전자상거래에 있어서 인증 서비스는 크게 신원인증, 내용인증(전자공증), 신용인증 등 세 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 전자상거래가 활성화됨에 따라 여러 인증기관에서 신용인증 서비스를 제공하고 있으나, 인증기관의 성격에 따라 인증 실무기준을 달리한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현재 신용인증 서비스를 제공하는 인증기관의 성격별로 각 신용인증 서비스를 비교 분석한 후, 신용인증 서비스의 종합적인 인증 실무기준 framework제시에 초점을 둔다.

매년 급증하고 있는 통신망을 이용한 EDI 서비스에서 정보보호 서비스의 제공은 필수적인 요소임에는 틀림없다. 이러한 전자문서를 통한 상거래시에 필수적인 정보보호 서비스를 제공하는 EDI 시스템을 SEDI(Secure EDI) 시스템이라 하며, 본 논문에서는 이 SEDI 시스템에서 제공하는 정보보호 서비스를 개발하고자 할 때 사용되는 프로토콜의 구조와 해당 포트 및 관련 오퍼레이션들과 이들 모듈들의 구성, 각 서비스 모듈들의 연관관계들을 분석하였다.

정보통신부는 2003년 7월 통신시장의 유효경쟁 활성화 방안으로 기존의 설비기반경쟁보다는 서비스 기반경쟁을 지향하겠다는 입장을 표명하였다. 고정망의 경우 서비스기반 경쟁을 위한 규제적 장치가 많은 반면 이동망의 경우 경쟁방안이 부재한 상태이다. 이에 따라 해외 많은 나라에서는 서비스 기반 경쟁 활성화를 위한 대안들을 모색하고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 설비기반 경쟁과 서비스 기반 경쟁의 개념 및 사례들을 분석하고 이를 통해 서비스기반 경쟁을 활성화시킬 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Readers' advisory service has become more important for public libraries as one of the critical service areas in terms of supporting libraries patrons' reading. This study aims to discover major types of readers' advisory services provided through public libraries' web sites. Contents of 200 public libraries' home pages in U. S. were analyzed and nine areas were identified as the major readers' advisory areas. This study also proves that American public libraries are diversly communicating with their patrons and providing user-oriented advisory services. The identified key factors of readers' advisory services will help for Korean public libraries to develope their own services.

본 연구에서는 2개의 사례지구에 대한 설문조사를 통해 서비스평가 구조모형을 개발하였다. 모형의 가설로서 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석 등을 통해 구성된 '질적서비스에 대한 인식', '이동성에 대한 인식 '환승에 대한 인식', '경제성에 대한 인식'이란 인지서비스(Perceived service)를 나타내는 4개의 잠재변수는 '개인속성'과 '교통특성'이란 잠재변수의 영향을 받으며, 상호 구조적인 관계를 가지고 전반적인 만족도로 대표되는 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미친다고 가정한다. 모형추정결과, 기초적합지수(GFI)가 상인·월성 0.864, 지산·범물 0.807로 나타났고, 조정 적합지수 (AGFI)는 상인·월성 0.823. 지산·범물 0.759로 나타나 적합성은 대체로 양호하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 두 지역 모두에 있어서 잠재변수 간이나 잠재변수와 관측변수간의 인과계수의 유의성도 2, 3개의 인과계수를 제외하면 모두 5% 유의수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나 전체적으로 모형이 타당하다고 판단된다. 상인·월성의 경우, 운전기사에 대한 인식치가 '서비스평가'에 미치는 영향력이 가장 크며, 요금수준과 더불어 직접적으로 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미치고 있다 기타 편리성, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성이 중요한 원인으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 지산·범물의 경우, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성, 편리성이 '서비스평가'에 직접적으로 큰 영향력을 미치고 있다. 특히 이러한 '질적서비스에 대한 인식'은 버스의 현행 요금수준과 대기시간에, 그리고 유의성이 높다고 할 수 없지만 이용자의 연령과 버스이용빈도에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

WiBro(Wireless Broadband) service is the world standardized fourth-generation communications in Korea. The services through internet-based applications using WiBro communication-based is increasing. WiBro service in the Internet-based applications when using the service, the application may need to analyze the vulnerability. In this paper, we use the Internet when in WiBro service, to analyze the vulnerability. And, Internet-based applications for vulnerabilities that could lead to hacker attacks is analyzed. It will be studied that security measures through analysis of vulnerability of WiBro services and applications.

The purpose of this study is to analyze user satisfaction on scholarly journals and document delivery services(DDS) at foreign journal supporting center, which is founded at K University in 2007. The number of 72 users answered the quality of scholarly journals, and 69 users answered for the DDS survey. For the scholarly journal survey, up-to-date, usability, and expertness were asked, and fastness of DDS and easiness of application procedures were asked for the DDS survey. This study reveals that overall users using or visiting foreign journal supporting center are satisfied with the quality of scholarly journals and DDS.

IMT-2000 mobile system will provide many application services such as mobile internet, wireless electronics commerce applications using air interface with high data rate. These applications require high data integrity, data confidentiality, user authentication, user identity confidentiality and non-repudiation. In this study, we analyze new security threats and air interface traffic performance for IMT-2000 mobile systems. Signal traffic for network access security services requires 0.2kbps~4.5kbps with the conditions of 246~768bits/massage, 0.2~1.0 basic services/sec and the security services of the rate 0.2~1.0 times compared with basic services.

쇼핑, 음악, 영화 등 오프라인에서 즐기던 많은 서비스가 이제는 온라인화 되어 일상화되었다. 그 중 뉴스의 경우도 미국의 리서치업체가 조사한 결과에 따르면, 인터넷 사용자의 21%가 온라인 뉴스를 오프라인보다 더 선호할 뿐만 아니라 온라인에 대한 선호도가 비약적으로 늘고 있다고 밝혔다. 종이 페이퍼로 뉴스를 제공할 때는 정보를 제공하는 공간이 제한적이기 때문에 사용자의 행위를 어느 정도 예상할 수 있다. 그러나 상대적으로 온라인 뉴스와 같은 컨텐츠 서비스는 하이퍼텍스트를 기본으로 하기 때문에 사용자의 패턴을 정확히 파악하기가 쉽지 않다. 컨텐츠 서비스 사용 행위를 분석하기 위해 아이트랙킹, 인뎁스인터뷰 등 여러 방법론을 적용할 수 있으며, 아이트랙킹 연구는 Poynter Institute 에서 2004년도에 진행한 사례가 있지만 여전히 컨텐츠 서비스에서의 핵심 이슈인 컨텐츠 영역에 대한 관심도, 영역별 연관성 파악 등에 대한 객관적 데이터가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 컨텐츠 서비스 사용자의 유저 시나리오 도출을 위해 온라인 뉴스를 대상으로 한 분석 케이스를 소개한다. 본 사용자 행동 분석 리서치 수행을 위해 원격툴을 개발하였으며, 이 툴을 실제로 적용해봄으로써 컨텐츠 서비스 분석시 가능성과 고려사항들을 함께 살펴본다.
