This study emphasize the importance of founder having knowledge on detecting entrepreneurship opportunities and analyzed how the founder detects such opportunity using what process. I used people who have found and established a company on own as a survey sample. The result is like the following. First, it's found that most founders had business motivation before the establishment and used skills and knowhow from related area of business for their business establishment that led to the comparably safe business. Second, founders were highly motivated in advance of business establishment and it is found that their chance of establishment was not from the coincidence. Third, it is also found that people had pre-education on business establishment was very on purpose and those who had not had any education had a high chance of coincidence in the establishment. Fourth, it is found that higher the desire for the business achievement, more likely that the founder's business establishment was a plan. Fifth, it is found that higher the awareness of business opportunity and vision, more likely that the founder's business establishment was on plan.

현재 한국의 많은 대학의 수학과는 낮은 지원율 신입생 미충원 그리고 전과/편입학/자퇴 등 높은 이탈 등으로 학생자원 부족에서 오는 생존이 위협되는 위기에 처해있다. 실제로 몇 년 사이에 학생 모집이 중단됨으로서 폐과가 진행 중인 대학의 수학과가 나타나고 있다. 한국의 대학교육에서 수학과가 퇴조하는 이러한 현재 상황의 진행이 3-5년 후 대학 및 대학원의 수학전공은 어떤 상황에 있을 것인가? 학생자원 감소라는 현재의 추세가 계속 진행된다면, 대학의 학문 체계와 대학교육에서 수학의 위치 역할은 무엇을 의미하는가? 이러한 대학의 수학전공에 지원하는 학생자원 부족 문제는 진지하게 구체적으로 다루고 도전하고 해결 방안을 구해야 할 문제인가? 아니면 일시적인 퇴조 현상에 대한 기우인가?

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경이 발달하면서 홈네트워크 환경의 사용자 상황을 쉽게 인식하고 사용자의 상황 정보에 따라 좀 더 지능적인 서비스를 제공 할 수 있게 되었다. 지능적 서비스를 효과적으로 구현하기 위해서는 상황 정보를 객관적으로 표현할 수 있어야 한다. 상황 정보는 개체의 상황을 특성화 하는데 사용 될 수 있는 정보를 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크 서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위하여 상태 정보를 User context, Device context, Proximity(유저와 장치간의 거리) context로 분류하고, 그 상황 정보를 효과적으로 표현할 수 있는 XML기반의 HIML(Human Interaction Markup Language)을 설계하였다. 또한 설계된 HIML 문서를 통해 다양한 플랫폼에서 작동하고, 여러 가전기기와 센서장비들의 상호작용이 가능하게 하는 미들웨어를 설계하고 그 기능을 실험하였다.

This study analyzed the concept of equal symbol(=) that is the most symbol used in learning of mathematics and investigated students' understanding of that. The equal symbol is endowed with the 'same', 'equal', and 'equivalent' meaning, represented by =, but students interpret the meaning of equal symbol according to the mathematical con text. Thus, we analyzed the equal symbol on the basis of the theory of conceptual fields. In the theory of conceptual fields, concept is a three-tuple of three sets of situation, operational invariants and symbolic representations, and the operational invariants are the concept-in-action and the theorems- in-action. With the analysis contents, we investigated how students read = by korean, what equals in the expression containing = or by what meaning students used =, and which they could correct the error for =. This study imply that we should consider the symbol notation agreed by mathematical society, the meaning, and the situational context that it used, when we teach the mathematics symbols.

Context-awareness as a key technology of ubiquitous computing needs a context model that understands and processes situational information coming from diverse sensors and devices, and can be applied diversely in various domains. Semantic web based ontologies use structured standard format and express meaning of information, so it is possible to recognize effectively context-awareness situations, allowing the system to share information and understand situation by inference. In this paper, we propose a layered ontology model to support generality and scaleability of the context-awareness system, and applied the model to u-Convention domain. In addition, we propose a effective reasoning method to handle compound situation by combining OWL-DL and SWRL rules.

'Regardless of our consciousness, Color is the energy that we are affected by positively or negatively.' said Johannes Itten. When we see the color in nature, the color acts to our emotion most preferentially and most strongly. These experiences of color become symbol or icon to us and express states of his mind as allegory. The color of animation is the visual element of image media, the image which act as important meaning, the attribute of light, and visual-perceptional factor. With molding factor form, light and shade, the color function importantly as media which express a person and a person's circumstance. In animation, the color is used symbolically to suggest not only mental change of character but also the condition. The transmission of mental meaning express symbolism of the color iconically. Accordingly, the color for image express of animation take on universality. This study focus on how the symbolical meaning of the color is reflected in a work.

