This study aims to examine the prospecting view of future society from a critical perspective, and to explore the direction of home economics education that can lead to transformation of future society from Habermas's critical theory. For this, Habermas's critical theory was understood, and the direction was explored in which field should act to guide future society when home economics education took a critical science perspective. Direction for praxis of home economics education was explored in both lifeworld and system area of society based on the critical theory that individuals, families and society are mutually beneficial and continue through interactions. The praxis of home economics education from a critical science perspective has been found through examples of IFHE's advocacy and policy participation activities. In conclusion, it supported the reason that home economics education as a critical science should form a social, political and economic system as well as lifeworld with valued human conditions and practice professional activities in academic, daily life and societal areas which will lead to the critical and participatory changes in individual and family life.

The aim of this paper is developing the educational program for the elder's daily life as a consumer, according as recognize the important of their consumption function and role in modern society. This paper consider the studies for elder consumption needs and activities for educational program, then present six principles and contents in four areas. The principals are empirical, socialization, interrelation, spontaneity, individualization and respect for the aged principal. The program themes are preventive education for elder consumer, advisable transaction, advisable transaction through cases and consumer's right, responsibility, duty and process of decision for purchase.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 경제적 자립과 안정적인 정착을 지원하는 하나의 방안으로서 창업을 촉진하기 위한 지원 정책과 제도 개선 방안을 제시할 목적으로 수행하였다. 정부는 현재 생활밀착형 북한이탈주민 정책 추진 기조하에 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질을 높여주는 방향으로 맞춤형 정책을 추진하고 있다. 다만, 창업지원 프로그램은 여전히 소규모로서 지원 분야를 다양화하고 예산을 증액 하는 한편, 지원 체계도 중앙-지방-민간 간 유기적으로 협업이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 창업의지 결정요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 목적으로 하며, 북한이탈주민들에게 잔존하는 사회주의 가치체계와 이들의 사회적응성 요인을 기존 연구에서 확인되었던 개인의 성격적 특성, 경제적 지지, 자아성취욕구 요인들과 함께 분석모형에 포함하여 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 하나원에서 교육 중인 18세 이상 북한이탈주민 223명을 대상으로 2019년 10월 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 선형회귀분석과 이분형 로지스틱 모형분석을 이용하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 2개의 분석 모형에서 일관된 결과가 도출됨에 따라 분석결과의 강건성을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 사회주의 가치체계가 약할수록 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설은 지지되었다.

2000년 10월 사회복지분야에서 커다란 변혁이 일어났다. 그동안 우리나라 빈곤정책의 근간이었던 생활보호제도가 국민기초생활보장제도로 대체된 것이다. 변혁이라는 용어를 사용할 수 있는 이유는 크게 두 가지 측면 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 즉 근로능력의 유무와는 상관없이 소득, 재산기준이 일정수준 이하이면 국가가 기본적인 생활을 보장해주는 생계급여의 한 축과, 강제성에 대한 논란은 있으나 근로능력이 있는 빈곤계층이 스스로 가난을 탈피할 수 있는 자활지원의 또 다른 한 축이 균형을 이루며 제도를 구성하고 있다는 점이다. 결국 자활지원 사업은 빈민운동에서부터 출발하여 90년대 중반 시범사업의 과정을 거쳐 국민기초생활보장제도의 시행과 함께 안정적인 제도화의 길을 걸을 수 있게 되었다. 자활지원사업과 관련된 민간 전달체계로는 현재 자활후견기관 242개소가 전국적으로 운영되고 있고, 수급자를 포함하여 빈곤소외계층을 대상으로 적절한 일자리 창출을 통한 경제적 자립을 목표로 하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to construct contents of elementary and secondary education which will be included in the information literacy education and to obtain basic information and implications necessary for developing new textbooks. For this study, three types of previously developed textbooks for information literacy education were analyzed, and curriculum content structure, and textbook structure of the draft version of the textbook 'Media and Information Life' developed in 2019-2020 were analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. the information literacy education textbook applied the information problem solving process model and contained the contents of print, and digital media and the media literacy necessary for democratic citizens, but it was necessary to add the types of libraries and media in sequence. Second, library, media, information, and reading literacy were major learning elements that made up the contents of the information literacy curriculum. Third, the "media and information life" textbook needed to present subject competencies, generalized knowledge, content system, and achievement standards in accordance with the system of the 2015 revised curriculum. In addition, social discussion was needed to derive the name of the information literacy curriculum.

