This study explores the factors that moderate the impact of competitive strategy on resource sharing in order to explain why existing empirical research has not shown statistically significant results. We test the hypothesis that competitive strategy pursuing low-cost rather than differentiation increases resource sharing and analyze how the relationship between competitive strategy and resource sharing changes when diversification, interconnectedness, centralization of authority, and resource level are entered into the equation as moderating variables. According to the results, competitive strategy doesn't affect resource sharing alone, but it has significant effects on resource sharing when it is combined with interconnectedness, centralization of authority, and resource level, except for diversification. This means that low-cost strategy increases resource sharing under the conditions of high interconnectedness, more centralized authority, and low resource level. The prior discussions have focused on the willingness or intentions of resource sharing without considering the abilities or possibilities. Our findings indicate that resource sharing could be better predicted by using moderating variables reflecting the abilities or possibilities. The contribution of the study is that we discover and complement the vulnerability in the logic of resource sharing.

본 연구는 미국 소비자들이 지각한 온라인 쇼핑속성에 대한 차원을 밝히고. 온라인 속성에 대한 중요성과 상품범주별 구매의도와의 관계를 밝혀 상품범주별 마케팅 전략과 인터넷 소비자 관리 및 교육 프로그램 개발에 기여하고자 하였다. 조사대상자는 가정에서 인터넷을 사용하고 있는 미국 소비자 303 명으로 구성되었으며, 질문지법에 의해 자료 수집되었다. 자료분석을 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실행하였고, LISREL8에 의해 측정모델과 구조적 관계 모델을 동시에 검증하였다. 자료 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자가 지각한 온라인 쇼핑에 대한 속성은 거래 및 비용, 사이트 디자인, 구매유인 프로그램, 상호 관계성의 4개 차원으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 온라인 상품은 구매의도에 따라 인지적 상품, 경험적 상품, 서비스 3개 범주로 분류되었다. 셋째, 지각된 온라인 쇼핑속성의 중요도와 각상품군 구매의도와의 구조적 관계모델을 추정한 결과,“거래 및 비용”은 3개의 상품군에 대한 구매의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 주었으며,“구매유인 프로그램”은 경험적 상품과 서비스에 대한 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서, 소비자들에게 중요하게 지각되는 인터넷 특정 속성 즉, 보완, 배달 및 비용을 초점으로한 상품범주별 차별화된 이점을 제시하여 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 또한, 전자 상거래와 관련 보완, 환불정책 등에 관한 소비자 교육과 보호법이 요구되고 있다.

In these days startup became one of the most hot issue in business world. The problem is many startup couldn't overcome the valley of death. For this reason many startup want to funded by venture capital. However startup's business is trade secret itself, so they have to make strategic approach to venture capital. The purpose of study is to find the way to make strategic decision for startup. By analyzing the relation between startup's characteristic and venture capital's investment portfolio. Four famous venture capital(Sequoia capital, Lightspeed venture, Firstround and Khosla venture) and their seed invested startup Dropbox, Airbnb, Snapchat, Uber and Instacart was selected for this study. As a result, each venture capital has their own invest category characteristic and their seed funding belong to their category. Moreover, between seed funded startup and 36,4% of 244 past invented company shown vertical relationship, beside 0.5% of past 244 invested company shown horizontal relationship. This result shown the importance of the relation between startup's characteristic and venture capital's portfolio. Startup have to check the venture capital's portfolio for the strategic approach for funding and venture capital have to make mutual positive portfolio for decreasing the risk.