This study aims to investigate understanding of meanings of division, quotitive division and partitive division, by the third graders and preservice elementary teachers. To do this, we analysed and compared mathematics textbooks according to 9 mathematics curricula, gathered information about their understanding by questionnaire method targeting 5 third graders and 36 preservice elementary teachers, and analysed their responses in relation to recognition of division-based situations, solution using visual representations, and awareness of quotitive division and partitive division. In Korea, meanings of division have been taught in grade 2 or 3 in various ways according to curricula. In particular, the mathematics textbook of present curriculum shows a couple of radical changes in relation to introduction of division. We raised the necessity of reexamination of these changes, based on our results from questionnaire analysis that show lack of understanding about two meanings of division by the preservice elementary teachers as well as the third graders. And we also induced several didactical implications for teaching meanings of division.

내부순환로 교통관리시스템은 기존의 국내 교통 시스템들과는 달리 충분한 수집체계와 정보제공 체계를 갖추고 있으며, 전략의 구체화와 현실적 실현, 즉 전략의 시스템화를 위해 많은 노력을 기울였다. 그런 노력의 일환으로 이 시스템에서는 다양하고 복잡한 돌발상황을 단순화하고 일반화하기 위해 Uniform Event Reaction Formula라 하는 개념을 사용하였다. 이 개념은 어떤 돌발상황이 발생하면 이로 인해 영향을 받는 반응 영역과 영향을 받지 않는 비반응 영역으로 분리한 후, 반응 영역은 예측을 통한 제어 관리를 수행하고, 비반응 영역은 통상적인 제어 관리만을 수행함을 의미한다. 그러나, 돌발상황에 따른 반응 영역과 비반응 영역의 결정에 필요한 돌발상황 처리시간 예측과 대기행렬 예측 모형은 내부순환로의 도로 및 교통환경에 적합한지 검증되지 않아 많은 시행착오가 예상된다. 특히, 돌발상황의 처리시간 예측은 동질대응 구간 결정의 가장 중요한 요소로서, 현재는 처리시간에 상당한 여유를 두어 운영할 계획이지만 궁극적으로는 내부순환로에 적합한 처리시간 예측 모형의 개발이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 아동 성폭력 상황 자체와 성폭력 가해자에 대한 간호사의 태도가 상황 판단에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 초점을 둔다. 503명의 병원 간호사와 526명의 보건교사를 대상으로 vignette 디자인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 아동성폭력 상황 vignettes은 7가지의 특성 (성폭력 행위, 성폭력 빈도, 피해자의 연령, 피해자의 저항, 가해자의 연령, 가해자와 피해자의 교차성별, 가해자와 피해자와의 관계)을 조합하여 구성하였다. 1/4 factorial design의 결과로서 64개의 vignettes 이 도출되었으며 이 중 16개 vignettes을 무작위로 추출하여 그 vignettes에 나타난 각 성폭력 상황들의 심각정도를 표시하도록 하였다. 성폭력 가해자에 대한 문항들은 1) 가해자가 아동 성폭력을 하는 이유 2) 전형적인 성폭력 가해자3) 아동성폭력 가해자의 처벌방법에 관한 간호사의 태도를 묻는 것이었다. 자료분석은 Logistic Regression을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 간호사들은 아동 성폭력 상황의 심각도를 판단할 때 주로 성폭력 상황에 의해 영향을 받고 아동 성폭력 가해자에 대한 개인적 태도는 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 아동 성폭력 상황 특성 중 피해자의 저항, 성폭력 행위, 성폭력 빈도, 가해자의 연령, 가해자와 피해자의 교차성별 순으로 아동 성폭력상황의 심각도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 간호사들은 아동 성폭력 상황에 직면하여 사례를 판단할 때 아동 성폭력 문제에 대한 개인의 태도에 영향을 받기보다는 사례 그 자체에 근거를 두고 판단하는 경향을 나타낸다. 본 연구 결과는 법적, 전문가적 의미에서 아동성폭력 신고자로서의 의무와 사례중재에 개입된 의료인으로서의 역할 수행에 긍정적인 면을 시사한다.
