논문은 LG 데이콤의 TPS 서비스에서 사용되는 여러 단말의 초기 설치의 편의성을 최대한 보장하기 위한 자동 프로비저닝 시스템에 대한 연구이다. 이를 위해서 요구되는 단말기의 식별자와 암호화를 처리하기 위한 자동 프로비저닝 시스템의 수행 절차를 제안한다. 기본 구성은 홈게이트웨이를 이용한 홈네트워크를 구성하고 있다. 이를 기반으로 하여 IPTV 셋탑, WiFI 폰, PC 를 동시에 사용하기 위해서는 자동 프로비저닝 시스템에서 여러 단말기로 네트워크 접속에 필요한 정보(접속할 시스템의 주소(IP), 포트 및 환경 파일)를 전송하거나, 단말기가 직접 다운받을 수 있도록 한다. 이를 제공하는 시스템을 TPS 자동 프로비저닝 시스템이라 명하며, 이는 가입자의 개입없이 홈네트워크 환경과 멀티미어어 서비스 환경을 자동으로 설치함으로써 사용자의 편이성을 극대화하게 된다. 본 논문은 TPS 서비스와 디지털 홈 서비스의 근간이 되는 프로비저닝 플랫폼의 기술적 가능성을 검증함으로써 향후 관련 단말기 개발 및 개방형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다.

위치 기반 서비스(LBS)는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 시대에 필요한 핵심 엔진으로 그 중요성이 논의되어 왔다. LBS 시스템은 GPS 뿐만 아니라 휴대폰을 통한 고속 인터넷 접속을 사용하여 사용자의 위치 추적과 같은 기술이 현재 서비스된다. 그러나 소프트웨어 측면에서 대부분의 위치 기반 서비스는 서비스 제공자 위주의 일부 특정 상황을 가정한 서비스 모델 또는 사전에 정의된 일정 지역과 한정된 상황에서의 상황 인식(Context Aware) 서비스 제공이 대부분이다. 그러나 이러한 방법론들은 현실 적용이 어려운 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 사용자들의 상환인식을 통하여 사용자의 특성 지식과 공간지리 선호도 지식 정보 추론을 통한 Geo-Ontology통합시스템을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 Geo-Ontology통합시스템 중에서 사용자의 상황인지기반 LBS시스템을 제시한다. 사용자들의 개인적인 특성 지식과 공간지리 선호도 지식을 구축할 수 있으며, 이러한 특성으로 구축된 지식 기반 하에 입력된 사용자 정보와 추론을 통하여 사용자의 현재 상황에 대한 가장 적절한 추천 결과가 도출되는 프로토타입 시스템을 제공 할 수 있음을 보였다.

현재는 정보화 시대를 뛰어넘어 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 센서 네트워크, 홈 네트워킹 기술과 텔레매틱스 등 각 분야에서 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 이렇게 유무선 네트워크 시스템이 통합적이고 유기적으로 제공되는 시대를 위한 프로그램으로 이동성을 지니고 서비스 형태의 행동을 지닐 수 있는 형태의 에이전트 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 다양해지는 서비스의 기능을 추가하거나 수정을 하기 위해서는 응용 프로그램 전체를 수정해야 하고 이러한 서비스들이 많아 질수록 프로그램은 이러한 서비스를 지니고 있어야 함은 물론이고 서비스를 제공하는 서버로서의 컴퓨터에 대한 신뢰성을 제공하기 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 혼합형인 P2P 시스템을 기반으로 그룹의 서비스를 제공을 위해 동작하는 관리 에이전트를 개발하는데 있어서의 시스템 자원의 감시모듈과 계정관리 시스템을 설계하고 동작 과정을 제시한다.

정보의 홍수 속에서 살고 있는 사용자들은 좀 더 편리하게 정확한 서비스를 추천 받기를 원하고 있으며, 이러한 욕구들에 부응하여 추천시스템은 꾸준히 발전하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 사용자 환경과 사용자 자신의 컨텍스트 정보를 이용하여 추론하며, 그 결과를 사용자에게 서비스하고 있다. 그러나 실시간으로 획득된 컨텍스트 정보가 사용자에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 부족하거나 켄텍스트 정보를 모델링하는 방법에 문제가 있을 때에는 서비스의 질이 낮아질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 모바일 환경에서 실시간으로 센서를 통하여 획들될 수 있는 컨텍스트 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 컨텍스트 정보는 하위수준의 정보를 상위수준의 정보로 모델링한다. 모델링된 컨텍스트 정보는 다시 정량화 단계 후, 웹 환경의 사용자 평가 정보와 결합하여 서비스를 추천한다. 이를 통하여 시스템은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 추천을 위한 양질의 컨텍스트 정보 부족 문제를 해결하였으며, 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다.

