Social Geography of Poverty and Social Welfare Services (빈곤계층과 사회복지서비스의 공간적 연계성)

  • The central aim of this paper is to identify the distributional pattern of poverty and to investigate the spatial relationship between poverty and welfare service providers in Busan, Korea. It is intended to explain how the relationship of service-dependency between impoverished people and social welfare services leads to uneven social geography. Welfare services controlled by public or private agencies may support the impoverished people in different ways, generating social outcomes. By exploiting the spatial variations in the incidence of poverty and the provisions of social welfare services, this paper is to understand the dynamics of the geography of poverty from a local scale so that it can help us understand how various governmental and nongovernmental area-based service providers are spatially uneven when they are compared to the distribution of service dependency group such as impoverished people. From this research, it is finally argued that the implications of locational interdependence between such needed groups and social welfare services for their support demand a paradigm for urban social geography that centers on the changing welfare provision structure and the linkages between population and service-provision.

A Study on the Perceived Language and Non-verbal Communication and Lapport and Customer Satisfaction of Hospital Users : Focused on the Control Effect of Service Authenticity (병원이용객이 지각한 언어·비언어커뮤니케이션과 라포, 고객만족에 관한 연구 : 서비스진정성 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study is a descriptive survey using a self-reported survey method to understand the effect of language and non-verbal communication of medical service providers on customer satisfaction through Lapport and to determine the degree of impact on Lapport by adjusting perceived service authenticity. The data collection period was from April 5 to April 30, 2021. Using the convenience sampling method, data were collected from users of medical institutions located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, and a total of 306 valid questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs through a coding process. In the results of this study, it was found that the language and non-verbal communication of medical service providers influenced customer satisfaction through Lapport, and the perceived service authenticity in the relationship between each variable acts as a moderating effect. Considering that the language and non-verbal factors of the medical service provider are important in the interaction between the medical service provider and the hospital user, the medical service provider should take full account of the language and non-verbal factors and help the medical institution communicate with the hospital user.

Development of Personal Information Protection Framework to be Followed by IoT Service Providers (IoT서비스제공자가 준수해야 할 개인정보보호 프레임워크의 개발 방안)

  • This study is to develop and provide a personal information protection framework that enables IoT service providers to safely and systematically operate personal information of IoT service subjects in the overall process of providing IoT devices and services. To this end, a framework for personal information framework was derived through literature survey, and FGI with experts, it was divided into three stages, each of three stages: IoT service provision process and IoT personal information processing process. The study conducted an e-mail survey of related experts using AHP techniques to determine the importance of the components of the selected personal information protection framework. As a result, in the IoT service provision process, the IoT product and service design and development stage (0.5413) is the most important, and in the IoT personal information processing process, personal information protection in the collection and retention of personal information (0.5098) is the most important. Therefore, based on this research, as the IoT service is spreading, it is expected that a safe personal information protection framework will be realized by preventing security threats and personal information infringement accidents.

Community care perceived by medical welfare service providers and residents dwelling in the community (보건의료복지 서비스제공자와 지역주민의 커뮤니티케어에 대한 인식)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare health, medical and welfare service providers' and local residents' perception on community care. The participants were 68 service providers and 95 local residents. The data were analyzed using independent t-test and chi-square test. The results showed that the degree of agreement of service providers on the need for policy, and visiting services were higher. Service providers' ability to link local residents with a need for care to community resources was higher, but in the activation of self-help group in community, local residents agreed more. In add budget of policy to health insurance, local residents agreed less. In perception on priority for community care policy, high priorities were preparation of financial resources and care culture. To effectively operate community care policy, it is necessary to establish a care culture through active exchanges for reducing differences in policy and opinions of recipients.

