Advertising signboards are designed for the visibility to affects recall and recognition of costumers. It is well know that the visibility from images is created by the value difference among colors. The research defines whether the background color combination of outdoor signboards is configured to maximize visibility, by a series of color value variation in complex commercial facilities. The subject of study is to examine how the visibility is made by the color combination since visibility cannot be obtained independently. Two steps of analysis were performed to confirm that the color composition of signboards was based on the color value difference. The first is to analyze that the entire colors of signboards are clearly categorized as different value groups. All components of colors, hue, value and chroma had been analyzed by color aesthetic measures to prove that the value variation has the only regularity and the principle of composition. The second step is a further verification with an ample amount of samples to determine whether series of signboards create a value altering pattern. The data for analysis is gained by colorimetric survey and the color data are used for exponentializing the degree of combining, which shows selective affinity between each pair colors.

Biophilic design gives human beings positive and valuable experiences in nature. The experience in nature in the architectural environment is mainly symbolic and metaphorical, and is based on visual sensations such as color, form, and image. Recently, modern people living in a modern and simple style indoor space have a desire to pursue visual stimuli for interest or pleasure. This desire can be satisfied through color, lighting, and finishing plan. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a biophilic design color palette based on the empirical characteristics and properties of biophilic design. The methods used in this study are as follows. First, the biophilic design factors and natural landscape preference criteria are examined. Second, based on the review results, natural landscape images are selected and color information for each biophilic design element is extracted according to the vertical and horizontal directions. Third, color information is converted to NCS color code and palette range and hue range are derived through the analysis of ratio and average values. Finally, based on the analysis results, biophilic design color palette is proposed for each element. The results of this study might be useful as basic data in establishing biophilic design strategies and applying them to architecture and interior construction.

본 연구의 목적은 적색계 천연염료를 이용한 견직물의 무매염 염색을 다룬 국내논문들을 고찰하여 무매염 염색의 염색성을 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상인 천연염재는 자색 고구마, 봉선화, 오디, 광나무 열매, 구아바 잎, 단삼, 히비스커스 꽃, 복숭아나무 전정가지로 총 8가지이다. 염색실험의 결과는 색차식에 의하여 $L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$, C 및 ${\Delta}E^*$와 Munsell표에 의한 H V/C, Kubelka Munk식에 따라 K/S값을 산출하여 표면색을 측정하여 살펴보았다. 염색실험 변인은 염액농도, 염색온도, 염색시간, 염색반복횟수이며, 변인의 변화에 따라 염색성과 색채특성을 알아보았다. 문헌고찰 결과, 염색실험 변인은 견직물에 대한 천연염료의 염착성과 상관관계가 있을 뿐만 아니라 적색 발현에도 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 천연염색 과정에서 환경오염을 일으키는 반복적인 염색이나 매염제 사용 등을 하지 않아도 적색이 다양하게 발현되고 염색성도 우수할 수 있음을 보였다.

3판식 액정 프로젝션 시스템의 색재현 개선을 위한 색분리/합성 광학계의 설계 방법으로서, 다양한 시청 조건하에서 인간의 색지각 특성을 고려하여 색순응과 표시색을 이용한 최적의 색재현 구현에 대해 기술한다. 이를 위해 3차원 균등 색공간에서 재현 색영역의 체적을 성능 지수로 선정하고 이를 최대화시키는 설계 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 3판식 액정 프로젝션 시스템의 색재현 원리와 표색계 모델에 대해 기술하고 최적화 문제를 색채학적으로 제시한 후, 적용 예로서 2종류의 시청 조건에 대해 Dichroic Mirror의 경계 파장의 최적 설계치를 구하였다.

현대 주거 공간의 색채 유형이 다양화 되고 실내 공기질 관리법이 시행되면서 환경친화형 컬러가구재의 개발이 매우 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 치자, 홍화, 오배자, 자초, 소목 및 밤송이 등으로부터 천연염료를 추출하여 적정한 염색조건을 도출하였다. 천연염료 추출시 용매의 pH가 높아지면서 동일계 색상일지라도 더 짙은 염료가 얻어졌다. 염색에 앞서 천연염료와 목재 조직과의 결합을 촉진하기 위하여 알루미늄, 구리, 철 및 크롬 계통의 매염제를 처리하였는데, 매염제의 종류에 따라 황색, 갈색, 녹색 등의 색상이 얻어졌다. 매염 처리된 목재 시험편에 본 천연계 염료로 염색한 경우 염색시의 pH와 온도가 높아질수록 짙은 색상이 얻어졌을 뿐만 아니라 염액이 목재 조직 내부로 더욱 깊이 침투하였다. 컴퓨터 모델링을 통하여 보여진 천연염색된 컬러가구는 다양한 색상이 요구되는 현대 주거 공간과 조화를 꾀할 수 있어 천연염료가 현대 목가구 제작에 적합한 재료로 사용될 것으로 사료되었다.

