새해부터는 프로그램저작권 침해행위에 대한 벌칙이 현행 3년 이하의 징역에서 5년 이하의 징역으로 강화된다. 특히, 개인정보보호에 관한 법률이 크게 강화될 예정으로 개인정보를 취급하는 통신사업자의 개인정보 관리.감독 기준이 대폭 강화될 전망이며, 청소년의 유해정보차단을 효율적으로 집행하기 위한 법도 새로 시행될 전망이다. 이밖에도 새해에는 기간통신사업자의 지분인수 시 정보통신부 장관의 인가를 받아야 하며, 무선국 시설자들은 전자파강도를 측정하는 의무가 부여되는 등 많은 부분에서 새로운 제도가 시행될 전망이다. 또, 국세청장이나 지방국세청장도 조세범칙사건의 조사에 필요한 경우에 통신 자료제공을 요청할 수 있도록 법적근거를 마련해 통신매체를 활용한 탈세행위가 새해에는 원천 차단될 전망이다.

PDB로부터 얻은 51개의 단백질-RNA 복합체를 대상으로 기존 연구에서 얻은 단백질과 RNA의 결합 성향성 값과 본 논문에서 새로 구한 단백질의 표면 노출정도에 따른 결합 성향성 값을 이용하여 단백질의 결합 기대치를 구한다. 또한 구한 결합 기대치를 활용하여 새로운 단백질-RNA 복합체를 대상으로 단백질의 결합 부위 예측을 시도하였다. 결합 기대치는 0.240 이상인 경우 결합할 가능성이 높은 것으로 판별하였고, 그 결과 단백질의 결합 후보지를 전체 단백질의 25% 정도로 줄일 수 있었다.

VR게임은 VR 기기와 VR 게임이 다양해지고 사용자도 늘어가고 있는 추세에 맞춰 VR게임시장에 대한 전망은 긍정적임에도, 사용자측면에서의 제한사항은 여전히 개선되지 않고 있는 부분이 존재하고 있다. 이를 타파하기 위해 모바일게임시장이 확대되는 시점에서 게임에 새로 도입된 자동플레이 기능을 탑재한 VR게임이 개발이 확대될 때 해당 VR 게임에서 UI 디자인을 할 때 고려할 사항과 추후 연구 방향에 대해서 고찰하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study compared the quantity of phoria for distance by new method with that by existing methods. Methods: For this study, it was selected to two existing phoria measurements, von Graefe and Maddox rod. And new method named "3D polarizing phoria measurement" was designed to measure the quantity of phoria using polarizing glasses and 3D display. Unlike existing measurement using polarized lens, newly considered method measured the quantity of phoria in condition removed perfect binocular fusion using field stop on apparatus and polarized lens. For using new method for distance, it was developed a phoria test chart. It supports three kinds of phoria measurements. Subjects were 12 (male 6, female 6). They had three phoria tests (1 sets) including new method. It was considered the effect of experimental order, so we tested all cases about experimental order. The number of cases was 6 sets, and the sample size in this experiment was 72 sets. For removing binocular fusion, lighting of the laboratory that was below 10 lx and the background color of phoria test chart was dark, RGB=(20, 20, 20). Results: Subjects were sorted into three groups. Samples with exophoria and orthophoria were 30 sets each, and those with esophoria were 12 sets. The quantity of phoria measured three tests differ from each other like "newmethod < von Graefe < Maddox rod", and there were statistically significant difference each other. Conclusions: This study has great significance in the sense that new method was the measurement with naturally removing binocular fusion without dizziness during the tests.

This study is to find ways to use fast-fashion wedding dresses continuously which usually have worn three or four times and just wasted, which is an current interesting issue over the society. Among clothing from the 19th Century, three styles of Empire, and Crinoline were analyzed from their underwear styles to outwear styles through library and museums and are made for rental service. Based on 8-year-old girls' physical dimensions, openings and closing methods of each size were applied to develop and make rental dress designs. It will be a good opportunity to study history and develop creativity if children can try different styles of dresses from different cultures and times and also experience difference wearing ways as they also have such desire. Underwears were designed to be worn by adjusting cloth rings, rubber bands, or hook and eye to fit different dimensions. The final products are as follows. First, empire dress doesn't need underwear to wear. Depending on the purpose of the rental dress, the back side of upper clothes have lace up by using cloth rings like empire style. Skirt was cut to use hem lace suitably from wasted dress. Second, Crinoline dress is usually configured of Crinoline, Petticoat, Two Piece on Drawers, Chemise, and Corset. It was designed by flat front, bigger sides and backs by Crinoline and Petticoat.

