  • 현재에는 과거와 달리 표면상 비춰지는 외모의 중요성이 강조되어 치아 교정을 해서 미적 욕구를 충족시키려는 사람들이 증가하고 있다. 특히나 치아를 교정할 때 사용되는 치아교정용 브라켓은 부착되는 위치가 치아 앞면이기 때문에 미관상의 중요성은 치아교정장치 중 가장 크다. 이러한 이유 때문에 미적인 부분을 고려하여 치아색과 유사한 브라켓이 개발되었는데, 이 브라켓은 레진 브라켓이다. 이는 치아 교정에 도움을 주면서 심미성이 우수한 장점이 있지만 음식을 섭취할 때 음식의 색소에 의해 브라켓의 색 변화가 일어난다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사람들이 자주 섭취하는 음식이나 음료에 치아교정용 브라켓을 착색시켜 색이 변하는 정도의 차이를 컬러센서를 이용해 측정하였다. 이렇게 측정된 브라켓의 RGB 값은 객관적이고 정량적인 값을 나타낼 수 있다. 이는 브라켓의 변색 뿐만 아니라 치아 미백 치료에도 적용되어 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Rapid industrialization with growing population leads to environmental water pollution. Demand in generation of clean water from waste water is ever increasing by scarcity of rain water due to change in weather pattern. Colorimetric detection of heavy metal present in clean water is very simple and effective technique. In this review membrane based colorimetric detection of mercury (II) ions are discussed in details. Membrane such as cellulose, polycaprolactone, chitosan, polysulfone etc., are used as support for metal ion detection. Nanofiber based materials have wide range of applications in energy, environment and biomedical research. Membranes made up of nanofiber consist up plenty of functional groups available in the polymer along with large surface area and high porosity. As a result, it is easy for surface modification and grafting of ligand on the fiber surface enhanced nanoparticles attachment.

Development of RGBW Dimming Control Sensitivity Lighting System based on the Intelligence Algorithm (지능형 알고리즘 기반 RGBW Dimming control LED 감성조명 시스템 개발)

  • The study uses department of the sensitivity and fuzzy reasoning, one of artificial intelligence algorithms, so that develop LED lighting system based on fuzzy reasoning for systematical control of the LED color temperature. In the area of sensitivity engineering, by considering the relation between color and emotion expressed as an adjective word, the corresponding sensitivity word can be determined, By taking into consideration the relation between the brain wave measured from the human brain and the color temperature, the preferred lesson subject can be determined. From the decision of the sensitivity word and the lesson subject, we adjust the color temperature of RGB (Red, Green, Blue) LED. In addition, by using the information of the latitude and the longitude from GPS(Global Positioning System), we can calculate the on-line moving altitude of sun. By using the sensor information of both temperature and humidity, we can calculate the discomfort index. By considering the altitude of sun as well as the value of the discomfort index, the illumination of W(white) LED and the color temperature of RGB LED can be determined. The (LED) sensitivity lighting control system is bulit up by considering the sensitivity word, the lesson subject, the altitude of sun, and the discomfort index The developed sensitivity lighting control system leads to more suitable atmosphere and also the enhancement of the efficiency of lesson subjects as well as business affairs.

  • In this paper, we design and implement the HealthSchedule app, which records exercise data based on the GPS sensor embedded in smartphones. This app utilizes the smartphone's GPS sensor to collect real-time location information of the user and displays the movement path to the designated destination. It records the user's actual path using latitude and longitude coordinates. Users register exercise activities and destination points when scheduling, and initiate the exercise. When measuring the current location, a lime green departure marker is generated, and the movement path is displayed in blue, with the destination marker and a surrounding 25-meter radius circle shown in sky blue. Using the coordinates of the starting point or the previous location and the current GPS sensor-transmitted location coordinates, it measures the distance traveled, time taken, and calculates the speed. Furthermore, it accumulates measurement data to provide information on the total distance traveled, movement path, and overall average speed. Even when reaching the destination during exercise, the movement path continues to accumulate until the completion button is clicked. The completion button is activated when the user moves into the sky blue circular area with a radius of 25 meters, centered around the initially set destination. This means that the user must reach the designated destination, and if they wish to continue exercising without clicking the completion button, they can do so. Depending on the selected exercise type, the app displays the calories burned, aiming to increase user engagement and a sense of accomplishment.

