발전에서 송배전 및 소비자에 이르기까지 다양한 설비 및 기기들이 유기적으로 결합되고, 모든 과정이 실시간으로 운영되는 전력시스템은 지금까지 각 운영시스템별 독자적인 필요에 의해 상이한 플랫폼으로 개발되고 운영되어 왔기 때문에, 시스템 상호간 연계와 원활한 정보교환을 통한 전체 전력시스템 차원의 최적화를 이루는 데는 어려움이 있었다. 이러한 전력시스템은 스마트그리드로의 전환을 위해 각 시스템별 독립적 필요에 의한 부문별 자동화가 아닌 정보의 통합화, 제어의 분산화 그리고 기능의 상호운용성을 통해 전력시스템이 하나의 유기적인 시스템으로서 동작하는 체계를 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 전력운영시스템 상호간 정보교환과 전력시스템 전 영역에 걸쳐 발생되는 데이터의 활용 및 새로운 전력 어플리케이션의 Plug & Play 통합을 위한 스마트그리드 플랫폼 아키텍처에 대하여 기술한다.

The Purpose of this study is to embody self-directed learning management system and contents which are considered of learner's interactivity and usability in e-learning environment; It is based on self directed teaching and learning strategies. It divides type of interaction centering on the learners into four categories: (1) learner and instructor (2) learner and learner (3) learner and contents (4) learner and learning management system. The specific elements of learning management system is set up and embodied to present the interaction strategies according to the above-mentioned patterns, to improve the self-directed learning ability and to facilitate an online communication. The learning contents based on the self directed learning strategies, design the interface in due consideration of the learners' usability based on six strategies such as simple navigation, consistency, intuitive interface, linkage, user supports and immediate feedback. This research makes up for the weak points in the self-directed functions of learning management system and links up with learning contents, therefore it has a value to improve learner's interactivity and usability. It is expected that the research results can be helpful in quality improvement of e-learning environment.

This study reviewed the library cooperation of the National Library of Korea and regional public libraries in Korea, and analyzed the actual condition and cooperation program of public libraries in Incheon. The results of this study proposed some directions to improve cooperation among public libraries in Incheon as follows: to strengthen infrastructure of local public libraries; to build up the position of regional representative library and set up effective management of library policy organization authorities; to resolve the problems derived from multiple administrations and harmonize communications among public libraries; to appoint and administer strongpoint libraries; to specialize local libraries concerning characteristics; to expand and improve the existing library cooperative programs such as shared purchasing, interlibrary loan, preservation, cooperation with small libraries etc.

Most of the work done in developing Z39.50 was carried out in the basic protocol framework. It becomes apparent that some problems would be quite unacceptable in implementing and reinforcing the networked information retrieval and that it needs some other arrangement such as ISP. This article discussed the current modifications like ISPs by reviewing the unique characters of Z39.50 and the overall design of a client-server search systems, and also distinguished the Z39.50 clients that have been developed as non-profits from those of profits in the perspective of Z39.50 function-expanding.

In this paper, for the purpose of improving the future domestic train control systems and securing interoperability according to the global development trends of train control systems, we present the test results of interoperability between wayside train control system installed in existed line, and the onboard train control system. Due to the safety-critical characteristics of train systems, the site test in the section where the wayside equipment is installed, leads to a danger against safety. Therefore, by way of constructing a simulation environment of train control systems, we confirm the T/R data systems of the equipment for interoperability and test the interoperability by applying these systems to onboard equipment.

