This article is a study on modern wall painting of Korea. The system of wall paintings in Korea is studied in the first chapter. It contains the function, the painters'peculiar character, the psychological basis and the subjects of wall painting. The most popular subjects are the Lee dynasty's folk custom and visual symbols of this period. The second chapter sees the study of these subjects in Lacan's psychoanalytic view. The representation of Lee dynasts custom in this post modern society reveal that the Korean lives in the realm of the imaginary in visual level. That is the projection of their desire to be in the perfect community which is believed to be existed in Lee's dynasty. However the visual circumstance in Korea is the symbolic which is constructed of the Western symbols. This visual confliction reveals Korean Habitus and the lack of independent visual expression method. For conclusion, it is proposed that the relation of Korean Habitus and design must be studied to create proper visual circumstance.

The representation of color with natural dyes is closely related with the modern well-being life. This study is focused on the representation of target color of the blue, yellow, and red color system, these color sources were originated from the green tea, gardenia, and black rice respectively. The quantitative numerical value of brightness (L), color coordinates (a, b) were designated for the target color, the optimum color nearest to the target value was extracted with the solvent pH, temperature, and extraction time. The longer the extraction time had more thickening color in case of the gardenia. The L-a-b coordinate of extracted color were analyzed with the color difference meter and compared with the target color. The experimental variables were optimized to extract the color of the smallest ${\Delta}E$ with the target color. As a result, the CIE standard value was proposed and the color was represented.

"사실 국가건축정책위원장 책임을 떠안는 것에 고민을 많이 했습니다. 작금 건축의 본질에 관해 꽤 진지하게 논하는 결정권자들이 많아진 상황에서 직을 맡은 이상 그냥 시간만 보내진 않을 겁니다. 평소 생각한 건축계의 부족한, 불합리한, 불비한 부분을 임기 중 완전히 고치진 못한다 하더라도 시작은 해놓고 끝내려 합니다." 작년 4월 취임한 승효상 대통령소속 국가건축정책위원장이 국내 건축계 현안에 대한 생각과 앞으로의 계획을 설명했다. 그가 걸어온 삶의 궤적에는 건축의 공공성 문화적 가치라는 단어들이 새겨져 있으며, 이는 그가 활동해 온 건축계 여러 운동 모임에서도 살펴볼 수 있다. 지식인으로서 마땅히 지녀야 할 건축사(Architect)의 책무에 관해서는 쓴소리도 서슴지 않았던 그다. 2014년 서울시 '초대 총괄건축가'로 선임돼 서울시의 도시정책과 건축문화, 공공 공간조성 등 도시계획 전반에 대해 역할을 했다면, 이젠 국가 건축정책의 목표와 관계 부처간 건축정책의 심의.조정까지 그 역할범위가 커졌다. 필드의 건축사라면 승효상 국가건축정책위원장에게 기대하는 바가 큰 게 사실이다. 실제 그의 취임 후 정부 내 국건위의 위상은 과거와 달라졌으며, 작년 9월 4일에는 문재인 대통령이 서울 은평구 구산동 도서관마을에서 열린 '대한민국 국민생활 SOC현장 방문, 동네 건축현장을 가다' 행사에 참석해 도서관, 체육관, 경로당 등 '생활 SOC 혁신의지'를 강조해 눈길을 끌었다. 최근 정부세종신청사 설계공모 관련 논란에는 "국토부에 소관 설계공모 규정을 고쳐야 함을 권고했다. 고칠 거다! 안 고치면 안 되게 돼 있다!"며 목소리에 힘을 주어 재차 강조했다. 제5기 대통령소속 국가건축정책위원장으로 선임돼 지난해 4월부터 역할을 해온 승효상 건축사를 종로구 동숭동 (주)종합건축사사무소 이로재(履露齋)에서 만났다.

영산강·섬진강수계는 광역상수원의 수질개선을 위해 제도적인 노력과 예산을 투입하고 있다. 제도 도입 시행 후 20여년이 경과하면서 수변구역 내 오염원 제거가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 주암호와 동복호의 수질은 크게 개선되지 않고 있다. 따라서, 효율적인 수질개선을 위해서는 섬진강수계 토지매수 대상 지류지천의 과학적 방법을 통한 오염 인자 조사 및 분석, 실측 자료에 기반한 우선순위 산정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수질 전문가 50명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고AHP 기법을 통해 주암호 19개, 동복호 9개, 상사호 9개, 수어호 3개, 탐진호 16개 하천의 우선순위를 분석하였으며, 각 지류지천별 오염원 인자(생활계, 축산계, 산업계, 토지계)와 실측 인자(T-P 농도, T-P 단위면적당 오염부하량)를 이용해 하천별 배점을 산정하였다. 그 결과, 1위부터 10위 우선순위 하천의 경우 배점 합계 점수가 최소 65.9점부터 최대 82.0점까지의 점수 범위를 보였으며, 주로 배점 가중치가 가장 높은 T-P 농도와 T-P 단위면적당 오염부하량이 높은 값을 보였다. 총 배점 대비 인자별 구성 비율을 계산해본 결과, 실측 인자 중 관측 T-P 농도는 평균 33.9%, T-P 단위면적당 오염부하량은 평균 32.7%로 총합 66.6%의 값을 보였다. 또한, 높은 배점값을 보인 지류지천은 오염원 인자에서도 높은 값을 보여 토지매수로 인한 수질개선 효과가 높아질 것으로 판단된다.

This study was carried out to investigate the relation between water quality and structure of the aquatic ecosystem in the Lake Gachang from February to December in 2010. The annual mean COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in Lake Gachang was 3.5 mg $L^{-1}$, indicating, level II of environmental standards and the trophic state was mesotrophic. The seasonal succession of phytoplankton showed that Bacillariophyceae was mostly dominant species throughout the year except August. In case of zooplankton, rotifers dominate in the most seasons, but copepod (Nauplii) in August. The macrophyte plants showed diverse species composition consisted of 9 varieties, 77 species, 64 genera, 34 families and 24 orders. Surveyed species of macroinvertebrates were classified into 1 phyla, 2 classes, 4 orders, 7 families, 9 species. The macroinvertebrates showed FFG (Functional Feeding Groups) such as GC (Gathering-Collector) and SH (Shedder). A total of 42 species of fish was collected including $Zacco$ $koreanus$ and $Coreoperca$ $herzi$. In this study, we investigated environmental factors including pollutant source, load, water quality and distribution characteristics of biota such as phytoplankton, zooplankton, macrophyte plants, macroinvertebrates, fish.

당뇨병은 심 뇌혈관계 질환을 일으키는 주요 위험요소로 잘 관리하지 않으면 당뇨병성 족부병증, 당뇨병성 망막질환, 심근경색증, 당뇨병성 신부전 등 심각한 합병증을 동반한다. 당뇨 합병증은 방치하면 생명을 위협할 수도 있으므로 꾸준한 정기검진 및 생활습관 개선을 통한 예방관리가 절대적으로 필요한 대표적인 질환이다.

몽고항공(MIAT)으로 서울에서 울란바투르까지 불과 4시간의 거리에 있는 지척의 이웃, 몽고가 우리에게는 오랜동안 장막에 가려있다가 최근에야 문을 열었다. 한반도의 문화가 북방에서 유입한 것이 아니고 자생한 것이라는 사학계의 최근 주장도 있으나 몽골과 한국인은 똑같은 우랄ㆍ알타이어 계통에 속하고 민간신앙을 비롯한 각종 생활양식에 유사한 점이 많아서 이를 연구하는 자들에게는 더 없는 연구 현장으로 생각된다.(중략)
