The necessity of urban regeneration is recently increasing because of the deterioration existing urban area and the slowdown of new development operations. The urban regeneration is differentiated from other private operations by its public characters, which is the basis of public support. This character demands verification of the adequacy for public finance support by monitoring urban regeneration planning and operation. Therefore, this study aims to show the monitoring indicators and its application in legal system for urban regeneration through the examination of foreign countries cases. London, San Francisco, and France urbanism regulation and planning system show the measure for introducing urban regeneration monitoring system into korean urbanism institution. This study is significant by suggesting the circulation structure of urban regeneration by linking planning, operations and monitoring phases. The monitoring system permits improvement of urban regeneration by clarifying objects and ameliorating efficiency by continuos observation and application of its evaluation.

In this study, analyze and monitor the change of the ecological restoration area inside the open-pit mine in Gangwon-do. and to analyze and monitor the change of ecological restoration area. analyzed the distribution of vegetation using high-resolution orthophoto of various periods and analyzed terrain change using DSM/DEM in study area. Therefore, orthophoto and 포인트 클라우드 were collected from 2014 aerial laser surveying and 2015 fixed-wing drone photogrammetry. In addition, orhtophoto and 포인트 클라우드 were produced by using rotary-wing drone photogrammety in 2016, and change of ecological restoration area was analyzed using this. As a result, it's possible to perform change monitoring of the open-pit mine ecological restoration area. using nEGI and VARI, about 10-30% of the area ratio of the result of extracting vegetation distribution area is distributed, and the comparison DSM and DEM cross section and restoration plan line, the cross section made by using the drone were similar, and the earth-volume analysis was possible.
This study establishes a commercialization strategy for technology that can monitor and detect landslides in real time. An effective commercialization strategy was sought through both qualitative and quantitative analyses. The qualitative analysis considered the business environment in detail, while the quantitative analysis examined technologically strong and weak areas by visualizing the links between IPC (International Patent Classification) code structure and patent applicants. The results from both analyses are considered together, with particular attention paid to the business environment. The resulting integrated analysis comprehensively explores the degree of technological development and the current state of real-time monitoring and detection technology for landslides. The integrated analysis identified complementary assets in the business environment, as there is strong development and many research entities in this area. This suggests positive reinforcement for commercialization with two sub-strategies: (1) exploring demand with complementary assets, and (2) providing technology information for explored demand, which should facilitate successful commercialization. Exploiting this positive reinforcement for technology commercialization could reduce the high uncertainty of the technology and the market, and thus increase the probability of successful commercialization. It is also expected to contribute to long-term success by strengthening collaboration between the supply and demand sides.
Up to row, researchers have observed experiment environment to study about raising procedure and an ecology of the ocean fishes with naked eye. Then they can monitor status information in only laboratory such as temperatures, image of the fish farm, etc. Such the existing way as this can't observe an ecology of the ocean fishes with scientific and systematic method and moreover it needs many of researchers. So in this paper, we design and implement a fish farm monitoring system which receives status of remote experiment environment through the internet whenever you want it and wherever you want it, and monitors and analyzes its status using embedded system of which the operating system is linux.
This study suggested a citizen science based model to enhance the efficacy of the managing invasive alien plants and examined whose applicability in 3 Wetland Protected Areas (Jangrok of Gwangju metropolitan city, Madongho of Goseong in South Gyeongsang Province, and Ungok of Gochang in North Jeolla Province). The process consists of (a) collecting citizen scientist including local residents of 3 protected areas and piling up information on the 4 species of invasive alien plants (Sicyos angulatus L., Solanum carolinense L., Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. and Solidago altissima L) in a information platform Ecological Information Bank (EcoBank) from September 18th to October 31th, (b) constructing distribution map containing the location and density (3 phases: individual-population-community) of target plants, (c) providing distribution map to Environment Agency and local government who is principal agent of managing invasive alien plants in 3 protected areas, and from whom (d) surveying applications of the distribution map and opinion for future supplement. As a result, citizen science based monitoring should be continued to complement the nationwide information for the field management of invasive alien plants with the expansion of target species (total 17 plants species that Ministry of Environment in South Korea designated) and period of monitoring in a year to increase the usability of surveyed information from citizen science. In the long run, effectiveness of the management of invasive alien species applied by citizen science should be reviewed including efficacy of field management process from citizen's participating in elimination project of invasive alien plants and time series distribution followed by the management of the species.

Recently according to increasing of damage in creeks, it has been needed to develop a close-to-nature creek improvement technique considering flood safety as well as the functions of ecosystem and scenery preservation. In this study, the monitoring on creeks in seven provinces was accomplished to develop the technique applicable to domestic creeks between 2002 and 2007. Although the riparian ecosystem was disturbed, after just finishing the improvement on pilot creeks, the result of monitoring showed that restoration rates of creeks were satisfactory by constructing close-to-nature creek revetments. However it is hard to analyze on restoration and permissible tractive force of each revetments constructed in most creeks, because of insufficient monitoring data. Therefore the feasible study on the close-to-nature creek revetments should be performed in the near future through continuous monitoring on creeks.