본 연구에서는 분류된 5가지 행정모델을 이용하여 현재 국내 행정모델의 특성을 추출하고, 아울러 행정모델의 전환에 대하여 논의하게 되며, 이를 통하여 한국 행정은 기계적 행정모델에서 네트워크 행정모델로의 이행 시점에 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 네트워크 행정모델 하에서는 지식, 정보, 자료, 멀티미디어 등을 통합한 개념인 Contents가 다양하게 공유되는데, 이 중에서 공유 및 활용의 효과가 가장 큰 것이 지식이다. 네트워크 정부모델 하에서는 지식의 의존도가 그만큼 높아지게 된다. 따라서 지식을 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 방안으로 Knowledge Portal 개념을 도입하여 행정지식을 사용자 관점에서 분류하고, 이를 통하여 Personalization 전략과 Codification 전략의 상호 보완적인 활용이 가능함을 제시한다. 아울러 지식 기반 행정의 구축을 위해서는 제도의 변화가 필요하며, 이러한 제도 중 성과측정 분야를 집중적으로 논의하게 되며, 이를 위하여 Balanced Scorecard의 개념을 도입하여 행정대상, 행정주체, 예산, 학습의 균형적인 성과측정 방안에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

정보화사회의 진전에 따라 정보에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 이에 대한 많은 논의가 계속되고 있는 가운데 이의 보호문제는 법·제도적인 측면보다는 주로 기술적인 측면에서 다루어져 왔다. 그러나 최근에는 효과적인 정보보호를 위해서 법·제도적인 보장도 중요한 요인이라는 인식하에 이와 관련된 여러 법규들이 제·개정되고 있다 이러한 개별법의 제·개정을 통하여 과거에 문제되었던 개인정보나 통신비밀의 보호문제는 이제 어느 정도 효과적으로 대응할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 현재의 법규들은 새롭게 등장한 정보 침해문제의 대응에 급급한 나머지 관계법간의 상호조정이 이루어지지 못한 상황이다. 이에, 본 고는 이러한 문제점들을 보완하기 위한 하나의 시도로써 정보보호문제와 관련된 전체법체계를 면밀히 검토하여 향후 정보보호관련 법규의 재정비 및 심화되는 정보보호 문제 해결에 도움을 주고자 한다. 특히 이러한 정보보호문제는 범국가적으로 추진하고 있는 정보화전략 이른바 초고속정보통신망사업에서의 정보보호 문제에도 좋은 기초자료가 되리라 기대한다.

하이브리드 차량은 기존의 화석연료를 사용하는 엔진과 배터리, 초고용량 커패시터로부터 전원을 공급받는 전동기를 직 병렬 구조로 연결하여 연비를 개선하기 위해 개발되었다. 이를 위하여 가속 시 배터리와 초고용량 커패시터의 방전으로부터 전원을 공급받고, 감속 시 회생제동을 통해 다시 충전을 반복한다. 최근 배터리와 초고용량 커패시터의 용량 및 출력의 장단점을 상호 보완하고자 이중 보조 동력원에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 배터리와 초고용량 커패시터의 내부 저항을 고려하여 병렬 사용하는 이중 보조 동력원 시스템에 대하여 각각의 충전용량(SOC)에 따른 운전전략을 개발하고자 한다.

Games such as sports, RTS, RPG, which teams of players play, require advanced artificial intelligence technology for team management. The existing artificial intelligence enables an intelligent agent to have the autonomy solving problem by itself, but to lack interaction and cooperation between agents. This paper presents "Level Unified Approach Method" with effective role allocation and autonomy in multiagent system. This method allots sub-goals to agents using role information to accomplish a global goal. Each agent makes a decision and takes actions by itself in dynamic environments. Global goal of Team coordinates to allocated role in tactics approach. Each agent leads interactive cooperation by sharing state information with another using Databoard, As each agent has planning capacity, an agent takes appropriate actions for playing allocated roles in dynamic environments. This cooperation and interactive operation between agents causes a collision problem, so it approaches at tactics side for controlling this problem. Our experimental result shows that "Level Unified Approach Method" has better performance than existing rental approach method or de-centralized approach method.