Recently, the mRFID which combines RFID system a mobile uses infra of mobile communication and it provides object information service with the form which is various. Currently, many object information service system exists. But such system object information is by a service box and becomes the inclusion in specific territory and connection it does from different territory, there is a difficult problem point. It secured the weak point of object information service system of existing from the dissertation which it sees and the object information service system which is suitable in application development of the mRFID it embodied.

Recently, many researchers have given high attention to the semantic web services based on the semantic web technology While existing web services use the XML-based web service description language, WSDL, semantic web services are utilizing web service description languages such as DAML-S in ontology languages. The researchers of semantic web services are generally focused on web service discovery, web service invocation, web service selection and composition, and web service execution monitoring. Especially, the semantic web service discovery as the basis to accomplish the ultimate semantic web service environment has some different properties from previous information discovery areas. Hence, it is necessary to develop the storage system and discovery mechanism appropriate to the semantic well description languages. Even though some related systems have been developed, they are not appropriate for the embedded system environment, such as intelligent robotics, in which there are some limitations on memory disk space, and computing power In this regard, we in the embedded system environment have developed the document management system which efficiently manages the web service documents described by DAML-S for the purpose of the semantic web service discovery, In addition, we address the distinguishing characteristics of the system developed in this paper, compared with the related researches.

Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a development paradigm for reusing services as an independent reuse unit. A service delivers a cohesive functionality through its external interface. Since services have unique characteristics which are not typically presented in conventional development approaches, there is a demand for effective approaches to developing services. Most of the current SOA methodologies presenta process where services are designed and developed from the requirements rather than reusing existing assets, which demands high cost and effort. Hence, a desirable approach is to be able to develop services by migrating from their existing legacy systems such as object-oriented system. A difficulty in this migration is that objects in object-oriented systems reveal characteristics which differ considerably from those of services. That is, objects are designed without considering commonalities among several consumers. In this paper, we first define mapping relationships between key artifacts in object-oriented system and those in SOA services. By these relationships and considering commonalities among several applications in a domain, we propose three systematic methods to migrate from object-oriented system to SOA services. Each method consists of a list of input and output artifacts and detailed guidelines which are performed in order. Through these methods, service developers can easily develop services with less effort.

최근 POST PC 시대의 도래에 따른 단말기술의 발전, 유무선 통합 네트워크로의 진화와 더불어 서비스 제공 방식 및 기술의 변화가 급속히 진행 중에 있다. 이러한 시점에 유무선 구분 없이 서비스를 제공하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 유무선 통합 서비스를 플랫폼 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 본 고에서는 이를 위한 서비스 플랫폼의 현황 및 필요성, 유무선 통합 서비스 플랫폼의 주요 고려사항, 시스템(프로토타입)구축사례 및 향후 플랫폼 접근 방향에 대해 논하였다.

본 고에서는 통과 대역 DMT ADSL 시스템의 등화기 구조를 설계하고 이를 포함하는 DMT ADSL 시스템 성능 모델을 제시하였다. CSA 지역에서 다중 반송파 변조 방식(multicarrier modulation)을 전송방식으로 하는 6Mb/s급의 ADSL 서비스를 위하여 가입자 루프 및 전송신호 특성을 고려한 노이즈 모델을 고찰하고 DMT ADSL 시스템에서 성능예측을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델을 제시하였다. 그리고 기존에 설치되어 있는 일반 전화선(unshilided twisted pair copper wire)를 이용하여 ATM 환경에서 가입자에게 주문형 비디오(video on demand) 서비스, 화상전화회의 서비스, 고속 인터넷 접속 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서비스 망 구조를 제시하였다.

VOD 시스템에서 많은 클라이언트의 요청은 몇몇의 영화에 집중된다. 서비스 가능한 많은 영화 중에서 실제 서비스가 이루어지는 영화는 많지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 특성을 고려하여 사용자에 의해 많은 요청이 이루어지는 영화만을 위한 미디어 가속기를 설계하고 개발한다. 기존의 시스템은 하드 디스크에 영화를 저장하고 서비스를 하는 반면 본 논문에서 구현하는 시스템은 많은 요청이 이루어지는 영화에 한하여 메모리에 영화를 저장하고 서비스를 한다. 본 연구에서는 미디어 가속기를 리눅스 환경에서 구현하고 실험을 통해서 실제 서비스가 가능한 사용자 수를 측정하고 서비스에 장애가 되는 요인이 무엇인지 알아본다.
