최근 업무, 엔터테인먼트, 쇼핑 등 대부분의 활동이 실내공간에서 이루어지고 있음에 따라 실내공간의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이로 인해 실내공간을 대상으로 제공되는 다양한 형태의 위치 기반 서비스도 주목 받기 시작하였다. 이에, 본고에서는 향후 주요 응용 서비스의 한 부류가 될 것이라고 예상되는 실내 위치 기반 서비스와 관련된 기술개발 및 표준화 동향을 간략하게 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 실내 위치 기반 서비스의 구성 및 제공을 위해 필수적으로 선행되어야 하는 실내 측위와 실내공간정보의 구축에 대한 부분에 대해 중점적으로 정리해 보고자 한다. 본고를 통해 실내 위치 기반 서비스에 대한 동향의 공유와 이에 따른 실내 위치 기반 서비스의 활성화가 보다 촉진되기를 기대해 본다.

최근 유가의 상승은 공간이동의 비용을 매우 크게하여 경제성장을 약화시키고 있다. 이러한 시기에 본 논문은 시간적/공간적 제약을 극복하고 효율적으로 작업할 수 있는 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 인터넷 및 IT인프라의 발전은 사람들이 시간과 공간의 제약없이 언제, 어디에서나 누구와도 작업할 수 있도록 가능하게 할 것이다. 정해진 시간이 아니라 자기가 일하고 싶은 시간에 가상의 일터에서 가상의 조직을 이용하여 전 세계 어디에 있는 누구와도 같이 일을 할 수 있는 공간이 만들어지는 것이다. 이렇게 일하는 방식을 u-Work이라하며 u-Work서비스가 가능하게 해 준다. 본 논문은 u-Work의 유형을 재택근무, 이동원격근무, u-Work센터근무로 분류하고, 공공기관 u-Work서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 제안한 공공기관 u-Work서비스 모델의 구축방안을 시설인프라 측면, IT인프라 측면, 운용인프라 측면으로 나누어 기술한다. 구축된 u-Work서비스는 전 세계의 전문인력을 활용할 수도 있으며, 사회적 약자의 생산활동 참여 기회를 높이는 등 유연한 노동시장을 만들어 줄 것이다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 서비스에 대한 정보접근성의 개선을 위하여 개인 의료정보와 최근 각광받고 있는 공간정보 서비스를 활용하여 개인 의료정보를 이용한 지능형 공간정보 서비스 제공 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안한 시스템은 공간 서비스 제공 서버와 식이조절, 맞춤검색, 의료지원 서비스를 제공하는 서버로 구성되어 있으며, 개인 의료정보 보호를 위한 보안시스템을 사용한다. 본 논문은 모바일 서비스를 사용하는 모든 사용자에게 있어서 정당한 편의를 제공하는 것을 주된 목적으로 한다.

본 연구에서는 하천공간정보의 웹서비스를 위해 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) API 및 REST(Representation State Transfer) API로 제공하는 HydroG-OneFlow 웹서비스를 개발하였다. HydroG-OneFlow는 GML 기반의 서비스를 제공하며 GetBasin, GetGeoVariable 및 GetData 등의 기본서비스로 구성된다. GML은 GIS S/W의 벡터 GML 포맷과 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 서비스인 브이월드 데이터 API에서 제공하는 GML 포맷을 참고하여 하천공간 벡터정보를 제공할 수 있도록 GML을 구성하였다. GDM 공간 데이터에 대한 벡터정보 ML 수용 수준을 향상시킬 수 있도록 벡터구조의 점, 선, 면 정보에 대하여 GML의 PointPropertyType, CurvePropertyType, SurfacePropertyType을 도입하였다. 또한 일반적인 공간자료에서는 Multi 객체에 대한 지원도 필요하다. 현 GDM 데이터베이스에서도 OGC 표준의 MultiPoint, MultiLineString, MultiPolygon을 지원하고 있다. 이를 위하여 GML의 상응 요소인MultiPointPropertyType, MultiCurvePropertyType, MultiSurfacePropertyType을 하천공간정보 벡터 스키마에 도입하여 활용하였다. 클라이언트 서버 통신은 메시지 교환프로토콜인 SOAP을 사용하여 서버의 객체를 직접 호출하여 이루어진다. 서버는 서버의 제공 서비스를 WSDL(Web Service Description Language)를 통하여 게시하고 클라이언트는 이 기준(Criteria)을 참고하여 접근한다. GetData의 경우 Type(GRID or VECTOR), GDM(Geospatial Data Model) 여부(true or false), LayerName, BasinID, GenTime을 인자로 받아 GeoData에서 검색된 정보를 반환한다. SOAP버전은 1.1과 1.2를 지원하여 접근하는 클라이언트에서 선택할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