현재 우리 나라 약업계에서는 의약분업, 일부 의약품의 슈퍼마켓에서의 판매 등의 급격한 환경변화로 약국경영형태의 혁신적인 변화가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 약업계에서는 급속히 발전되고 있으나 학문적으로는 연구된 적이 거의 없는 볼런터리 체인형태의 협업체 약국에 초점을 맞추어 가맹약국과 체인본부와의 거래관계의 질과 체인약국 시스템의 효율적인 운영 및 관리방안을 알아보았다. 본 논문에서는 연구목적들을 달성하기 위하여 특정 협업체 약국체인에 참여하고 있는 168개의 가맹약국을 대상으로 자료를 전국적으로 수집하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 연구가설을 검정한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 약국체인시스템에 투자한 가맹약국의 거래특유자산과 기업가정신은 관계규범에 유의한 영향을 주었으나, 환경의 불확실성은 정보교환, 결속력, 운영유연성 등의 관계규범에 유의적인 작용을 하지 못하였다. 둘째, 거래특유자산과 동기적 투자는 체인구성원들간의 상호의존성을 유의하게 높였으나, 대체안의 획득가능성과 관계규범은 상호의존성에 중요한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 마지막으로, 체인구성원간의 관계규범과 상호의존성이 관계의 질 즉 가맹약국들이 거래에서 느끼는 만족, 체인본부에 대한 신뢰, 약국체인에 지속적으로 참여하려는 몰입에 주는 영향을 분석하였다. 상호의존성은 관계규범과 신뢰에 영향을 주고, 관계규범은 만족을 통하여 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 그리고 신뢰는 몰입에 유의적인 영향을 주었다.

기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련된 이슈는 (1)계약체결이전의 문제(제휴의 동기 및 파트너의 선정), (2)계약상의 문제(계약 협상), 그리고 (3)계약이후의 문제(제휴의 운영 및 관리)의 세 가지 측면에서 접근가능하다. 본 연구에서는 전략적 제휴 이후의 결합효과 증대와 공동의 목표달성을 위한 제휴의 성공적 운영 및 관리에 초점을 두고 그 핵심전략으로서 상호호혜적 조정노력(가치-공유적, 일치성-중심 및 친교적 조정노력)을 제안한다 구체적으로, 전략적 제휴에 있어서 상호호혜적 전략이 파트너 기업과의 관계(파트너기업의 협력행동 유발, 기업간 상호적응성, 그리고 파트너 기업의 기회주의적 행동 억제)와 효과성(거래비용감소 및 관계지속의지) 사이의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

KISTI 정보시스템부는 개발사업을 타 부서의 연구사업으로부터 독립된 과제를 수행한다기보다 정보의 수집, 분석, 공유업무를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있게 하는 기술적 지원을 첫 번째 사업 목표로 삼는다고 할 수 있다. 정보시스템부에서 지속적으로 담당하고 있는 “과학기술 정보시스템 개발사업”의 상당 부분은 KISTI의 과학기술 정보서비스 고도화를 위한 기술개발 및 시스템 운영지원이다. 그러나 이 시스템 개발사업은 단순히 현재 운영되고 있는 정보관리, 정보서비스 시스템을 지속적으로 업그레이드하는 수준에 머무는 것이 아니라, 정보유통 인프라의 체제개편을 주도하는 혁신적인 연구개발 업무로서 추진되어야 한다는 당위성을 안고 있다.

There has been several meaning full efforts to save costs and expand the life-time of a system in changeful If circumstance. It was a module-based architecture that empower productivity at structured programming. It couldn't grow nor evolve, but could raise only calling frequency of module. But OOP or OO-method overcome limit of structured programing by class inheritance and/or overloading and/or over-riding. A component centric architecture, what is mixture of distributed systems, like CORBA. COM+ or EJB/J2EE with OOP. can support not only high reusability or expansion of life-time but also Plug-&-Play between component. In now day. It is not problem of component building but problem of interoperability between heterogeneous CBD Platform. At this study, the enhanced referential component architecture will be suggested.

다음 <표1>과 <표2>는 ISO 14001과 ISO 9001의 연관성과 넓은 의미에서 기술적 일치성, 그 반대의 경우를 비교하였다. 이같은 비교의 목적은 이미 제정된 규격 중의 하나를 운영하고 있으며 앞으로 두 체제를 운영하고자 하는 조직에게 두 체제의 연계 가능성을 증명하기 위함이다. 두 규격의 조항 사이의 직접적인 연계는 두 조항의 요건이 대체로 일치하는 경우에만 수립된다. 여기에서는 나타낼 수 없는 많은 세부적인 요소들이 두 규격 사이에 상호 관련성을 맺고 있다.
