VANET(Vehicular Ad-hoc Network)은 MANET(Mobile Ad-hoc Network)의 한 형태로, 다수의 차량들이 무선통신을 이용하여 차량 간 통신 또는 차량과 노변장치(Roadside Equipment) 간의 통신을 제공하는 차세대 네트워킹 기술이다. VANET은 주로 사고를 예방하기 위해 사용된다. VANET은 사람의 안전과 생명을 보호하는 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 보안을 반드시 고려해야 한다. 본 고에서는 VANET에서의 보안과 관련된 고려사항 및 제약사항과 위협을 서술하고 VANET이 만족해야 할 보안요구사항에 대해 분석한다.

본 논문은 보행자 머리 상해치 예측을 통해 보행자 보호 법규의 만족여부를 판단하는 시스템을 구축 하는데 있다. 차량의 FE DATA와 더미 DATA를 입력하고, MADYMO solver를 이용하여 해석을 수행한다. 이를 통해 나온 결과 HIC(머리상해치)와 보행자 보호 법규에서 제시하는 HIC(머리상해치)와 비교를 통해 만족여부를 판단한다. 강화되는 보행자 보호 법규를 만족시키기 위해 차량시스템을 개선을 유도 하고 이를 통해 차량 대 보행자 사고 시 보행자의 생명을 구하는데 그 궁극적인 목적이 있다.

정보시스템 산업의 발전은 다양한 서비스 분야에서 많은 편의성을 증가시키고 있다. 또한, IT 산업이 IoT 환경으로 집중됨에 따라 다양한 서비스가 개발 되고 있으며, 다양한 IoT 제품들은 의료기기를 포함한다, 의료 환경에서는 네트워크에 연결되는 의료기기를 통해 환자를 위한 다양한 건강관리 서비스, 생명유지 서비스 등을 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기기에 대한 보안 위협이 부각되면서, 인명 피해로 확산되는 것을 막기 위한 보안 관리 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 의료기기에 대한 보안 현황을 조사하기 위해 의료기기 관련 보안 위협 사례를 분석하고, 미국, 유럽, 일본의 의료기기 정보보호 대책 및 국제 표준화 현황을 분석한다.

Personal genetic information is information about a person's genetic characteristics, which may reveal important information about private matters such as susceptibility to disease. Progress in genetics makes it much easier to obtain personal genetic information, and this leads to concerns about confidentiality and security of genetic information, and about possible genetic discrimination. This paper examines social issues related to human genetic information in terms of individual identification, diagnosis of diseases, and non-medical genetic test, and then tries to provide desirable citizens participation methods that can be used when making public policies related to genetic information protection.

소방보호복의 열보호특성을 정확히 파악하는 것은 보호복 개발 뿐만 아니라 화상에 의한 부상 방지 및 생명 보호라는 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 하지만 대부분의 경우 고열유속 조건에서 시험을 수행하여 시편의 파괴가 발생하기 쉽고, 그에 의해 제대로 된 결과를 얻어낼 수 없는 경우가 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 저열유속 조건의 복사열 노출시 열보호성능을 효과적으로 제시할 수 있는 지표 및 측정 방법을 기존 RPP (Radiant Protective Performance) 측정방법을 개선하여 제안하였다. 또한 실험을 통해 여러 가지 보호성능지표들의 관계를 파악하였다.

The state has the constitutional duty to secure the safety of its citizens and provide protection against any physical dangers. The Republic of Korea has a high threat of nuclear, biological and or chemical(hereafter referred to as NBC) attack from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Thus, the state has a responsibility to form a legislation to provide the protection for its citizens and implement duty to guarantee the human rights. Under the current legislation, the 'United Defense Act', 'Framework Act on Civil Defense' that are applied under wartime conditions are insufficient in providing the protection of the citizens of the state in the occurrence of NBC attack. Therefore, it is necessary that the 'Act for the Protection of Citizens in the occurrence of NBC Attack' is legislated to provide a system that protects the nation's citizens under the wartime conditions mentioned above. This paper incorporates a theoretical analysis of the need for the constitutional responsibility of the state to provide protection for its citizens under wartime conditions, the necessity of a specific measure to protect citizens during NBC attack, the relationship between 'Act for the Protection of Citizens in the occurrence of Nuclear, Chemical and or Biological Attack' and current legislations that are applied under wartime conditions, and the particulars of the proposed act.
