While numerous information services are provided on the Web as a core infrastructure of information society, semantic services using the Semantic Web technologies still stay deployed number and application range. This situation would be mainly originated from the failure of securing reliability to the user. Thus, this paper introduces an evaluation method for measuring reliabilities of the semantic services comparatively. To measure the reliability of the compared systems, the observer assesses 'precision in task performance' as a quantitative analysis and 'reliability of expectation-result' as a qualitative analysis described by the test persons. On the other hand, the test person should rate the functional reliability and reliability of the served information on the vector graph by himself with a scale from 0 to 5. Experimental results show that assessment by the observer is very similar to rating value by test persons, and that the accuracy of the served information has a close effect on the functional reliability. Through this paper, we can verify the essential factors for evaluating the reliability of semantic service systems. These are functional reliability and reliability of served information resulting from function execution. In particular, it has been proven that the reliability of the semantic information services largely influences the "Quality in Use" and therefore determines the major factors of the semantic service reliability.

인터넷 멀티캐스트 서비스는 네트워크 자원의 효율적 사용이라는 장점과 15년 이상의 연구, 개발에도 불구하고 아직 보편화 되지 못하고 있다. 이는 멀티캐스트 서비스가 망에서 지원이 잘 되지 않고 있고. 멀티캐스트 망 관리의 어려움. Killer Application 부재 등 많은 문제점이 있고, 멀티캐스트 서비스의 신뢰성 보장이 되지 않고 있다는 것도 하나의 문제점 이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 멀티캐스트 서비스의 신뢰성 보장을 위한 방법으로 기존에 발표된 트리기반의 프로토콜인 RMTP (Reliable Multicast Transport Protocol)[1]. [2]의 단점을 보완하여 신뢰성 있는 멀티캐스트 전송을 위한 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

신뢰성이란 주어진 기간동안 주어진 조건하에서 요구되는 기능을 성공적으로 수행할 수 있는 확률을 말한다. BISDN의 신뢰성이란, BISDN이 제공하는 서비스의 연속성을 위한 중요한 인자이다. 본고에서는 BISDN 서비스를 제공하기 위한 네트워크에 대해 신뢰도 목표치를 제시하고, 의사기준접속을 바탕으로 네트워크의 각 구성요소에 대해 네트워크의 신뢰도 목표치를 할당하여 각 구성요소의 신뢰도 목표치를 제시하였다. 또한 네트워크의 구성요소중 교환기에 대한 신뢰성 평가척도인 신뢰도 파라미터에 대해 서술하였다.

This study aims at finding what factors influence trust in e-government and how trust in e-government and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in government. Despite of the importance of trust in e-government, there has not been sufficient research. Giving light on the factors of affecting trust in e-government is of academic significance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the nature, driving forces and consequences of citizens'trust in e-government and in government. The empirical results indicated that temporal embeddedness, network embeddedness, information provision quality, information security quality and e-participation quality affect satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government. Also, satisfaction with e-government services and trust in e-government influence trust in government, and satisfaction with e-government services affect trust in e-government.

무선 통신 기반의 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크에서는 현재까지 신뢰성 보장에 대해서는 거의 언급되거나 논의되지 않았던 영역이다. 하지만 센서네트워크의 서비스 확대를 위한 어플리케이션을 찾고자 할 때 가장 중요하게 생각되 어지는 것이 바로 신뢰성이 된다. 이 신뢰성이 확보된다고 하면 신뢰성이 바탕이 되는 기존의 인터넷의 바탕의 서비스가 USN에 침투되기도 용이하며 더불어서 신뢰성이 바탕되는 새로운 서비스의 추가도 USN을 사용하던 도중에도 가능해 진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크에서의 신뢰성의 의미를 알아보고 이를 개선하기 위한 연구 노력들을 살펴본다. 끝으로 향후 의미 있는 연구 방향에 대해서 소개한다.

Nowadays, as the importance of service-oriented architecture software is recognized, the market of service-oriented software is getting bigger. In response to this, the requirements of high reliability and quality about service-oriented architecture software is getting increased. In this research, we clearly suggested the evaluation method by giving a specific evaluation example to evaluate the reliability qualify of service-oriented architecture software. It is expected to raise the objectivity and the utilization by inducing the reliability qualify improvement from this research.

본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 서비스와 블록체인 플랫폼간의 연동을 위한 아키텍처를 제안한다. 블록체인은 다양한 산업분야에서 데이터 신뢰성 및 안전성 측면에서의 효율성을 제공한다. 반면에 데이터 쓰기 및 읽기에 대한 낮은 성능 때문에 실제 서비스 적용하기 어렵다. 특히 사물인터넷 서비스와 같은 다량의 데이터가 발생하는 분야에서는 블록체인을 실질적으로 적용하기 어렵지만, 사물인터넷은 프라이버시 및 데이터 보안 측면에서 많은 보안 문제를 야기할 수 있는 분야로써, 블록체인을 통한 데이터 추적 및 신뢰성 보안을 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 실시간성과 신뢰성을 보장하기 위한 사물인터넷 연동형 블록체인 플랫폼 아키텍처를 소개한다. 실시간성을 유지하기 위해서 단일 피어 검증을 통한 실시간 데이터 관리를 활용하며, 신뢰성 유지를 위해서 합의를 통한 분산원장을 활용한다. 단일 피어 검증 데이터는 합의 과정을 거치기 이전에 데이터를 수신받은 단일피어가 분산원장과 별도의 상태 데이터베이스를 통해 실시간 데이터를 저장하여 실시간 서비스에 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the correlation between medical service quality, customer trust, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in domestic convalescent hospitals. Participants in this research were individualis who assumed responsibility for being the main caretaker of patients that were in hospitalization The following main results were derived. First, among the quality of medical services, tangibles, realiability, responsiveness, empathy were found to have a significant positive effect on customer trust. Second, among the quality of medical services, tangibles, realiability, responsiveness, assuracne, empathy were found to have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, among the quality of medical services, only realiability variable were found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This result means that customer satisfaction and customer trust plays a mediating role between the medical service quality and loyalty. Fourth, customer trust was found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Fifth, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

This study is to understand how why users fail to service and how users use service recovery strategics. This study use equity theory to understand how perceived justices have influence on trust and to identify how trust has influence on service quality. This study used scenario techquie to get user experience of service failure in smartphone application. Scenario is composed of 16 sub scenario and we conducted survey with each case. The results show that interpersonal justice and distributed justice have significantly influence on trust. However, procedural justice has not influence on trust. Service quality is influenced by trust. This paper conclude with statements of implications and limitations of the study results.
