An analysis of factors determining the quality of labor-management realtions shows that they include the external environment factors, the agent factors representing spirits and strategies of unions and employers, and the process factors of interaction channels in bargaining, consultation, and participation. It is found from recent research results that the spirits and strategies of unions and employers is the most important factor and that communication, consultation and sincere bargainings between them are the next most important, while environment factors are rarely important. It is suggested that mutual trust and respects, information sharing, sufficient communication and consultation, joint workplace innovation, and industry-level labor-management consultation are effective tools for good industrial relations.

원사업자가 발주자로부터 계약금액을 조정받지 아니한 경우에도 일부 품목의 가격이 급변동시 원사업자와 수급사업자는 상호 협의하여 서면으로 계약금액을 조정할 수 있도록 했다. 공정거래위원회는 납품단가 조정을 위해 지난 1월 10일 14개 업종의 표준하도급계약서를 개정했다. 서면계약서에는 대금조정요건, 방법 및 절차 등이 기재된다. 원사업자는 이 계약서에 따라 발주업체로부터 계약금액을 조정받지 못하더라고 수급사업자와 상호 협의를 통해 서면으로 계약금액을 조정해야 한다.

구매자와 판매자를 대신하는 협상 에이전트는 전자상거래에서의 중요성에도 불구하고 아직까지 현실 생활에 적용될 수 있는 수준에 이르지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Tip-off 정보를 이용해 상호 이익을 보장하며 협상 결과 및 협상 수행 시간을 동시에 고려한 다중 속성 협상 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 기준 시스템으로써 양자간 모든 정보를 가지고 최적 협의를 도출할 수 있는 중개 에이전트 시스템을 구현하고 이를 본 논문에서 제안한 협상시스템과 비교하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 상대방의 모든 정보를 완벽하게 알지 못하는 상황에서 최적의 협의에 가까운 결과를 도출하였고. 협상 수행시간에 있어서는 매우 빠른 성능을 보여주었다.

요구공학의 궁극적인 목표는 이해당사들의 요구사항을 수용하고, 이를 적절히 설계 및 반영하여 프로젝트를 성공하는데 있어 그 목표를 두고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 수렴된 요구사항들은 상호간에 충돌이 발생하거나, 합리적인 대안을 이끄는데 있어 많은 문제점을 드러낸다. 따라서, 이를 극복하기 위해 다양한 대안들이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이해당사자 상호간의 영향력을 분석(정준상관분석)하여, 중요도 평가를 위한 척도를 만들고, 이를 계층분석적 의사결정방법의 초기 단계에 적용하여 우선순위에 의거하여, 최종 대안을 선택하게 될 것이다. 이를 마지막으로는 위의 과정을 WinWin 협의 모델에 적용하고자 한다.

The judgement which is subject of research has denied legal rescission of division of the inherited property by agreement based on (1) the fact that the division of inherited property terminated at the time of concluding mutual agreement in its nature while only the relationship of claim and obligation between the inheritor who has paid for such obligation and the inheritor who has acquired such obligation in the mutual agreement remains (2) and the fact that the legal stability is considerably hindered as the re-partition of inherited property having retroactive effect becomes unavoidable in case of approving the legal rescission of the division of the inherited property by agreement. But it is reasonable to also approve legal rescission on the division of the inherited property by agreement in case the division by agreement actually has the nature such as conditional donation between joint heirs (1) from the fact that the division of the inherited property by agreement gets the nature of disposal equivalent to exchange, transfer and abandonment of share between joint heirs in actuality, (2) and the fact that there are no other theories in approving the validity of mutually agreed rescission despite the fact that the re-partition of inherited property having retroactive effect is unavoidable even in case of the mutually agreed rescission of the division by agreement among all joint heirs. However, as the division of the inherited property by agreement is a contract that gets concluded only if all joint heirs participate, even the legal rescission for the reason of not fulfilling the obligations paid by one party of the heirs during the division by agreement must be considered as possible only by expression of intentions from all other joint heirs excluding this one party.

역할기반 접근제어(RBAC)는 기업, 정부, 은행 등의 계층적 역할을 구성하는 다양한 조직체계에서 보안관리의 비용이나 복잡성을 줄일 수 있는 접근통제 메커니즘으로 기존의 임의적 접근제어(DAC)나 강제적 접근제어 기능을 포괄하는 접근제어 기법으로 각광 받고 있다. 또한 RBAC은 기업의 관리규칙에서 중요한 부분을 차지하는 위임과 철회 기법을 제공하고 있다. 현재 RBAC에서의 위임 정책은 조직 내에서 발생하는 다양한 상황에 대한 완벽한 위임 모델을 제시하고 있지 못하고 있다 실제 조직체계에서 위임받은 사용자가 부재일 경우 이는 업무공백으로 이어진다. 그리고 상호 유기적으로 연결되어 있는 업무 또는 중요한 사안에 대한 업무의 경우 사용자 단독 권한 위임은 권한 남용의 소지가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 업무의 공백 최소화와 강시감독 기능의 강화를 위한 중복 권한 위임 모델과 상호공유가 필요한 업무와 중요한 사안의 결정에 적용 가능한 협의에 의한 권한 위임 모델을 제시한다.

한국기술사회와 일본기술사회가 자매결연을 맺은지 30여 년이 지나고 있다. 그 동안 상호간의 정보교환으로 도움을 받고 또 주고 있는 가운데 격년별로 양국간을 왕래하면서 개최되는 한일 Symposium은 해를 거듭할수록 좋은 결실을 맺고 있다. 따라서 한국기술사회가 主管하고 있는 FEISEAP 관계를 일본에서는 어떻게 대처하고 있으며 일본기술사회에서 주관하고 있는 APEC HRD 관계는 어떻게 하고 있는지, 상호협조에 대한 협의사항과 일본기술사회의 기술사 자격시험운영실태 등에 대하여 간추려보고자 한다.