  • In this paper, a low power of safety oriented sidewalk block was implemented using dimming technology using LED and illuminance sensor to prevent glare by high - intensity light source and prevent night traffic accident. The dimming system of this paper used a light bulb color with less fatigue to prevent glare and consumed 6.10Wh power. Also, it is confirmed that the power saving is about 56.9% when compared with the existing system.

  • 사진을 찍을 때 카메라는 보기 좋은 사진을 얻을 수 있도록 많은 기능을 제공하고 있다. 대표적인 기능으로 자동 초점거리 조정(Auto Focus), 자동 색온도 보정(Auto White Balance), 자동 노출 조정(Auto Exposure)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 편리한 기능들 중 하나로써 자동 노출제어 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 자동 노출제어 시스템은 가변 시상수(Variable Time Constant)를 가지는 IIR 필터를 이용한다. Zone System에서 보여주는 사물의 휘도정보를 바탕으로 하여 이상적인 영상의 휘도 특성 그래프를 얻어내고, 이와 현재의 노출설정에서 휘도와 비교하여 적정 노출을 찾는다. 제안하는 자동 노출제어 시스템은 적정 노출을 얻을 수 있는 위치로 이동하기 위하여 기존의 마이크로 콘트롤러 등을 이용하여 구현하는 방법과 달리 간단한 구성을 가지는 IIR 필터를 이용한다. 제안하는 자동 노출제어 시스템은 간단한 구성을 가지므로 콤팩트 이미지 센서를 구성하기 위하여 사용 할 수 있다.

  • The authenticity of bank note is threatened by increasing a counterfeit note with development of the information industry, recently. The importance of counterfeit discrimination is stressed, but there is a limits to popularization. Because usually, the existing counterfeit discriminator uses invisible ray zone like UV, IR, etc. The purpose of this paper is the construction of counterfeit discrimination system for \50,000 won bills. This system is used optical fiber sensor with excellent confidence as well as easy way of using in wave length of a visible ray zone. The light was altered by lightening optical fiber sensor to particular part of bank notes in order displacing response of optical fiber sensor. The experiment was processed with data of 100 bank notes on manufacture optical fiber, probe, jig. As a result, the discrimination conuterfeit was verified when the experiment was processing with hologram or CSI on the bank notes with three kinds of color printer.

Mechanochemical Synthesis of Pigment from Potash Feldspar (기계화학적 합성에 의한 합석으로부터의 안료 제조)

  • The possibility of producing the pigments from potash feldspar was studied by adopting the mechanical alloying technique under various gas environments. The experiments were carried out by varying grinding time with the addition of copper metal and titanium oxide in N₂, O₂, He, CO₂, H₂and air atmospheres. The mixture of the potash feldspar concentrate and copper and titanium dioxide are finely ground by a planetary ball mill, and then the composite powders were calcined at 1200℃ for 20 minutes. As a result, the calcined feldspar with 1 wt% of Cu has shown various colors like green in air, black in O₂, dark green in CO₂, brown in H₂, purple in He, and pale green in N₂ atmospheres, respectively.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 GPS 센서와 구글 지도기반의 즉석 모임 정보제공 연동이 자유로운 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 안드로이드 내장 센서를 이용하여 현재 위치를 기준으로 반경 1Km을 파란색 반원으로 표시하며 빠르게 접근할 수 있는 모임을 확인할 수 있다. 그리고 즉석 모임 중 자주 이루어지는 택시, 테니스같이 혼자 할 수 없는 운동, 등과 같이 주요 모임별로 다르게 표시하여 정보를 보지 않아도 직관적으로 어떤 유형인지 알 수 있도록 구현한다. 또한, 마커를 클릭하면 해당 모임에 관한 정보를 확인할 수 있고, 장소 근처에 가면 알람을 보낼지 선택할 수 있는데 지도 하단에 버튼을 통해 알람 설정한 모임을 관리 할 수 있다. 위치기반 알람을 통해서 모임에 대한 정보를 까먹지 않게 계속 알려줌으로써 참여율을 높일 수 있도록 구현한다.

  • In this study, we propose a novel approach for rapid and accurate pathogen detection by integrating Polydiacetylene (PDA) hydrogel sensors with advanced deep learning algorithms and visualization techniques. PDA hydrogel sensors exhibit a color transition in the presence of pathogens, enabling straightforward and quick pathogen detection. We developed a reliable pathogen detection system that combines deep neural network algorithms with color quantification technology for image-based analysis. This image-based system retains the ease of pathogen detection offered by PDA sensors while deriving quantified color standards to overcome the limitations of human visual assessment, enhancing reliability. This advancement contributes to public health and the development and application of pathogen detection technology.
