Recent popularity of the smartphone market, with the explosive growth of mobile location-based SNS(Social Network Service), is into the mainstream. SNS aims to cooperate and share information with all users, but mobile SNS is still not easy people with disabilities. In addition to using the Web, it has difficulty to provide an appropriate interface to access such as smartphone for people with disabilities. This paper will specify and analyze the context-awareness technology and SNS function, and study a variety of information that students with disabilities such as time, location and activity states including data collection and analysis of the situation by converting the status information. It has provide that students with disabilities to lead comfortable life in school according to the various types of disabilities, and school information and safety services using mobile location-based SNS.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to understand the game world experience and peer interaction of students with disabilities in the community. Method : In this study, Giorgi's phenomenological method was used to understand the game world experience and peer interaction of two students with disabilities in the community. The data collection about the situation and the context of the subjects was conducted over three times of interviews, until no new data. Meaning units through the four steps for Giorgi's scientific phenomenology were analyzed in the context of the overall data. Result : Two students with disabilities in the community had to spend time at home with physical limitation and alienation, and their leisure activities was mainly using the computer and television. Restrictions of leisure activities wad the cause of difficulties of social accessibility, and they need the correct thinking and self-control in the use of the time. Due to the game for fun, they have no interact with peers. On the other hand, most of conversation about the game were with families. Conclusion : Students with disabilities had a physical and psychological difficulties were feeling pleasure through the game. They need the correct thinking and self-control in the use of the time, and need an alternative solution for a reckless game use.

학생들의 기초 기본학습 능력의 신장이 강조되고 있는 교육상황에 비추어 볼 때 지금까지 간과되어 왔던 학습장애에 대한 재인식과 학습장애아들을 위한 대책이 필요하다. 그 대책으로 최근 특수교육분야에서 기존의 지능-불일치 교육이론에 대한 대안으로 제시되고 있는 중재-반응 (Responsiveness to Intervention : RTI) 이론을 기반으로 학습장애아들에 대한 교육이 보다 효율적으로 적용될 수 있다. 하지만 실제 우리의 교육에 적용을 위해서는 많은 걸림돌들이 존재하고 있다. 실제 교육 현장의 교사들이 RTI 이론 적용의 걸림돌로 제기하는 점들을 해결하기 위한 대안으로 모바일 시스템설계를 통해 실제 현장에서의 RTI 이론 적용 및 실행 가능성을 높이고자 한다. 본 시스템의 특징은 첫째, 실제 국내의 교육현장에서 기존 교사들이 제시한 RTI 이론 적용가능성이 낮은 항목들을 중점으로, 이론 적용의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 설계에 중점을 두고 있다. 둘째, 시스템의 구성을 기존의 행정중심이 아닌 실제 수행자 중심 설계를 위하여 기존의 학교행정가를 제외한 일반교사, 특수교사, 학부모, 학습장애 학생으로 설계하였다. 셋째, 일반교사, 특수교사, 학부모, 학습장애 학생의 의사소통 및 진전도 체크 등을 모바일 기기의 편이성과 결합하여 학습장애아의 학습능력을 향상시키고자 한다.

누구나 한 번쯤 자유롭게 여행하는 것을 꿈꾼다. 하지만 현 상황에서는 장애를 가진 사람들은 장애를 가지고 있지 않은 사람보다 더 많은 어려움을 가지고 여행을 하며 그 자체가 어려운 '도전'이 된다. 지체장애인들을 위한 기존 여행 애플리케이션들은 한 지역의 정보만 담고 있거나 업데이트되지 않은 내용으로 정보량이 현저히 적다. 본 논문에서 이러한 문제를 해결하며 지체장애인들에게 여행이 어려운 '도전'이 아닌 자유롭게 즐길 수 있는 '휴식'이 되고자 지체장애인의 장벽 없는 여행 서비스 제공 애플리케이션 '배프'를 개발하였다. 공공 API와 웹 서버를 이용하여 기존 지체장애인을 위한 여행 애플리케이션보다 더 효율적인 기능을 개발하였다.

In this study, the characteristics of visually impaired elementary students' conceptions on dissolution were investigated. The semi-structured interviews about phenomenon of dissolution, uniformity of solution, conservation of mass on dissolving and volume change during dissolving were conducted with 4 fifth-grade elementary students with visual impairments (three were blind, and one had low-vision). Interviews were recorded and the data were analyzed after transcription. As a result, students with visual impairments knew well about the phenomenon of dissolution, uniformity of solution, and conservation of mass on dissolving, while they couldn't explain volume change during dissolving. Although students with visual impairments were found to have similar level of understanding with students without visual impairments, they had sounder understanding about uniformity of solution. However, students with visual impairments had superficial understanding based on phenomenal experiences. Some of students with visual impairments tried to give micro-level explanation. Based on these results, educational implications were discussed.

