The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of adults after leaving the care of the institution. To accomplish this purpose, we have collected various data from participants who left child care institution more than five years ago and analysed these data through qualitative data analysis method. The results showed that three key themes namely, "isolation-helplessness", "being chained to their past", and "marching towards a better future". "Isolation-helplessness" is divided into "becoming a real orphan" and "fighting alone the unsupported". "Being chained to their past" are composed of "institution, a hometown that one needs to leave", "being marked as a institutionalized person" and "scars and marks". Lastly, "marching towards a better future" are grouped into "taking advantage of institutional experience", "helping each other", "drawing a fine picture of their future happiness" and "moving ahead sweeping aside all difficulties". Lastly, this study suggested political and practical measures to enhance wellbeing of adults that have left the institutional care.

도시자연공원은 도심에 자연적으로 형성된 숲 속에 다양한 체육시설을 설치하고 이를 이용함으로서 도 시인들에게 휴식을 제공한다. 이 체육시설 가운데에 옥외 골프연습장은 국민의생활수준 향상과 함께 많은 시민들이 주간이나 야간에 이용하는 장소이며 이때 야간에 점등되는 조명설비는 이용자에게 공의 위치를 분명하게 확인하게 해주어야하고 눈부심이 없어야 한다. 또한 주변을 걷는 사람들에게도 조명에 의한 불쾌감이 없어야 한다. 도시자연공원의 주목적은 신체활동의 부족, 자기표현의 기회상실, 인간관계 등과 관련하여 신체활동을 통해 체력을 단련하고 생활에 활력을 가져 보다 밝고 풍요한 생활을 영위하는데 있으며 국민의 생활수준의 향상에 힘입어 향후 도시자연공원 체육시설은 급증 할 것으로 예측된다. 본 고에서는 이러한 도시자연공원에 설치할 옥외 골프연습장의 조명설비에 대한 설계를 소개하도록 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the job experience of the life rehabilitation teacher who is working in the residence with mental retardations. The purpose of this study is to suggest the intervention plan that can enhance the capacity of the living rehabilitation teachers and seek improvement points of residence institution of mental retardation. The results of this study show the meaning of experience in the job performance of the welfare facility workers. Through in -depth interviews through the candid stories of the research participants during the research, meaningful results could be obtained. There are 7 workers who participated in the study who worked in the institute for more than a year. Four sections are categorized made of 15 sub-categories constituted by 60 subjects collected by significant worker's answers. Four categories are the beginning of life rehabilitation teacher, adaptation as a life rehabilitation teacher, the pain of life rehabilitation teacher, the growth and the wish. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the improvement of the professionalism of the life rehabilitation teacher. It will also contribute to the development of the operation of residential facilities for people with mental retardation.

To investigate the differences of bacterial- and archaeal communities depending on kind of wastewater (municipal/livestock) and on treating conditions of basins, sludges were sampled from 10 basins of 3 municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTP) with A2O and a activated sludge sample from a livestock WWTP. The metagenomic DNAs of the sludge samples were extracted and amplified with primers, 27F/518R for bacteria and Arch519F/A958R for archaea, and pyrosequenced with Roche 454 GS-FLX Titanium. As results, the bacterial communities in basins of municipal WWTPs were quite different from those of livestock WWTP, but within the same municipal WWTP their community structures were similar to each other regardless of different environmental conditions such as O₂. And their archaeal communities resulted from anaerobic·anoxic basins were clustered only within communities originated from the same WWTP. Furthermore Seo-bu WWTP with high bacterial diversity and species richness performed better N/P-removal compared to the orther WWTPs.

This study examine the selection criteria for recruiting social workers, commonly agreed by the persons in charge of human resources. We visited 46 social welfare facilities and performed interviews individually with them. Thirty three items belong to 7 different areas (ability, career, suitability and agreement to the facility, characteristics, recommendation, religion) were made based on the results of interviews, and these items were sent to social welfare facilities in 16 different cities in Korea for asking questions (from Oct, 2012 to Apr, 2013). One hundred and sixty cases were collected and among them 45 cases exhibiting consistency rate less than 0.2 were finally selected. Superior scope and subordinate scope were extracted and comparisons between day care centers and living institutions were made. Results demonstrated that ability of social workers was the most important for superior scope and suitability and agreement of social workers to both day care centers and living institutions were the most important factor for recruiting workers.

This study is to make suggestions on the type and operation of community life SOC projects suitable for the use of idle facilities in elementary and secondary schools. To this end, we analyzed the types and operation of desirable utilization facilities according to regional characteristics through the analysis of cases utilizing Japanese idle classrooms and closed schools. As a result of the study, in areas with excellent accessibility to residents such as old downtowns and towns, libraries, entrepreneurship counseling and exhibition spaces, and lifelong education centers were desirable as part of the residents' convenience facilities. It was found that the facilities that could be used with families, such as an experiential training center, were being utilized.

In urban design and planning, establishing neighborhood units and arranging urban planning facilities are important matters to be considered first. In particular, effective arrangement considering the influence area of each urban planning facility can solve traffic problems and improve the efficiency of urban structure according to the visitors to the facility, and can be used as basic data for more effective living areas. Therefore, this study proposed a methodology to analyze the number of users, the time required for access, and the destinations of users for major urban planning facilities such as schools and neighborhood parks based on mobile communication base station data. In addition, using this methodology, the users and influence areas of major urban planning facilities in Cheonan-si were analyzed.

2011년 1월부터 일상생활에서 석면에 노출되어 석면관리 질환을 앓고 있는 분들에게 요양급여 및 요양생활수당 등의 구제급여를 지급하는 '석면피해 구제제도'가 새롭게 시행되며, 먹는 물 수질기준 강화 및 항목 확대로 수돗물이 더 깨끗하고 안전해진다. 또한 실내공기질 관리대상 시설이 확대되며 공공하 폐수처리시설 및 폐수배출 시설(1~2종)을 대상으로 "생태독성 배출허용기준"이 새롭게 적용되어진다. 국가 온실가스 감축목표 달성을 위하여 공공부분과 관리업체에 대하여 온실가스 에너지 목표관리제가 새롭게 시행된다. 2011년부터 달라지거나 새롭게 시행되는 환경행정 내용을 정리하였으니 참고 하시기 바랍니다.
