The Hanok church is an important cultural heritage that can be considered from a religious point of view of life in the modern age in Korea. We will investigate the bounadaries of the Hanok church built in modern age and the characteristics of Hanok architectural. To do so, we have conducted field trips, interviews, and repair reports of the Gimje Geumsan Church in the Jeollabuk province. The Geumsan Church is present, and the architectural characteristics can be confirmed in detail. In addition, Yugwang School, which was responsible for the education function, was able to guess the location and size through the data. As a result, the boundaries of Geumsan Church is the present fence, the west side has the building, and the east side has the playground. The Geumsan Church's flat form was divided into male and female according to the space configuration of ㄱ-shaped reflecting Confucian thought of the time. And it seems that the Yugwang school was located in the entrance part of the modern church with a two-frame scale, which is suitable for lecture.

호남전단대는 옥천대 남서부지역에 북동 내지 북북동 방향으로 발달하는 일련의 우수향 연성전단대로 한반도를 포함하는 동북아 지역의 중생대 부가작용과 관련하여 매우 중요한 조구조적 요소이며, 특히 북중국 대륙과 남중국 대륙이 유라시아 대륙에 부가되는 과정과 관련하여 동북아 지역의 중생대 지체구조 발달사를 설정하는데 매우 중요하게 생각되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 조구조적 중요성에도 불구하고 호남전단대의 정확한 운동 시기는 아직 밝혀지지 않고 있다. 이번 연구는 전주전단대가 지나가는 김제 금산사 지역과 무안 지역에 분포하는 화강암류를 대상으로 SHRIMP U-Pb 저어콘 연대 측정을 실시하여 전단운동시기를 밝혔다. 금산사 지역은 엽리상 각섬석-흑운모 화강섬록암이 흑운모 화강암에 포획된 명확한 지질학적 증거를 보이고 있는 곳으로 화강섬록암의 U-Pb 저어콘 연대는 172.7 $\pm$ 1.4 Ma이며 화강암의 연대는 169.6 $\pm$ 1.8 Ma과 167.5 $\pm$ 2.4 Ma로 구해졌다. 따라서 전주전단대의 전단운동은 약 173 - 170 Ma 기간에 일어났다. 특히 화강암 내에 포획된 화강섬록암 내에는 전반적인 우수향 전단운동 후기에 관입한 다수의 석영질 맥이 좌수향의 전단운동을 받은 증거가 관찰되는데 이러한 사실은 우수향의 전단운동 이후 화강암의 관입 이전에 좌수향의 전단 운동이 있었음을 지시한다. 무안 지역은 전주전단대의 끝 부분에 해당하는 곳으로 각섬석화강섬록암과 이를 관입한 각섬석화강암이 모두 우수향의 전단운동을 받았다. 화강섬록암의 U-Pb 저어콘 연대는 176.3 $\pm$ 1.7 Ma이며 화강암의 연대는 165.8 $\pm$ 2.0 Ma로 구해졌으며, 따라서 최종 우수향 전단운동의 시기는 166 Ma 이후로 생각된다. 무안 지역에 분포하는 화강섬록암과 화강암의 관입시기는 금산사 지역의 화강섬록암과 화강암과 각각 조화적이다. 호남전단대의 운동 시기를 밝히기 위해 전주전단대에 해당하는 금산사 지역과 무안 지역에 분포하는 화강암류에 대한 U-Pb 저어콘 연대 측정을 실시한 결과 호남전단대의 특징적인 우수향 전단운동은 적어도 2회에 걸쳐 일어났음을 알 수 있다. 즉 첫 번째 광역적인 전단운동은 약 173 - 170 Ma 시기에 일어났으며, 두 번째 전단운동은 166 Ma 이후에 일어났음을 알 수 있다. 한편 전기의 우수향 전단운동은 후기 화강암 관입 이전에 좌수향 전단 운동에 의해 부분적으로 재활성 되었으며, 후기 화강암의 관입 이후에 재차 우수향 전단운동으로 활성화 되었음을 알 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 호남전단대는 쥬라기 중기에 발생한 광역적인 우수향의 연성전단운동이나, 운동 특성은 연속적이기 보다는 단속적으로 일어난 것으로 생각된다.

