본 연구에서는 서비스에 대한 평가의 모호성의 정도, 즉 서비스 모호성은 소비자 만족의 형성과정에서 만족에 영향을 미치는 선행변수들의 효과에 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것인지를 불일치 패러다임하에서 검토해보았다. 본 연구의 수행 결과 서비스 모호성이 높으면 기대나 성과는 만족에 직접효과를 가지지 못하고 불일치를 통한 간접효과를 가진 반면, 서비스 모호성이 낮으면 성과가 불일치를 통해 간접효과를 가질 뿐만 아니라 만족에 직접효과를 가지고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 불일치는 두 경우 모두에서 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 조사결과의 시사점을 이론적 측면과 전략적 측면에서 논의하고 연구의 한계 및 미래의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Many approaches exist for studying travel service quality, employee's satisfaction, and traveler' satisfaction. Although tour conductor play an important role in travel service, there is a lack of research on how to conceptualize and measure tour conductor's role, role stress and service delivery level. So this paper presents a conceptual framework and research approach for examining the role conflict, ambiguity, overload, and service delivery level of tour conductor in group package and the impacts of role stress on service delivery level. Results indicate that there are significant affection on service delivery level of TC among the role conflict, ambiguity, and overload. For the most part, the role conflict and ambiguity more impacted on responsibility and empathy with service encounter, the role overload affected on professional and tangibles. In conclusion, the studies reported here highlight the importance of individual effort as well as organizational police in reducing strain and improving service delivery level.

위치 기반 서비스가 무선 인터넷의 새로운 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 이동 객체의 패턴 마이닝은 이동 객체의 시간 패턴을 탐사함으로써 이동 객체에 위치에 기반한 유용한 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 해준다. 이동 객체는 시간에 따라 빈번하게 이동하기 때문에 패턴도 최근의 경향을 반영하기 위해 빈번하게 탐사되어야 한다. 따라서 점진적으로 시간 패턴을 탐사하는 접근법이 요구된다. 이 논문에서는 이동 객체의 시간 패턴을 탐사하는데 있어서 측정된 위치 데이터가 가질 수 있는 모호성을 제시했다. 또한 모호성을 고려한 시간 패턴 마이닝를 위해 패턴 탐사 단계에서의 모호성의 처리를 위해 모호성을 원인에 따라 세 가지 임계치를 정의하였다. 그리고 이러한 임계치를 고려한 시간 패턴 마이닝 프로시저 구조를 제시하였다.

정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between role ambiguity, job burnout, and organizational effectiveness among nurses working in comprehensive nursing care service units and to investigate the mediating effect of job burnout on the relationship between role ambiguity and organizational effectiveness. The participants were 149 nurses working in 10 general hospitals. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and Model 4 of the PROCESS macro program. The results reveal that organizational effectiveness has a significant negative relationship with role ambiguity and job burnout, with job burnout completely mediating the effect of role ambiguity on organizational effectiveness. These findings suggest that interventions to reduce job burnout should be considered to enhance organizational effectiveness.

현재 웹이 가지고 있는 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서 연구하고 있는 차세대 웹을 시멘틱 웹이라고 한다. 시멘틱 웹에서 다루고 있는 기술들은 다양하지만 요즈음 가장 부각되고 있는 기술이 DAML-S이다. DAML-S는 DAML+OIL기술을 기반으로 확장된 레이어를 제공하여 웹 서비스의 모호성(unambiguous)을 제거하고, 상호 운용성을 증가시키는 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DAML-S로 정의된 웹 서비스를 FOL 추론방법을 이용해서 검색하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해서 DAML-S를 PSO TRIPLE 형태로 변환하는 전처리 방법과 FOL 질의 방법을 제안한다. 본 시스템을 이용하면 기존의 키워드 기반의 검색 방법에서는 불가능하였던 질의 작성이 가능해 지며, 추론을 이용한 정확한 서비스 검색이 가능해 진다.

시맨틱 웹 기반의 차세대 정보 서비스인 OntoFrame2007은 시맨틱 웹과 웹 2.0 기술을 상호 보완하여 개발한 플랫폼으로 URI기반의 개체 중심적 통합 검색을 통해 Topic, Person, Event 기반의 개체 페이지를 구성한다. 각 페이지에는 Add-on 서비스를 통해 연구자 그룹, 연구자 네트워크, 통계 정보를 제공하며, 매쉬업 기술을 이용하여 매핑 서비스, 도서 서비스를 제공한다. OntoFrame2007은 서비스 설계 과정에서 Google, Google Scholar, CiteSeer, yesKisti 사이트와 비교하여 사용자의 요구사항 및 각 서비스의 장점을 최대한 반영시켰으며, 개발 단계마다 반복적 사용성 평가를 통해 사용자 중심의 서비스를 제공하도록 개선시켰다. 본 시스템에서는 URI를 통해 개체의 모호성을 제거하여 키워드 기반의 통합 검색의 한계를 극복하였으며, 사용자 질의어를 식별하여 단위 서비스로 구성된 최적 개체 페이지를 통해 정교한 검색 서비스를 제공해준다. 개체 페이지들은 키워드 검색 결과, 연구 동향 정보 및 연구자 그룹, 전문가 네트워크 및 지역별 연구 동향 등을 제공해준다.

Current context-aware applications In ubiquitous computing environments make the assumption that the context they are dealing with is correct. However, in reality, both sensed and interpreted context informations are often uncertain or imperfect. In this paper, we propose a probability extension model to ontology-based model for rep resenting uncertain contexts and use Bayesian networks to resolve about uncertainty of context informations. The proposed model can support the development and operation of various context-aware services, which are required in the ubiquitous computing environment.

치열한 경쟁사회에서 고객 만족도를 높이기 위해서 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)개념이 대두되고 있으며, CRM의 효과적인 수행을 위해서는 기업이 행하고 있는 고객서비스에 대한 정확한 평가가 중요하다. 여러 지표를 모두 고려하는 전략을 세우는 것은 현실적으로 불가능 하기 때문에 지표간의 개선 우선순위와 개선 폭, 개선방향을 결정할 수 있는 정보가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고객서비스를 평가하는 경우, 고객이 각 서비스 품질지표에 대해 느끼고 있는 중요도와 현황 및 속성에 대해 종합적인 분석을 위해 수정된 Kano 모델에 근거한 중요도-성과분석 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 응답의 모호성으로 인한 문제점을 최소화하고자 퍼지기법을 이용하였다. 방법론의 검증을 위해서 K사의 이동통신 서비스에 대해 20대의 남녀 대학생 27명을 대상으로 사례연구를 실시하였다.

Internet Services have security issues. To prepare proper security measures for these security issues, security level setting is positively necessary. Until now, we use a security level with CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) Security Levels. However, CIA Security Levels has problems with ambiguous measures for the middle level of security setting. Moreover, security level overlap occurs, in some cases, when user authentications are not done. Additionally, there exist some levels among CIA Security Levels which cannot be applied to Internet services. In this paper, new security level model, CIAA Security Levels with deletion of ambiguous middle level of security setting and addition of authentication to one of security level setting factors, is proposed. The CIAA Security Levels model can be applied to more concrete security measures than CIA Security Levels. The proposed Security Levels model is applicable to almost any on-line services and it can be applied to new online services.
