외이도의 종양은 드물며, 귀지샘에서 기원한 종양은 더욱 흔하지 않다. 저자들은 이루를 동반한 2예의 귀지샘종을 보고하고자 한다. 현미경적으로, 2예 모두 중층 혹은 단층으로 둘러싸인 세관 혹은 샘으로 이루어진 경계가 좋은 종양이었다. 종양세포는 과립성의 풍부한 호산성 세포질을 가졌고, 세포질의 관내 돌출이 관찰되어 아포크린화생을 보였다. 완전 절제후 재발은 관찰되지 않았다. 귀지샘종은 경계가 좋은 양성종양이며, 광범위 절제 치료하지만, 높은 재발율을 보인다. 여기에서 외이도에서 발생한 귀지샘종의 임상적 소견과 함께 병리 소견에 대해 기술하였다.

Chronic sclerosing sialadenitis, also known as Kuttner tumor, is a benign chronic inflammatory lesion of the salivary gland. Here, we describe a case of chronic sclerosing sialadenitis with mucinous ductal metaplasia in a parotid gland, which was confused with low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma on aspiration cytology.

In furniture design, it is very important to choose adequate materials. Transparent materials provide expectations and reveals unique effects unlike others. As transparent materials, glass and acrylic have light and fresh impression from their transparency, and are frequently used in structuring neat space. Despite its good merits, glass is not able to satisfy designers desire in making various shape and structure. It has defect in manufacturing process because it requires professional, specialized studio. Compared to glass, acrylic has its merit in processing and stability, and also is very economical. Acrylic is easily used with woodworking tool. In addition, acrylic has unique texture. This study is on the attempt to apply acrylic to the furniture as artistic element.

Lymphoepithelial carcinoma, also known as malignant lymphoepithelial lesion or lymphoepithelioma, is a rare tumor in salivary glands. Lymphoepithelial carcinoma has a characteristic histological findings comprising irregularly-shaped nests of malignant epithelial cells within a lymphocyte-rich stroma, occasionally forming lymphoid follicles. We recently experienced a case of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of lymphoepithelial carcinoma of parotid gland in a 61-year-old male. The FNAC yielded a hypercellular smear of many irregular clusters of malignant epithelial cells in the background of lymphoid stroma.

박정훈 이사장, NFPA 세계안전컨퍼런스 참가 박정훈 이사장은 미국방화협회(NFPA) 제임스 M, 셰넌(James M. Shannon) 회장의 초청으로 6월 6일부터 미국 네바다주 라스베가스에서 개최하는 "NFPA 세계안전컨퍼런스"에 참가하였다. 6일부터 10일까지 5일간 열린 이번 행사는 '고정식 터널화재진압 시스템에 관한 심포지엄' 등과 140개의 교육 세션이 열렸으며,200개 이상의 화재안전관련 업체가 참여하는 전시회도 개최되는 등 세계적으로 귄위있는 국제방화안전행사이다. 박정훈 이사장은 NFPA 행사에 참석한 후, 미국소방기술사회 (SFPE) 샘 도너웨이(Sam Dannaway) 회장과 만나 SFPE에서 발간한 "SFPE 방화공학핸드북(SFPF HANDBOOK of Protection Engineering)"의 한국어판에 대한 "인가 배포 협약"의 서명식을 가졌으며, 이 협약 체결에 따라 한국화재보험협회는 올해 안에 "SFPF 방화공학핸드북"의 한국어판을 발간하게 된다. 외국 기업의 국내 진출이 가속화됨에 따라 선진 방재기준의 신속한 도입이 절실히 요청되고 있는 시점에서 성사된 히번 협약으로 "SFPF 방화공학핸드북"을 한국어판으로 발간함에 따라, 방재업계는 물론 기업의 안전관리 등 국가방재기술의 이론을 체계화하는 데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Water plays significant roles in constructing architectural structures. This is because a comfortable human life is impossible without proper distribution of water. Here the notion of water space is introduced in the field of the modern architecture. This study examines the typological variations of water space in the outdoor space of architectural structures and concludes the contents discussed. Unlike the traditional architecture, the modern architecture takes the types of water into account. And in the modern architecture the multiple considerations of water space are being made for the public, not for the specific customers.

The purpose of this study is to provide success factors to help the firms who are supposed to initiate knowledge management. To do this, this study investigate the case of knowledge management practice of Samsung SDS in detail. In doing so, we can identify the success factors for knowledge management. We can find failure and success factors through knowledge management in Samsung SDS. By doing so, it may be possible to "how to do it". "It" is about introduction to the knowledge management.

Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma has a high incidence. However, regional metastasis occurs infrequently because skin cancer is usually recognized and treated early. We report the case of squamous cell carcinoma around the earlobe in a 74-year-old male patient. The cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma invaded ipsilateral parotid gland directly without lymphatic spreading. Wide excision was made with 1.5 cm margin and immediate reconstruction was performed with radial forearm fasciocutaneous free flap. During operation facial nerve was preserved. No recurrence was noted for 5 years and the patient was satisfied with good aesthetic result. Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma spreads to the parotid gland usually through lymph nodes and there are few reports of invasive organ damage by direct invasion. We experienced a case of direct invasion to parotid gland without lymph node involvement of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and treated the cancer adequately with wide excision and free flap coverage.

산업제어시스템은 물리적인 현장장치의 상태를 기반으로 시스템과 시스템 내부의 프로세스들을 제어, 유지하는 CPS(Cyber Physica System)으로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 IT 시스템의 유입과 더불어 IT 시스템이 보유하고 있는 보안위협 또한 상속되었고 그에 따라 IT 시스템에서 사용하는 보안 대응책을 산업제어시스템에도 적용해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 산업제어시스템과 유사한 CPS인 교통신호제어시스템의 표준규격서에 통신보안으로 규격화 되어있는 SSL VPN을 산업제어시스템에 적용할 때 만족하는 보안요구사항을 살펴보고, 더불어 산업제어시스템에서의 보안 적용 시 반드시 고려해야 하는 가용성과 관련한 성능측정 결과를 보이고 결과분석을 수행한다.

사람들의 대화에 사용되는 단어는 사전적으로 정의되어 있으나 개인마다 단어의 의미를 다르게 받아들이기도 한다. 단어에는 단순히 사전의 정의만 담겨 있는 것이 아니라 개인의 감정과 삶의 시간 또한 담겨 있기 때문이다. 각기 다른 의미로 단어를 사용함에 따라 야기되는 소통 장애를 해소하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 단어의 일반적 정의뿐 아니라 개개인 각자의 의미를 담을 수 있는 오픈사전 앱을 개발하였다. 일반사전에서는 공공 API를 통해 국립국어원의 우리말샘 사전을 사용하며, 오픈사전에서는 웹서버를 연동하여 MySQL에 사용자가 정의한 단어를 등록한다. 또한 본 앱에서는 해상도별 이미지를 구현하여 다양한 화면에 대응하였다.
