시키지 않고 다양한 단계에서 다양한 형태의 성과로 발생된다는 점에서 정보화사업의 추진단계를 사업추진 전(前) 단계(사전평가), 사업추진 진행단계(진행평가), 사업추진 완료 후 운영단계(사후평가)로 구분하고 각 단계별로 정보화사업의 성과를 측정하기 위한 정보화사업 추진단계별 평가모형을 제시하였다. 각 추진단계별 평가영역 및 평가항목의 개발은 정보화사업 평가항목에 관한 선행연구들에 대한 이론적 고찰과 국내 외 공공부문에서 실제 적용하고 있는 사례를 중심으로 도출하였으며, 특히 본 연구에서의 중점연구대상 정보화사업인 문화정보화사업을 중심으로 제시하였다. 각 단계별 평가영역 및 평가항목으로는 사전평가에서는 사업추진 계획영역의 비용산정적정도, 사업적 타당도, 전략적 타당도, 위험도분석, 추진계획적정도의 5개의 평가항목으로, 진행평가에서는 사업추진 실행영역의 사업추진효율성, 자원관리적정도, 아웃소싱관리적정도 등 3개 평가항목을 제시하였다. 또한 사후평가에서는 정보시스템 구축성과 영역의 경우 시스템품질, 정본품질, IS 서비스 품질을, 정보시스템 운영성과 영역은 시스템의 활용도와 사용자 만족도를, 조직 및 경영성과 영역은 사업적 기여도와 전략적 기여도를 각각 제시하였으며, 아울러 각 평가항목별 세부 평가항목을 함께 제안하였다.

Recent development in wireless communication technology and mobile equipment like PDA, cellular phone and GPS makes location-based services (LBSs) popular. However, because, in the LBSs, users continuously request a query to LBS servers by using their exact locations, privacy information could be in danger. Therefore, a mechanism for users' privacy protection is required for the safe and comfortable use of LBSs by mobile users. For this, this paper propose a grid-based cloaking area creation scheme supporting continuous LBSs. The proposed scheme creates a cloaking area rapidly by using grid-based cell expansion to efficiently support the continuous LBSs. In addition, to generate a cloaking area which makes the exposure probability of a mobile user to a minimum, we compute a privacy protection degree by granting weights to mobile users. Finally, we show from a performance analysis that our cloaking scheme outperforms the existing cloaking schemes, in terms of service time, privacy protection degree.

Recently been viewed as a core technology of the IT industry, cloud computing services. It is expected that the market for cloud services industry showed a growth rate of 18.9% annually, to form a scale of $ 1,330 billion dollars in 2013, and to form a 1,768 billion dollars in 2015. Growth of cloud computing services industry, provides the operational efficiency and reduce costs for many companies, but the risks associated with it is also increasing. There is a problem that phenomenon is to lose control of the data on features of the cloud service, more data is gathered in one place, when a failure occurs, it is removed simultaneously the data of all devices. therefore, in the present paper is investigate the area a quick recovery with up to the problem and secure data storage INT the cloud computing service is available in only the data in the cloud service possible.

산업은 컨버전스라는 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델로 발전하고 있으며, 산업간 융합 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 전통산업의 새로운 경쟁력을 제공하는 원천으로 활용되고 동시에 산업 간의 융합 환경을 지원하기 위한 유용한 솔루션을 제공할 것으로 기대하고 있다. 이와 같이 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 일반화되고 그 서비스가 재편됨으로써 기존의 다른 응용 기술과의 융 복합된 서비스 구조 및 형태를 예측하고 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하며 필수적인 일이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 분야의 융합형 클라우드 서비스 지원을 위해 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 활용되었던 방법론을 분석하고 이를 통해 고객 서비스 시나리오 기반의 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 사례 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 이를 통하여 궁극적으로 특정 산업영역내에서 혹은 서로 다른 산업 영역간의 서비스 융합을 통하여 새로운 부가 가치를 창출할 수 있는 다양한 융합형 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 모델 개발을 위한 사례연구로써 활용되길 기대한다.
