Supply chain in service sector has been established on the premise that firms need to manage their process uncertainties to satisfy customers in an efficient manner. Information sharing and synchronization play key roles in minimize uncertainties from their involved supply chain. The duality of customers being inputs providers as well as consumers, differentiates service supply chains from manufacturing and is a challenging issue to traditional supply chain management. The service supply chain is a structured network which should be managed with supply chain theory and principles. Various key operations need to be carried out through a highly integrated and collaborated service supply chain and supporting information hub. The purpose of this paper is to present the issues and key components in the service supply chain, where the repetitive service is provided along the value chain, such as tourism, restaurant, mega-sized hospital supply chain.

현재까지 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)이라 통칭되어지는 센서망은 불특정 공간에 배포된 무선방식의 센서노드를 통해 유선방식의 센서 인프라를 대체하려는 기술 지향적 및 공급자중심의 구성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 공급자 위주의 기술지향적인 제한적 구성에서 벗어나, u-City에서 제공하고자 하는 서비스들의 목적과 서비스 대상의 요구사항분석을 기반으로 성능, 품질, 비용 등을 고려하도록 다양한 기술들을 융 복합하여 서비스를 제공하는 하이브리드 센서망의 제안을 위한 선행 연구 결과이다. 우선, 센서망과 u-City 서비스와의 관계에 대해 서술한 후, 기존 센서망에 대한 조사, 분석 결과 및 문제점, 그리고 선진국에서의 하이브리드 센서망 적용 사례와 시사점에 대해 논의하도록 한다.

기존 항공물류 산업의 시스템들은 많은 이질적인 시스템들과 비효율적이고 비표준화된 데이터로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 데이터의 통합문제를 해결하기 위한 해결방안이 많이 제시되고 있으며, XML 웹서비스 또한 해결책으로 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 XML 웹서비스를 항공물류 산업에 적용시켜 항공물류 시스템을 통합하는 방법을 제시하고, 현업에서 사용 가능한 XML 웹서비스 기반의 항공물류 공급망 시스템을 개발하였다.

RFID 기술은 사물이나 생활공간에 대한 정보를 정확하고 손쉽게 수집할 수 있도록 하며, 종래 산업에 융합하여 지능형 정보 서비스를 제공하는 지식서비스 사회의 기반 인프라이다. 유통 물류 공급망은 산업계의 핵심 순환체계로서, 원자재에서 상품으로 생산되어 최종 사용자에 이르는 복합 프로세스와 다양한 구성원들로 구성되기 때문에, 물류 공급망의 상태와 정보를 정확히 수집 및 공유하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 최근 주목 받고 있는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술은 상품 재고 및 자산관리 등 물류 공급망 프로세스를 RFID 인프라를 이용하여 관제함으로써, 물류 공급망에서 수집한 정보의 신뢰성과 프로세스 효율을 향상시키는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 고에서는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술의 개념 및 요구사항을 분석하고, 국내외 기술 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

