A study on the Residents¡?Behavior for the Planning of the Shared Community Space (공동주택단지의 공동생활공간 구성을 위한 거주자 사용행태 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of users'behavior for the planning of the shared community space(SCS). It was analyzed and estimated that the present status of the SCS of the contemporary multi-family housing sites in Korea and the residents'behavior in the SCS. Theoretic investigation and empirical research methods were used in this study. The empirical survey focused on seeking out user-oriented design criteria, based on the analysis of residents'usage behavior for the SCS. The analysis was made by both quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of this study are as follows; First, as to the usage status survey for the SCS, there is a difference in the degree of usage according to their locations. Second, as to the analysis of the SCS through a mental map, the sketch map analysis is found to be a useful research method for the SCS planning by actualizing the residents'behavior characteristics. In detail, the main characteristics in the SCS planning are nearness, centrality, intimacy, combination of facilities and the connection with the main paths of the complex.

A Study on Livestock Products Preference and Purchasing Behaviors (축산물의 선호도와 구매행태에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out in order to analyze consumers' attitudes of purchasing livestock products. Data were gathered through questionnaires from a total of 628 consumers throughout November to December, 2005. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The most favorite meat of consumers was pork(43.6%). However, there were highly significant differences among socio-economic status (SES) of consumers (p<0.001). 2. Among milk and meat products, including fermented foods, city milk was the most favorite of consumers (39.7%) and the next was ham & sausage (34.1 %). 3. A majority of consumers preferred domestic livestock products (85.0%) to imports (6.5%). 4. Some of the most important factors in purchasing animal products included price (38.0%), safety (37.0%) and brand (13.4%). Significant differences were found among age groups, education levels, and jobs. 5. A majority of consumers purchased their livestock products at big shopping malls (54.7%), super markets (11.0%), and so on.

  • 소비시장은 소비자들의 변화에 따라 함께 변천한다. 다가오는 21세기에는 소득수준의 향상과 다원화사회가 이룩되면서 소비자들의 라이프스타일과 소비행태도 새롭게 형성될 전망이다. 이는 21세기 소비자행태와 소비시장변화를 소득수준의 향상과 이에 따른 가치관의 변화, 자유시간의 증대, 신소비계층의 출현 등의 변수를 통해 예측된다. 최근, 사회 경제적으로 이루어지는 급격한 변화 등으로 소비자들의 라이프스타일이 다양화되면서 소비자들의 관광지 선택행동에서 변화를 가져오고 있다. 과거 저가격위주의 관광을 하던 관광자들이 점차 그들의 생활의 질을 추구하기 위해서 좀 더 많은 비용을 지불하고서도 보다 매력적인 관광지를 방문하는 것이 이러한 변화의 한 예라 할 수 있겠다. 관광자가 관광지를 선택하는 과정은 기본적으로 소비자의 점포선택이나 제품에 대한 선택과정과도 동일하다고 볼 수 있다. 왜냐하면 점포선택에 있어서 기본적으로 제기되는 소비자의 라이프스타일 유형이나 관광지선택에 따른 관광자 라이프스타일 유형의 선택속성은 그 구성면에서 유사하기 때문이다. 관광자 행동특성에 따른 라이프스타일 유형연구는, 다양화되어 가는 생활양식에 기인하여 관광지 선택행동의 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 이 연구에서는 광주지역에 거주하는 외국인 근로자들을 대상으로 하여 그들이 일상생활에서 겪게 되는 다양한 정보요구(need)들에는 어떤 것들이 있는지 알아보고 이를 해결해 나가는 과정에서의 정보추구행태를 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 한국어교육, 임금, 가족과 관련한 정보요구가 많았으며, 다양한 정보원들을 이용하여 정보요구를 해결해 나갔다. 정보원은 대체로 접근이 용이하고 친근하다고 느끼는 것과 모국어로 되어 있는 것을 주로 이용하였고 스스로 이해할 수 있는 정보를 선호하였다.

