새로운 세기를 앞둔 요즈음 생활양식의 개선을 부추기는 대형 신약들이 꼬리에 꼬리를 물고 등장하기 시작했다. 육체적 ㆍ정신적인 쇠퇴를 늦추거나 일시적으로 멈추게 하여 21세기 소비자들에게 일상생활의 불편을 덜어주고 생활에 활력을 넣어 줄 수 있는 이런 신약들을 방대한 수요를 창출하여 21세기 초 세계 약품시장의 규모를 연간 3천억 달러 수준으로 끌어올릴 전망이다.

In this paper, a methodology for effectively treating daily waste at D metropolitan city is considered using reverse logistics(RL) network. Currently, eight district offices at D metropolitan city are treating their daily wastes using each RL network. However, unfortunately, current method has a weakness such as inefficiency of RL network operation. Therefore, we propose a revised method for improving the inefficiency. In case study, we compare the performances of the current and revised methods using various real-life data. The analysis result shows that the revised method outperforms the current method.

오늘날 경제적 생활 환경의 개선으로 인하여 현대인의 생활에 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다 제한된 공간에서 인간 활동은 지하생활공간이라는 새로운 활동영역을 창출하였고, 이에 따라 실내에서의 거주 시간은 더욱 증가하고 있다. 지하생활공간이라는 용어가 일반인들에게는 다소 생소하게 받아들여질 수 있지만 여기서 말하는 지하생활공간이라 함은 불특정 다수인이 이용하는 지하철, 지하상가, 지하주차장, 지하 보·차도, 지하터널 등을 말하며 개인의 생활 양식에 따라 단시간 이용하거나 또는 생활터전으로 장시간 거주할 수 있는 공간이라고 할 수 있다. 한국과학기술단체총연합회는 전국민과학화운동 지침을 마련하고 이를 적극 실천해 나가기로 했다. 과총이 마련한 이 지침에 따르면 첫째 전국민의 기술ㆍ기능화 촉진과 둘째 생활의 과학화와 국민의식구조 개선으로 비합리성을 없애고 생산적이고 진취적인 국민기상을 만들어 국가건설에 이바지하기로 했다. 과총은 전국민 생활의 과학화운동을 자손만대에 이르기까지 영원한 과제로 삼고 계속 추진해 나가기로 했다. 한편 과총이 전국민 생활의 과학화운동의 일환으로 마련한 각종 사업계획에 따르면 표어를 현상 모집하여 학회ㆍ단체의 공문에 홍보케하고 포스타를 제작, 전국 과학관련에 배포하며 초ㆍ중ㆍ고생 및 청년을 대상으로 생활과학웅변대회를 개최한다. 이 밖에 학생ㆍ주부ㆍ노인을 위한 생활과학강좌와 과학자 모교방문강연 및 과학기술인 1억 모금운동도 전개키로 했다. 과총이 마련한 전국민 과학화운동 지침 전문은 다음과 같다.

This research has analyzed the options of improving 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program' and factors influencing on them, focusing on the 345 social welfare officials' recognition and assessment of the program. As a result of the analysis, some difference has been identified in the assessment of respective options in accordance with how social welfare officials recognize and assess the program and its recipients. The assessments as to the options of improving restrictions on the able-bodied poors, implementation of the individual benefit method, and so forth were shown differently according to the age; years of service; amount of work; rationality of the criteria for selecting recipients; levels of payment by the 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program'; possibility of the recipients' exit from poverty; achievements of the self-supporting program; and evaluation of the program improvement efforts of the government. Based on this result of analysis, key tasks and improvement options for the 'National Basic Livelihood Security Program' have been explored on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the program.