In this study, it is purpose that value-added-logistics strategy plan for cooperation and coexistence in northeast asia.. Because of the change of domestic industrial structure, Japan's super hub port plan, Yangshan Deepwater port open of china and domestic port logistics industries are faced with competition among northeast asia countries. Decreasing export volume of changed domestic industrial structure and two countries: japan, china, make a new port policy and build new ports will affect domestic port logistics industries because these industries depend on container throughput at Busan port. Now, we cannot get a lot of profit from container throughput more than before and in the future China has more ports most ships direct calling in china's port to handle china's cargo volume to get more profit at that time our plans to become a hub port in northeast need revision. Finally, we need a new strategy which is value-added-logistics strategy. But it considers cooperation and coexistence among northeast countries. So this paper suggests that value-added-logistics strategy plan for cooperation and coexistence to live in affluence together in the future.

물순환 과정에서의 증발산은 장기적인 관점에서의 수자원 계획 수립 시 중요한 요소이다. 증발산은 기온, 상대습도, 일사량 등 기상학적 인자뿐만 아니라 증발표면, 식생분포 등 다양한 인자의 복합작용에 의해 일어나므로, 유역 단위에서 발생한 실제증발산(Actual evapotranspiration, AET)을 측정하기에는 기술적인 한계가 존재한다. 그러나 증발산 보완관계(Complementary relationship of evapotranspiration, CRE) 가설을 활용하면, 수문요소의 상호작용을 고려한 모델링을 거치지 않고도, 비교적 간단하게 AET를 추정할 수 있다. 본 연구는 증발산 관측자료를 기반으로 유역 단위에서의 CRE를 검증하고자 하며, 플럭스 타워 등 다양한 관측장비가 설치되어 있는 용담댐 시험유역을 대상유역으로 선정하였다. 용담댐 유역 내 산지에 위치한 덕유산 플럭스 타워에서 측정된 증발산을 AET로 보았으며, 유역 인근에 위치한 전주 기상관측소에서 측정되는 팬 증발량(E_pan)을 잠재증발산량(Potential evapotranspiration, PET)으로 보았다. E_pan 계측시, 증발팬의 가열 등 주변환경 변화로 인해 과다하게 추정되는 값을 보완하기 위해 FAO Penman-Monteith 식을 활용해 팬 증발량 보정계수(Coefficient of pan evaporation, k_p)를 산정하여 적용하였다. 습윤증발산량(Wet evapotranspiration, WET)은 대기가 완전히 포화되었을 때 발생하는 증발산량으로, 댐 수표면에서 계측되는 수면증발량을 WET로 보았다. CRE 검증을 위해 AET와 PET를 각각 WET로 나누어 AET+와 PET+로 무차원화하였으며, 습윤지수(Moisture Index, MI)는 AET를 PET로 나누어 산정하였다. CRE 가설은 MI에 따른 AET+와 PET+가 서로 보완관계를 갖는다는 것인데, 용담댐 유역의 관측자료를 활용하여 CRE를 검증한 결과 AET+와 PET+ 간의 비대칭계수(b)가 1.23인 것으로 나타났다. 이 때의 평균제곱오차(MSE)는 0.599, 결정계수(R₂)는 0.631로 나타나 CRE의 b가 적합하게 추정된 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구결과와 같이 검증된 CRE를 통해 증발산 관측지점이 없거나, 조밀하지 않은 유역의 AET를 간접추정할 수 있으며, 이를 활용해 보다 정확한 댐의 장기유출 모의와 용수공급계획 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching learning process plan applying Keller's motive induction strategy to 'Nutrition and Meal' unit of the middle school home economics(HE). Five different problems were developed based on the 7th revised HE curriculum: "What should I do for a physical and mental health?", "What should I do to intake a required nutrient of my body?", "What should I do to take a well balanced diet?", "What should I do to build a desirable eating habits?" and "What should I do to deal with a nutrition issues?". This study was performed as the following procedures: the 'Nutrition and Meal' unit of the revised 7th middle school HE curriculum and the present HE textbooks were analyzed. And then the teaching learning process plan was designed, developed, evaluated, and revised. The motive induction strategies were developed based on the Keller's Motivational Tactics Checklist.