Influence of Female Undergraduates upon Sociality and College Life Satisfaction (여대생의 사회성과 대학생활 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand about the influence of female undergraduates health behavior and health state upon sociality and the influence of sociality upon college life satisfaction. The subjects were 335 female junior-college students with major related to public health in Busan, Daegu, and Gyeongnam and were carried out questionnaire survey on general characteristics, sociality, college life satisfaction, health behavior, health status, and internet addiction. An analytical method was made through chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, ANOVA for trend, and structural equation modeling(SEM). As a result, the influence of accountability had the greatest influence as sub-factor. Accountability and age had a positive correlation(p<0.001). Accountability was low when self-cognitive body shape was very thin(p=0.005). In sociality, full age(p<0.001), self rated health(p<0.001), and physical education instruction for the 3rd grade of high school(p=0.004) showed direct effect. Also, sociality showed direct influence upon college life satisfaction. The older age, the higher self rated health, and the more instruction for the 3rd grade of high school led to the higher sociality, thereby having been indicated to be higher in college life satisfaction. Accordingly, a multi-dimensional effort is judged to be necessary for reinforcing physical education activity for high school students and for improving their quality of life as a plan for increasing college life satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve productivity of architectural space planning(A.S.P,) by computer system and to optimize ASP. A searching algorithm is the best way to slave optimized A.S.P. Because architectural design is too many various site situations and client's demands to specify the general solving methods. This method seek the best design case in all possibility and to be modeled as this; Seongbukgu's case that is city structure former times negative by in facilities utilization of the near street limit. But, case of Gangnamgu and Songpagu is thought that environment and utilization etc. of area life of old people are affinity with quality of life environment of old people when see that is using various area facilities using electric railway and a bus etc. actively. It is looked by the other that individual's special quality uses area facilities according to life partner's existence and nonexistence and family composition and existence and nonexistence of profession and distinction of sex. Show difference of external behavior according to public garden and market and supermarket and welfare facilities etc.'s location in dwelling environment of area and relation about facilities of area has been formed and old people and dwelling environment of area can know that is that do interaction. Environment that access about facilities may have to be easy, and can live that communicating closely with area's inhabitantses may have to consist so that old people may can run various external life.. Notions of the evaluated value is an profit(+) and expense(-) that decide design intention. To adapt real planning, 1. A raster type space cell has logical site informations. 2. To be evaluate various factor. 3. To reflect operator's design mind, they should add an extra weight on evaluated value.

Improvement of usability of the refrigerator through behavioral analysis (사용행태 분석에 의한 냉장고 사용편의성 개선)

  • On the assumption that the layout of refrigerator for domestic market does not match with the eating habits of the Korean, this study suggests a way of improvement for usability of the refrigerator by re-arranging layout of inner shelves through behavioral analysis with the video ethnography. On the result of analysis, it can be found that the layout of inner shelves of the most refrigerators differs from the habits of cooking and preparing meals of Korean food, so the author propose a new layout to exchange the usage of the 3rd shelf with the vegetable box of the bottom level. It can be effective method to improve the usability by assigning appropriate usage for each shelf. To extract internal design factors of product, which is related to the specific living habits such as a refrigerator, understanding of user behavior must be accomplished at the first stage. The author found that the analysis of user behavior using the video ethnography is useful for this purpose, because it can be used to explore unpredictable design factors from user's real life.

An Exploratory Study of Information Seeking Behavior of Generation Alpha Elementary School Students in Academic and Everyday Life (알파세대 초등학생의 학업 및 일상생활에서의 정보추구행태에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to understand the everyday information-seeking behaviors of Alpha-generation elementary school students. A survey was conducted among 4th to 6th grade students to investigate their information needs in daily life, the sources they use to fulfill these needs and the reasons for their choices, the barriers they encounter during the information search process, and their satisfaction and trust in the information obtained. The results indicate that Alpha generation elementary students most frequently use video platforms and have the highest information needs related to hobbies and leisure activities. The main reasons for choosing information sources were familiarity and convenience. Differences based on demographic characteristics and media literacy education were also analyzed. There were significant differences in information-seeking behavior based on gender. Also, students who had received media literacy education experienced fewer difficulties in the information acquisition process compared to those who had not. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable data for developing information services and media literacy education directions for the Alpha generation in school settings.

  • 미디어 기술의 발전으로 스마트미디어의 대표적인 OTT서비스와 일인방송 규모가 급격히 확대되고 있다. 이로써 Z세대나 밀레니얼세대들은 더 이상 레가시미디어에 종속되지 않고 동기화, 개인화, 직관화, 실감화가 특성인 스마트미디어를 일상생활에서 향유하고 있다. 따라서 미디어 소비 행태도 급격히 변화하여 레가시 미디어인 지상파방송, 유료방송은 광고 매출, 콘텐츠 소비 등에서 디지털 인터넷 플랫폼과 경쟁에 어려움을 겪으며 성장에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 OTT와 일인방송이 중심이 되는 스마트미디어에서의 미디어 소비 행태의 변화를 알아보고 이에 따른 스마트미디어의 성장과 교육환경과의 상관성에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.