최근 IT인프라 관제시스템의 구축 추세는 서비스 가용성 및 응답시간이란 관리지표를 기준으로 IT서비스 품질관리 관점에서 시스템을 관리함을 목표로 삼고 있다. 즉, 자원의 종류에 따라 개별 성능 및 장애 관리를 하기보다는 서버, 네트워크, DB, WAS, 어플리케이션 등 IT서비스에 관련된 전반적 자원에 대한 포괄적인 관리로 IT서비스 성능저하 및 장애가 주로 발생하는 지점을 파악하여 보수하고 개선할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 최근의 추세라 할 수 있겠다. 한편으론 조직의 IT서비스가 여러 지역에 존재하는 다수 시스템에 의해 수행되는 최근의 상황을 고려할 때, 분산 환경하의 서비스 품질관리를 위해서는 각 지역별로 관리 서버를 운용하고 중앙에 별도의 슈퍼 매니저를 두어 전체를 관장하는 체계가 요구된다. 다중/계층형 관리서버 운용 메커니즘을 지원하는 시스템에서의 각 관리 모듈은 독립적으로 실행이 가능하며, 물리적 서버의 위치가 다른 곳에서도 관리 기능을 실행함에 있어서 문제가 없도록 기능을 지원하여 관리서버의 부하 분산이 투명하게 실현되어야 한다. 여기서는 QoS (Quality of Service)측면에서의 관리 기능을 수행하는 다중/계층형 시스템 통합관리에 관한 기술적 사항들을 살펴보고자 한다.

아웃소싱 시장의 지속적인 성장에도 불구하고 국내 아웃소싱 시장은 대규모의 계약이 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 아웃소싱의 위험요인이 아웃소싱의 활성화에 장애요인이 될 수 있다. 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 위험요인에 대한 연구는 아웃소싱 수준 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요소를 중심으로 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 즉, 전략적 효과, 경제적 효과, 기술적 효과와 같은 이익에 대한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있다. 그러나 아웃소싱 위험요인에 대한 연구는 사례가 거의 없고, 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적인 연구는 진행되지 않고 있다. 또한 아웃소싱 위험요소의 경우 대체로 발주자 입장에서 연구를 수행하고 있어, 실제 수주하고 있는 수주자의 입장에서 위험요소를 분석한 연구는 없는 상황이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 제시된 아웃소싱 위험요소와 국내 정보기술 아웃소싱 상황에 맞는 위험요소를 도출하고, 이들 위험요소가 유발되는 정도가 정보기술 아웃소싱 성과와 어떠한 관계를 가지는지에 대해 실증적으로 연구를 수행하였다.

복지에 대한 사회적인 관심, 초고령화 사회로의 진입이 가속화됨에 따라 잠재적 시각 청각 장애인과 고령 노인에 대한 보편적 방송접근권 보장 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에 정부는 장애인방송 제작 지원 사업과 방송수신기 보급사업 등을 통해 장애인방송물의 제작을 촉진 보급하는 한편 2011년 '장애인방송 편성 및 제공 등 장애인 방송접근권 보장'에 관한 고시를 제정하여 방송사업자의 장애인방송 제공을 의무화하고 매년 방송프로그램 편성실적을 공개하고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 장애인방송 현황과 함께 시각 청각장애인의 방송접근권 향상을 위해 새롭게 시도되고 있는 장애인방송 서비스와 기술동향 및 관련 이슈들에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is introduce the spiral taping treatment on Temporomandibular Disorder in oral Medicine. The taping treatment is relatively simple and dosen't have any adverse effect, so it has high stability and superior effect of treatment. In this study, using the spiral taping treatment as one of the effective taping treatments, non-stretched tape was attatched to the muscles which set limit to the range of joint movement and cause pain to temporomandibular joint. With that treatment this study tried to make effective results of treatment of temporomandibular disorder. These results suggest spiral taping treatments contribute to the improvement of tempermandibular disorders. Further this study is needed for the confirmation of this effect of spiral taping treatments on temporomandibular disorders.

This study shows that people with disabilities are very disadvantageous in employment and wage, which is originated from social discriminations. In this study, numerical value of employment-discrimination was calculated as 33.4%, and that of wage-discrimination calculated as 67.3%. But these discriminations are only come from one's disability not from productivity. So, Government must legislate 'The Discrimination Prohibit Act for People with Disabilities' rapidly to promote of people with disabilities' life qualities. Nobody knows when he get disabilities. Together with 'The Discrimination Prohibit Act for People with Disabilities', Government also have to improve people with disabilities' way of working, mobility, and provide assistive technology for the promotion of people with disabilities' employment rate and wage.