IT 진흥 정책의 IT 839는 많은 부가적인 사업의 진흥과 국가 발전에 기여하였다. 특히, 국내 통신인프라를 기반으로 하는 네트워크의 광대역통합망(BcN) 구축은 다양한 정보통신 서비스를 제공은 물론 보다 편리한 생활을 국민에게 제시하며 IT 강국으로 부상 시키는데 기여하고 있다. 이와 같은 국내 통신 인프라의 배경은 다양한 정보통신 서비스 사업 다각화와 유비쿼터스 신도시 등에서 제시 하고자 하는 U-City 서비스 등과 같은 신규 사업의 시너지를 창출 하고 있으며, 전국 All-IP화 구현을 지향하는 초고속 통신망 구축 사업 등도 추진되는 계기가 되고 있다. 이러한 국가적인 시설구축 사업을 추진하면서 아쉬운 점은 간선망 이나 진송부분에 치우쳐 있어 실제적으로 필요한 선로시설의 댁내 기초시설에 대한 보완은 미비한 실정이다. 특히, 유선 통신사업의 하향산업으로 전략되어가면서 통신사마다 투자예산의 감축으로 관로 및 케이블의 시설확충이 현저히 떨어지고 있는 추세이다. 그리고 초고속인터넷 및 음성분야의 통신사들의 경쟁구도가 형성되면서 업체의 난립에 따른 독자적인 망구축과 가입자 댁내로 공급되는 상 하수, 전기, 가스 등의 지하시설물의 지하매설은 혼잡한 그물망을 형성하여 가입자 댁내로 공급되는 인입관로의 시설 구축이 쉽지 않은 현실이다. 따라서, 가입자로 공급되는 통신 서비스의 안정적인 공급과 잦은 �� 파손이 발생되는 통신시설공사에 있어 경제적인 시설 공급 및 통신시설공사와 관련 법규의 상호적 개선방법 등 향후 기초 인프라 시설 구축에 진보된 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The Healthcare supply chain management has recently attracted attention as a critical tool to improve service quality and reduce healthcare operational cost. Improving large hospital supply chain performance has become increasingly important as healthcare organizations strive to improve the service quality, while reducing the ever-increasing healthcare cost. This paper explores the strategic areas where the traditional supply chain management may enhance the overall performance of the large hospitals. Based on the literature review and relevant case analysis, this paper argues that the visibility, information sharing and standardization are the critical factors for deploying the supply chain principles, and also proposes the supply chain framework for efficient planning and execution, the use of RFID-enabled system for the end-to-end traceability of medical products, and cross-docking system for minimizing the inventory level in the hospital supply chain. Implications of the study findings are discussed.

Recently, ICT companies do not directly design, develop, produce, operate, maintain, and dispose of products and services, but are outsourced or outsourced companies are increasingly in charge. Attacks arising from this are also increasing due to difficulties in managing vulnerabilities for products and services in the process of consignment and re-consignment. In order to respond to this, standards and systems for security risk management of ICT supply chain are being established and operated overseas, and various case studies are being conducted. In addition, research is being conducted to solve supply chain security problems such as Software Bill of Materials (SBOM). International standardization organizations such as ISO have also established standards and frameworks for security of ICT supply chain. In this paper, we presents ICT supply chain security management items suitable for domestic situation by comparing and analyzing ICT supply chain security standards and systems developed as international standards with major countries such as the United States and EU, and explains the necessity of cyber security framework for establishing ICT supply chain security system.

정보통신기술과 e-Business의 급속한 발전으로 정보통신서비스를 구성하는 가지사슬과 환경이 빠르게 변화하고 있지만 정보통신서비스 사업자들이 e-Business 도입으로 경쟁력을 향상시키는데는 많은 제약이 존재한다. 특히, 사업자들의 비즈니스 환경이 e-Business 참여를 위한 표준화가 되어 있지 않다는 것이 시급한 문제이다. 이중에서도 메시지교환, 전자카탈로그 등의 단위기술에 대한 표준과 방향은 지속적으로 제시되어 왔지만, 실제 사업자간 발생하는 거래의 형태와 이때 필요한 문서 등에 대한 정의는 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신서비스에서의 사업자간 비즈니스 프로세스 표준모델을 제시함으로써 사업자간 프로세스에 대한 표준화와 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 정보통신서비스의 공급망을 구성하는 사업 영역을 고객에게 제공되는 서비스 형태를 중심으로 분류하여 정의하고, 각 사업 영역별 프로세스의 유령이 구분되는 사업자 단위를 도출하여 그 관계를 정의한다. 그 결과로서. 각 사업자간에 발생하는 비즈니스 프로세스와 문서를 선정하여 표준화와의 이슈와 대안을 제시한다.

In most of supply chain planning practices, the estimated demands, which are forecasted for each individual period in a forecasting window, are regarded as deterministic. But, in reality, the forecasted demands for the periods of a given horizon are stochastically distributed. Instead of using a safety stock, this study considers a direct control of service level by choosing the demand used in planning from the distributed forecasted demand values for the corresponding period. Using the demand quantile and echelon stock concept, we propose a simple but efficient heuristic algorithm for multi-echelon serial systems under service level constraints. Through a comprehensive simulation study, the proposed algorithm was shown to be very accurate compared with the optimal solutions.