농업혁명, 산업혁명, 정보혁명과 맞먹는 제4의 혁명이 바로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명이다. 과거의 농업혁명이나 산업혁명은 인류문명의 기반인 물리 공간의 혁명이었고, 월드와이드웹 서비스가 확대되면서 절정기를 맞는 정보화 혁명은 사이버 공간의 혁명이었다. 이에 반해 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 혁명은 물리 공간과 사이버 공간의 지능적 결합을 통한 온라인과 오프라인공간의 통합된 공간에서 이뤄진다. 사이버 공간은 자연스럽게 생활공간과 결합되어 새로운 통합 공간을 창출한다. 그 공간은 아직까지 인류가 경험하지 못한 미지의 세계이자 무한한 기회 공간이다. 본 소고는 현재 진행 중인 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 프라이버시의 개념과 현황을 살펴본다. 또한 본 소고의 주요 연구 목적으로 프라이버시, 개인정보에 대한 개념적인 분석을 위한 것이다. 따라서 본 소고에서는 사건, 기술적인 이슈, 문제와 해결, 프라이버시 경쟁가치 모델 등에 관한 분석을 다루었다.

The fact that the limits of information recency, diversity, and usability are mainly caused by the supply oriented geospatial data and service development is commonly recognized. It is recently tried to overcome the limits by facilitating user experience and VGI(Volunteered Geographic Information) in several geospatial web services. This study suggests conceptual architecture and service scenario for geospatial collaborative platform prototype through review and examination of previous researches. The prototype, composed of 4 unit modules: 3D POI Creation Module, 3D POI Application Module, 3D POI/Event Management Module, 3D POI/Event Monitoring Module, provides the capability of collaboratively dealing with geospatial work. The suggested service scenario is demonstrated by developing prototype for the service modules.

In this paper, we propose the application models and strategies of geospatial services registries for SOA in GIS web services. Recently. a number of SOA/web services are being developed for various commercial or public applications. However, geospatial SOA services are less used than general purpose SOA services, because GeoSpatial service registries has been neglected in many GIS applications even though GeoSpatial registries are essential component for open geospatial services. These problems are due to lack of researches for GIS registry usages. In this paper, we define the role player ill GIS SOAs, and develop the various GIS web service models among the players. Besides, we suggest the applications strategies of GeoSpatial services registries in the service models.

The application area of spatial information such as urban planing, facility management, traffic service are expanded to new service areas such as environmental pollution, securing resources, u-City. In particular, the increased importance of spatial information application in mobile environment based on smart phone, a mobile spatial data infrastructure and related strategy suggestions to provide mobile spatial information service is required. In this paper, we derived strategy suggestions to foster the next generation strategic industry and proposed the role of public sector, the development of mobile spatial information services, the construction of mobile spatial information infrastructure and the stepwise strategies.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 발전으로 인간에게 편리한 생활환경을 제공하기 위한 다양한 서비스들이 연구되고 있다. 향후 이런 서비스가 정차 현실화되면서 인간의 생활환경에는 많은 수의 서비스들이 제공될 것이다. 하지만 인간을 편리하게 하는 서비스라 할지라도 그 수가 많아지면 이를 이용하는 사용자에게 혼란을 초래할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 사용자 주위의 많은 서비스들로부터 사용자에게 유용한 서비스와 그렇지 않은 서비스를 결정할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 local area의 물리공간을 모델링하고 물리공간과 유비쿼터스 서비스의 관계를 정의하여 사용자가 서비스를 요청한 공간을 바탕으로 사용자에게 유용한 서비스와 그렇지 않는 서비스를 구분할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

This study attempted to find ways to recognize public libraries as social institutions with spatial functions to integrate generations for older adults in the face of Korea's entry into a super-aged society. In particular, the goal of this study is to find out the implications and strategies for the design of libraries and facilities for older adults. And to this end, major guidelines related to senior citizens' service spaces and facilities were analyzed to derive implications for senior citizens' services. In addition, an in-depth interview survey was conducted on elderly users with experience in using library services to identify the priorities of creating spaces and facilities for the elderly. As a result, "Open elderly service space" and "Integrated elderly service space" were proposed as a way to organize the elderly service space in public libraries.