생활·공업용수 목적의 하천수 사용량은 유량계 등 검증된 방법으로 사용량 계측 및 실적보고를 수행하고 있으나, 농업용수는 검증되지 않은 수문조작 등의 간접방법을 인정하고 있어 사용실적 자료의 신뢰도가 낮은 실정이다. 하천수의 효율적인 물 배분을 위해 농업용수 사용량 자료에 대한 신뢰도 확보 및 자료관리 기반 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 전국 수리권일제조사 자료를 이용하여 농업용수 사용시설에 대한 구분 및 정리를 통해 수집체계 구축 대상을 선정하고, 사용시설의 형태 및 규모에 따라 적정 계측기술 적용 방안 및 연차별 구축 계획을 통해 농업용수 사용량 자료를 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 조사된 전체 하천수 사용시설 중 제원정보 및 허가량이 유효한 14,575건 중 농업용수는 12,745건으로 개소수 대비 88.9%, 허가량 대비 81.3%(생활·농업·공업용수 대상)를 차지하고 있다. 이중 하천수 사용량 보고대상인 8,000 m³/일 이상의 1,696건에 대한 자료의 수집이 수행된다면, 전체 농업용수의 86.0%에 해당하는 사용량 자료를 확보할 수 있다. 수집체계 구축 대상 1,696건의 시설형태별(양수장, 취수보), 규모별(허가량 10만 m³/일 기준) 구분을 통해 취수보와 양수장의 최적 계측방법 선정 및 연차별 구축 계획을 수립하였다. 전국에 산재한 전체 농업용수 사용량 자료의 확보가 현실적으로 어렵기 때문에, 적정 개소수의 수집체계 구축 및 운영으로 전체 농업용수 사용량의 상당부분 자료를 확보할 수 있다면 실시간 하천수 관리 및 효율적인 물 배분을 위한 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

현대의 질병을 우리는 비전염성 만성질환, 즉 성인병이라 일컫는다. 이 질병은 평소의 생활에 주의하지 않으면 누구라도 걸릴 수 있고 한번 걸리면 쉽게 치료되지 않는다는 특성을 안고 있다. 따라서 이 질병의 관리를 위해서는 모든 사람들이 올바른 생활습관을 가지도록 하는 보건교육이 그 기초가 되어야 한다. 그러나 안타깝게도 현재 우리나라의 보건교육은 체계상으로나 자료의 측변에서 미흡한 점이 많고, 더욱 문제가 되는 것은 보건교육의 필요성을 절감하고 실천하는 보건단체가 많지 않다는 점이다. 이러한 상황 속에서, 이미 몇 년 전부터 ‘국민건강운동’을 제창하고 국민 보건교육에 나섰던 경기 제11지구의료보험조합은 여러 가지 측면에서 모범적인 결과를 가져왔다.

최근 지하수 이용률이 해마다 증가하고 있지만 지하수의 체계적인 관리 부족으로 생활 오수 및 산업 폐수, 침출수에 의한 오염이 꾸준히 진행되고 있으며, 특히 가뭄을 비롯한 기상재해는 극심한 물 부족 현상을 낳고 농작물의 수확량을 감소시켜 식량 문제를 야기시키며, 먹는 물과 산업생산에 필요한 용수확보에도 곤란을 주어 삶의 질을 낮추는 직접적인 요인이 되고 있다. 더구나 오염된 지하수의 장시간의 방치로 사용 가능한 지하수량이 급격히 줄어들게 되며, 지하수 자원 이용률이 높은 음용수와 농·공업용수가 절대 부족하게 되어 농업 및 산업 전체, 그리고 인간생활 자체에까지 큰 악영향을 미치게 된다.