교통사고의 주된 원인은 자동차 주행 중 운전자의 시각적 주의 분산이다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 시선을 도로에서 벗어나지 않게 하면서 주행정보를 제공하는 HUD(Head Up Display)시스템을 이용해서 자동차 앞 유리(windshield)에 투영된 주행정보의 색채감성을 평가하였다. 주행정보는 전방시선 $0^{\circ}$에서 약 하방 $9^{\circ}$에 위치하도록 설치하였고, 실험실의 형광등, 5개의 LED 조명등과 TV출력 영상을 통해 25[lux]의 야간 운전 시 조도 환경, 100,000[lux]의 주간 운전 시 조도 환경을 재현하였다. 먼셀 표색계의 기본 5색(R, Y, G, B, P)과 신호등의 색 YR, W 총 7색의 단일 색과 W를 제외한 6개 글자에 각각 흰색 글자 외곽선, 회색 글자 외곽선을 주어 외곽선 있는 글자 12개를 만들었다. 총 19개의 실험 자극물을 주간과 야간 환경에서 각각 주행정보의 컬러 시인성, 피로도, 선호도, 방해 정도를 평가하였다. 실험결과는 시인성이 유의미하게 나왔는데, 첫째, 주간에서는 Y와 G 색상같이 색상 자체의 휘도가 높은 경우 시인성이 높았다. 둘째, 텍스트의 외곽선이 있는 경우, 외곽선이 배경색으로 작용하여 색상과의 휘도대비를 일으켜 시인성에 영향을 준다. 셋째, 외곽선이 없는 경우에는 차량 전면 유리의 휘도가 배경색 휘도로 작용하여 글자의 휘도와 큰 대비를 이룰 때 시인성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 운전자의 주시야를 고려해 전방에 제공되는 가상의 영상, HUD의 상용화를 위해서는 주행정보의 색채시인성이 중요한데 이를 높이기 위한 방안으로 배경과 글자의 휘도대비를 고려해볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze relationship between emotion and behavior with the color images of indoor space in hotels. The study methods evaluation experiments of emotion and behavior with computer graphic images. Study results are as follows: First, The color image according to the indoor space had a significant influence on the user's emotions. Lobby and restaurant had difference in pleasure arousal emotion by color image, and also guest room had difference in pleasure dominance emotion by color image. Second, The color image according to the indoor space had a significant influence on the user's behavior. Also lobby and restaurant had difference in movement hobby eating resting behavior by color image, and guest room had difference in hobby eating resting behavior by color image. Third, As a result of analyzing the effect of user's emotions on the behavior according to the indoor space: In the lobby, the more un-arousal increasing of users, the more hobby resting behavior increasing. And the more dominance increasing of users, the more movement hobby eating resting behavior increasing. In the restaurant, the more dominance increasing of users, the more movement eating hobby behavior increasing. The more arousal increasing of users, the more movement resting behavior increasing. The more un-arousal increasing of users, the more hobby eating behavior increasing. In the guest room, the more un-arousal dominance increasing of users, the more hobby eating resting behavior increasing. And also the more arousal increasing of users, the more movement behavior increasing.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, people need healing. Research in neuroarchitecture shows that people feel happy and stable when working with nature, and patients heal quickly. Therefore, This study aims to quantitatively analyze the colors that help psychological healing in the painting images depicting nature by setting 'Natural Colors' of Biophilic Design as the subject of research. So the purpose of this study was to measure Biophilic Color and to develop Biophilic Color Palette. We extracted Biophilic colors using Impressionist Monet's Landscape painting. After extracting colors using Photoshop Color Picker, we converted RGB color code to NCS color code and Munsell color code. The results of this study were as follows; The ratio of Y was high in the GY-series and YR-series. This is due to the characteristic of impressionism that expresses the change of color by light in close relationship with light. Y is universally considered to be pleasant, representing happiness, sunshine and optimism. Therefore, it is possible to create an environment that helps psychological healing by utilizing the Y-series color palette. Average Blackness was 28. Average Chromaticness was 34.61. The significance of this study is to propose a biophilic color palette that is useful for psychological healing by quantifying the color code of biophilic colors depicted and expressed with adjective images and idiomatic color names. Quantitative and empirical studies on healing colors are needed continuously and should be actively utilized in healing environment planning.

조용필은 가수로서 대한민국 가요계의 살아있는 역사, 전설, 가왕, 국민가수 등의 여러 호칭으로 불리며 한국의 대중음악을 크게 발전시킨 인물로 평가 되고 있다. 그의 음악적 능력은 가수로서 뿐만이 아니라 1980년대에 우리 대중음악사에서 가장 뛰어난 작곡가이자 편곡가이기도 했다. 그로 인해 우리 대중음악의 음악적인 스펙트럼을 확장시키고 이후 우리 대중음악의 편곡에 지대한 영향을 미친 인물이다. 본 논문은 조용필의 음악적인 색채가 본격적으로 구축된 것으로 평가받는 3집과 4집의 음악에 나타난 그의 편곡 테크닉을 중심으로 분석해 보고, 아울러 우리 대중음악에 끼친 영향에 대해 알아보는 논문이다.

Silk fabrics were dyed with yellow natural materials. Gardenia, turmeric, amur cork tree, safflower, Japanese pagoda tree, and onion were used as natural materials. Color image of natural dyed silk fabrics was classified by 4 factors(Cheerfulness, Comfortness, Pastrol, Revealation). Cheerfulness factor affected significantly with color image. Amur cork tree or turmeric dyed fabrics were shown as light and cute, safflower or gardenia dyed fabric shown as comfort, and onion dyed fabrics shown as mature and simple. Color image with specialty was significant difference in Preference and Revelation factor. Preference was appeared as amur cork tree>turmeric>gardenia>safflower>Japanese pagoda tree>onion.