  • This research examines not only the relationship between customer participation and friendship on which are focused in service marketing, but also their influences on relational outcomes. It has been well-known that customer participation had strong influence on an interaction with service provider in a service encounter which could build up social aspects of customers-service firms, as well as functional aspects. Thus, this paper identify the relational outcomes generated by customer participation and social bonds, not just customer satisfaction or service quality. As results, considering the impact of customer participation on the interaction process, customer participation had a directly positive effect on the friendship significantly. Additionally, friendship influenced by customer participation and interaction with a service provider was examined that it could have influences on relational outcomes such as relationship quality and customer loyalty. Therefore, customer participation can get rich the process of interaction, which can build up friendship between customers and service providers. Ultimately, it is estimated that customer participation and friendship can lead relational outcomes.

  • Federated authentication (FA) is a multi-domain authentication and authorization infrastructure that enables users to access nationwide R&D resources with their home-organizational accounts. An FA-enabled user is redirected to his/her home organization, after selecting the home from an identity-provider (IdP) discovery service, to log in. The discovery service allows a user to search his/her home from all FA-enabled organizations. Users get troubles to find their home as federation size increases. Therefore, a discovery service has to provide an intuitive way to make a fast IdP selection. In this paper, we propose a discovery system which leverages geographical information. The proposed system calculates geographical proximity and text similarity between a user and organizations, which determines the order of organizations shown on the system. We also introduce a server redundancy and a status monitoring method for non-stop service provision and improved federation management. Finally, we deployed the proposed system in a real service environment and verified the feasibility of the system.

  • 이동단말기의 보급률이 높아짐에 따라 이를 이용한 지불 시스템이 제시되었고, 현재 서비스를 제공중에 있다. 이동 단말기를 이용한 지불 시스템은 폭넓은 이동통신 보급률, 편리함, 간편함, 후불결제와 같은 장점들을 가지고 있다. 그러나 사용자는 서비스 제공자가 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스/물품 제 공자인지 알 수 없다는 단점을 가지고 있다 본 문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해서 Diffie-Hellman 키 합의 프로토콜을 이용하여 상호 인중을 보장하는 지불 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 현재 웹상에는 수많은 서비스들이 존재하고 이러한 서비스들은 WSDL, SOAP, UDDI을 기본구조로 하여 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 급격하게 증가하는 서비스제공자들과 서비스 요청자 사이에서의 최적의 서비스를 제공하는 것에는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 UDDI는 자신의 Repository에 서비스 제공자에 대한 정보를 등록함으로써 사용자로 하여금 좀 더 용이하게 서비스에 대해 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 그러나, UDDI에는 비즈니스에 대한 기능적인 명세만 있을 뿐 비 기능적 특성에 대한 명세는 제공하지 않았기 때문에 사용자에게 비 기능적인 부분, 즉 웹 서비스 성능에 대한 보장을 하였고, 이러한 비 기능적 정보를 Local Database에 서비스 성능평가 기준에 따라 Sorting 알고리즘을 사용하여 저장한다. 사용자는 다중질의를 통해 기능적, 비 기능적 질의를 동시에 하게 되고, 비 기능적인 면의 서비스 성능에 따라 Sorting된 서비스 중 최적의 서비스를 선택함으로써 사용자는 최상의 서비스를 제공받게 된다.

  • 정부는 시내전화 및 지능망서비스(080)에 대하여 2003년 상반기부터 번호이동성 서비스를 제공하도록 규정하고 있다. 번호이동성 서비스는 사업자간에는 경쟁을 활성화시키고 가입자에게는 이용의 편리함을 제공하기 위한 서비스로 서비스 유형으로는 서비스제공자 이동성(Service Provider Portability), 위치이동성(Location Portability) 및 서비스이동성(Service Portability)이 있다. 그리고 서비스 구현방식으로는 크게 교환기 기반 방식(Remote Call Forwarding)과 지능망방식(All Call Query, Query on Release)이 있다. 국내 번호이동성 서비스 적용 방식은 지능망 방식인 QoR 방식으로 결정되었으나 최근의 통신환경의 변화를 감안하여 서비스 도입 초기의 효율적인 서비스 도입을 위한 종합적인 재검토가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 QoR 방식의 번호이동성 서비스를 위하여 교환기에서 필요한 필요 기능 및 기술적 문제점들을 교환계위별로 고찰하고자 한다.