이상에서 소개된 정보통신부 리눅스 활성화 방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다.1991년 개발된 리눅스가 최근 저비용 고효율 안정성 등의 여러가지 이점 때문에 대표적인 PC서버용 운영체제로 부각되고 있다. IBM, Intel, Sun 등 세계적인 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 업체들이 공식적으로 리눅스 지원을 시작하면서 Windows NT에 대적하는 새로운 서버 운영체제로 부각되었고, 이에 따라 다른 여러 업체들도 리눅스 시장을 선점하기 위해 활발한 개발활동을 전개하고 있다. 본 활성화 방안은 국내에서 리눅스 활성화를 통해 다음의 목표를 달성하기 위해 마련되었다. 추진목표는 첫째, 저가격 고성능의 리눅스를 이용한 PC 보급 확산으로 인터넷 이용환경 구축 예산을 절감하고 교육정보화 등 정보화사업에 리눅스 적용을 통해 국민의 보편적 이용환경을 조성하는 데 있고, 둘째, 리눅스 기반기술 개발을 통해 소프트웨어 기술을 국제수준으로 향상시키고, 셋째, 리눅스의 보급 활성화를 통한 국내 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하는 데 있다. 구체적 추진전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리눅스 한글환경 표준화 및 리눅스 기반기술 개발 등과 같은 원활한 리눅스 보급을 위한 연구개발을 추진한다. 둘째, 리눅스 환경하의 다양한 응용 개발 촉진체계를 구축한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 정보화사업 추진 시 리눅스 활용을 적극 추진하고 교육정보화 사업의 기본장비로 활용하는 시범사업을 추진한다. 또한 산 학 연의 리눅스 전문가들로 리눅스 협의회를 구성하여 리눅스 보급 확산을 위한 활동을 추진하게 될 것이다. 이 과정에서 기업들의 요구사항 및 이용활성화에 대해서 협의가 이루어질 것이다. 새 천년에는 시작부터 국가간에 치열한 정보화 경쟁이 있을 것이다. 정보화 환경이 얼마나 저비용 고효율으로 잘 구축되었느냐, 그리고 정보화 인력을 얼마나 갖고 있느냐가 그러한 국제사회에서의 경쟁력을 좌우하게 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 리눅스의 활성화는 매우 중요하다. 본 활성화 방안이 성공적으로 수행되어 우리나라가 아시아의 리눅스 메카로 떠올라 새천년에 우리나라가 정보화 선진국에 진입하도록 정부에서는 최대의 노력을 기울일 방침이다.

In this paper, we extend a generic library framework based on the state monad to exploit deterministic parallelism in a purely functional language Haskell and provide benchmarks for the extended features on a multicore machine. Although purely functional programs are known to be well-suited to exploit parallelism, unintended squential data dependencies could prohibit effective parallelism. Symbolic execution programs usually implement fresh name generation in order to prevent confusion between variables in different scope with the same name. Such implementations are often based on squential state management, working against parallelism. We provide reusable primitives to help developing parallel symbolic execution programs with unbound-genercis, a generic name-binding library for Haskell, avoiding sequential dependencies in fresh name generation. Our parallel extension does not modify the internal implementation of the unbound-generics library, having zero possibility of degrading existing serial implementations of symbolic execution based on unbound-genecrics. Therefore, our extension can be applied only to the parts of source code that need parallel speedup.

Deep web collection means entering a query in a search form and collecting response results. It is estimated that the information possessed by the deep web has about 450 to 550 times more information than the statically constructed surface web. The static method does not show the changed information until the web page is refreshed, but the dynamic web page method updates the necessary information in real time and provides real-time information without reloading the web page, but crawler has difficulty accessing the updated information. Therefore, there is a need for a way to automatically collect information on these deep webs using a crawler. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of utilizing scripts as general links, and for this purpose, an algorithm that can utilize client scripts like regular URLs is proposed and experimented. The proposed algorithm focused on collecting web information by menu navigation and script execution instead of the usual method of entering data into search forms.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of adolescents' media literacy, self-esteem, and cognitive related to on critical media understanding ability using data from the Korea Media Panel Survey 2020. As a result of the study, PC literacy and smart device literacy influenced adolescents' critical media literacy. The mediating effect of cognitive needs between Internet literacy and critical media understanding ability using PCs and smart devices was significant, and the mediating effect of self-esteem between email literacy using PCs and smart devices and critical media understanding ability was significant. Therefore, to improve adolescents' critical media understanding ability, it is necessary to educate them to use PCs and smart devices as tools for interaction. To this end, it is desirable for information and technology subjects to focus on media literacy to increase cognitive needs, and for other subjects, cooperative learning using media is desirable.