This study was performed to evaluate antithrombotic activities of Saegeumsan (瑞金散, SGS) which has effects of activating blood, removing thrombus. This study is designed to measure the effect which was given to blood flow rate through the regular volume of glass tube after the blood was diluted five times with ACD solution. Antithrombotic effect was calculated as a percentage of the experimental animal figure protected from the paralysis of hind legs or death of the mouse that is caused from the administration of platelet aggregation regent. We standardized the time when the experimental animals were incapable of functioning the hind legs more than 20 minutes or maintained trembling. Being classified one group of eight mice, each of them was divided into Normal, Control, and SGS. The normal group supplied a saline solution and the control group brought the dextran extravasated blood after an hour of administering the saline solution. Also, SGS was dissolved in $2m{\ell}$ saline solution and then we dosed it to the experimental mice with Oral Zonde one day before the experiment. After that, the mice were abstained from food. And then we gave a measured amount of it before an hour. Finally, it gave rise to dextran extravasated blood in the same way as the Control group. The results were obtained as follows, SGS significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP and epinephrine when analyzed by the Sigmoid $E_{max}$ model in WinNonlin. $EC_{50}$ values of SGS were 4.61 mg/ml and 12.41 mg/ml for ADP and epinephrine respectively. SGS showed fibrinolytic activity insignificantly as compared with the control group. SGS increased blood flow rate significantly as compared with the control group in vitro. SGS inhibited pulmonary embolism induced by collagen and epinephrine(inhibitive rate is 37.5 %). SGS increased number of platelet and fibrinogen amount significantly, and shortened PT and APTT as compared with the control group in thrombus model induced by dextran. According to, SGS is effective antithrombotic activity from experimental result.

The Scripture of Myriad Laws was first published in 1986 and then reprinted in 1994 and 1995. It gained widespread recognition as a mysterious text or a Buddhist document containing enigmatic content that deemed difficult to comprehend. Through the analysis of the content of The Scripture of Myriad Laws, it was revealed that the book was published by the Dragon Flower Order, a Jeungsanist religion founded by Seo Baek-Il (徐白一). Therefore, the various texts included in The Scripture of Myriad Laws can be classified as 'Songs of Jeungsanism' (Jeungsan-gyo Gasa 甑山敎歌辭). The contents included in The Scripture of Myriad Laws often mention terms unique to the Jeungsanist orders, such as 'the Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth' (天地公事), 'presiding over cures' (醫統), 'Degree Number' (度數), 'the West God' (西神), 'the nobility of heaven' (天尊), 'the nobility of earth' (地尊), 'the nobility of humanity' (人尊), 'ruling the world for 50 years' (治天下五十年), and 'the era of Resolving Grievances (解冤時代).' It also discusses the birthplace and birth date of Kang Jeungsan, his family name, and the duration of his existence. The contents directly quote the words spoken by Jeungsan and incorporate them into songs. They also mention unique Jeungsan terms such as 'Five Immortals Playing Baduk' (五仙圍碁), 'open-weight wresting match,' 'birth, growth, harvest, and storage' (生長斂藏), 'the god who listens to words' (言聽神), 'pillar of foundation' (基礎棟樑),' 'Ocean Seal' (海印), and 'the higher gods' (上計神). It is also notable that some verses of Chinese poetry that Jeungsan taught his disciples are directly quoted in this scripture. Furthermore, the scripture shows traces of Buddhist salvational beliefs; particularly those that emphasize faith in Maitreya Bodhisattva (彌勒信仰). However, The Scripture of Myriad Laws differs from traditional Buddhist beliefs in that it anticipates and emphasizes the birth of a specific individual endowed with the power and abilities of Maitreya Buddha. While emphasizing Maitreya Buddha (彌勒世尊) and the Dragon Flower Gathering (龍華會上), the scripture also specifically mentions Geumsan-sa Temple (金山寺) located on Mount Moak (母岳山) in North Jeolla Province, and these details are sung about in a special manner. This positive portrayal serves to affirm the belief of followers that Jeungsan, centered around Geumsan-sa Temple, was an incarnation of Maitreya Buddha. Moreover, The Scripture of Myriad Laws subtly asserts that Seo Baek-il, the leader of the Dragon Flower Order, who is mentioned in the scripture, is the absolute savior who has come to this world in place of Jeungsan. In support of this teaching, his birth date, birthplace, years of imprisonment, release date, and honorific name (號) are all recorded in precise detail.

국내수삼의 유통 및 포장실태를 조사하고자 1998년 9월 중순부터 1999년 2월까지 생산지로 금산, 풍기, 강화와 소비지로 경동시장과 S 플라자에서 조사하였다. 유통은 수확 후 생산지역의 수삼센터로 운송되고 여기서 중간거래상에 의해 도매가 이루어지며 이를 소비지인 서울 경동시장이나 백화점, 센타내 소매점으로 운반, 소비자에게 판매되고 있다. 수감 거래시 거래단위는주로 차단위 (1차는 750g)가 사용되고 있고 백화점에서 g단위를 사용하고 있었다. 등급은 년근, 색택, 크기 및 모양에 따라서 특대, 특, 대, 중, 소 등으로 나뉘어 거래되고 있다. 같은 등급에서도 수삼개체간의 크기에 따른 편차가 적게는 17%에서 많게는 130%까지 차이가 나므로 수삼의 등급화가 시급히 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있었다. 수삼의 포장실태는 도매단계에서는 10~20kg 용 골판지 상자를 주로 사용하고 PP마대를 일부사용하고 있으며 소비자 단계에서는 PE 봉투가 주로 사용되며 선물용으로 평량 350~390 g 짜리 마닐라판지로 만든 상자를 사용하고 있다. 이와 같이 수삼의 포장은 소비자보다는 거래를 위한 것이며 소비자용도 적정 포장화가 필요하며, 규격포장 개발을 통해서 수삼유통 현대화가 이루어져야 된다고 사료되었다.

본 연구에서는 역사기록서 분석을 통해 조선왕조시대 산불방지정책을 분석하였다. 조선왕조시대 산불방지정책은 크게 예방분야와 민생안정에 관한 정책으로 구분할 수 있었고 산불예방분야에서는 산불발생가능지역과 산불보호대상지역으로 구분하여 예방정책을 시행하였다. 산불발생가능지역으로는 화전경작 산림지역, 강무장 등 사냥터, 봉수대 주변 산림지역, 병해충 구제를 위한 입화 가능지역이며 왕실묘 주변, 사고(史庫), 소나무 육림을 위한 산림인 금산 또는 봉산, 도성 숲은 산불보호대상지역에 포함되어 산불방지정책을 시행하였다. 민생안정에 관한 정책에서는 산불피해지역 백성을 위로하고 산불피해지 복구를 위해 어사를 파견하여 구휼토록 정책을 펼쳤다. 특히, 산불예방정책 시행을 위반하여 산불을 발생시킨 죄에 대해서는 엄하게 책임을 물어 귀양에서부터 사형에 이르는 처벌을 내렸다. 결론적으로 조선왕조시대에도 산불의 심각성으로 인해 조정 및 지방관서 등에서 여러 방지정책들이 시행되었다는 것을 알 수 있다.

By relating mineralogy, petrology and geochemistry to observed magnetic properties, an understanding of the geological factors that control magnetic signatures is obtained. Magnetic susceptibility measurements and geochemical analyses were carried out for 160 samples in the Jurassic to Cretaceous granitoids, which is distributed to Pocheon, Jipori, Geumsan, Namwon, Songnisan, Yongdam, Masan, Jindong, and Taebaeksan areas. The magnetic properties of igneous infusion in these granites reflect bulk rock composition, reduction-oxidation state, hydrothermal alteration which are controlled by tectonic setting, composition and history of the source region, depth of emplacement and nature of wall rocks.

This study was conducted to examine the genetic variations and intraspecific relationships between 9 individuals of Panax ginseng C.A Meyer by using RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) analysis. The 34 primers out of 40 random primers were amplified for all tested plants. The 48 (40%) among 244 bands derived from 34 primers shown polymorphism, and the 72 (64%) rest of bands showed similar forms. By regional groups Sangju and Andong samples located in Kyungsang buk-do showed a high similarity. However, Punggi located in Kyungsang buk-do showed higher similarity with Jinan's of Junla buk-do. In this way, it did not show that Panax ginseng from the same area has similarities. In future study we need to more specific molecular phylogenetic analysis such as AFLP technology and gene sequencing with nuclear chloroplast DNA in all samples.

This study is for geochemical relationships between ginsengs and soils from three representative soil types from Keumsan, shale, phyllite and granite areas. For this study, ginsengs (2, 3 and 4 years), with the soils and their host rock, are collected and are analysed for the transitional elements. In the weathered soils, the shale area is high in the most of elements, but low in the granite area. High correlation relationships are shown in the shale area. In the field soils, the shale area is mainly high, but low in the granite area. Comparing with ages, most of elements are high in the 2 year soils, but low in the 4 year soils. Regardless of the localities, positive and negative correlations are dominant in the shale area. In the host rocks, high element contents are shown in the phyllite and shale areas. Positive and negative correlations are found in the shale and phyllite areas for large numbers of the element pairs. In the ginsengs, differences of the element contents with ages are not clear, but show high element contents in the 2 year ginsengs of the shale and phyllite areas, and low contents in the 4 year ginsengs of the granite area. Positive correlations are shown in the Cu-Zn pair in the shale and phyllite areas, and Co-Cu pair in the granite area. In the relative ratios(weathered soil/field soil), most of elements from the shale area are high, above I, suggesting high element contents in the weathered soils of the shale area relative to the granite and phyllite areas. In the relative ratios(weathered soil/host rock), most of elements are above 1, suggesting the high element contents in the weathered soils relative to the host rocks. Relative ratios (soil/ginseng) of the element contents are several to ten times. Regardless of the areas, big differences of the relative ratios are found in the Co and small differences are in the Cu and Zn, which suggest that differences between soils and ginsengs are big in the Co contents and small in the Cu and Zn contents. Regardless of the ages, differences among relative ratios are small in granite area relative to the shale area, which suggest more similar contents between ginsengs and soils in the granite areas.
