The purpose of this study is to identify the influences of the reciprocal writing-reflection activities on the mathematical learning of the 2nd grade students by developing a class model using reciprocal writing-reflection activities method as one of the interactive application of manipulative activities, reflective thought and communication activities which are the learning principles of constructivism. We have experimented and investigated to after dividing experimental objects into two group, experimental groups and comparative group, The conclusions of this study are followings. First, reciprocal writing-reflection activities showed significant effects on mathematical achievements of the group with lower achievements in learning. Second, reciprocal writing-reflection activities positively influenced mathematical tendency of the students. Third, the students had positive attitudes in interest, desire and usefulness regarding reciprocal writing-reflection activities. And reciprocal writing- reflection activities are helpful for their reflective thinking and communication activities.

이 글은 2004년 7월 24일~25일에 걸쳐 중국 소주에서 개최된 중국도서관학회 연차대회 참관기이다. 중국도서관학회의 초청을 받아 우리 협회는 한상완 부회장, 이경구 사무총장, 이은철 기획위원장이 참석하였다. 그동안 양 기관은 상호 교류협정에 의해 격년으로 상대방 국가 협회(학회)의 임원을 초청하여 상호교류 및 협력방안에 대해 논의를 거듭해 왔다. 올해는 2006년 IFLA 서울대회를 앞두고 대회의 홍보와 성공적인 개최를 위한 양국 간의 긴밀한 협조체제를 구축하는 등 실질적인 협의가 이루어졌다.

The educational exchange through e-learning is working very well in such case as develop e-learning, development of various learning tools, cooperative practical use of e-learning contents, etc. However because there were no considerations of LMS(Learning Management System) interconnection when each systems were developed, the exchange through e-learning is starting to raise a problem. Especially the exchange through e-learning between university produced problem for a variety of reasons by absence of direct exchange in every case such as communication of students information, communication of lecture information, etc. Hence in this thesis, I will present designed model about efficient LMS interconnection through analysis case of exchange through e-learning and deduce problem. In the first place I define essential part for study such as lecture establishment data, lecture data, user data, class data, student learning tracking to interconnection data, then constituted data interconnection table used view by data interconnection prcess. By experiment result, the accessibility between students and professors was more convenience, and decreased work process by less data exchange. Henceforth there are researches in development of various essential parts for study, considered security of LMS interconnection.

남북의 상호이해, 신뢰회복, 이질감 완화를 위해 대내외적 정치적인 변수에 상관없이 남북방송교류는 지속되어야 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 사회문화적, 단발적인 남북방송교류를 비정치적인 분야인 방송기술협력을 기반으로 한 장기적이고 지속적인 프로젝트형 남북방송교류로 전환하는 하는 것이 필요하다. 본고는 평화공존과 협력이라는 방향성 아래 남북이 상생할 수 있는 효과적인 방송기술협력 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

컨버터는 교류와 직류간의 변환, 교류 주파수의 상호변환, 상수(相數)의 변환 등을 하는 장치를 말하는데 일반적으로는 교류와 직류간의 변환을 의미한다. 송.배전 시스템에서 교류의 형태로 공급되는 전기를 직류가 필요한 곳에서는 컨버터를 이용하여 직류로 변환하여 사용하는데 이를 전력계통의 과도현상 분석용으로 개발된 수치계산 프로그램인 EMTP (Electromagnetic Transient Program)를 사용하여 3상 반파 컨버터와 3상 전파 컨버터를 이용한 시스템을 모델링하고 분석하였다.

ESCO분야 전문 인력양성의 청사진을 ESCO협회(회장 유제인)가 그려내고 있다. 협회는 지난 1월 23일 서울산업대학교 인력양성센터(센터장 김래현)와 ESCO분야 인력양성과 교류를 위한 양해각서를 체결했다. 이번 협약으로 양기관은 ESCO 기술연구와 인력교육, 상호교류를 위한 다양한 사업을 추진할 계획이다. 이에 앞서 협회는 지난해 한국폴리텍1대학과도 인력양성을 위한 양해각서를 체결하는 등 ESCO분야 전문 인력양성에 적극 나서고 있다. 그 첫 사업이 진행된 서울산업대를 찾았다.

가상 현실 세계에서 정보교류의 수단으로 자신의 정보를 제공하거나 또다른 정보를 수집하는 등의 정보교류와 자신을 표현하고자 하는데에 기존의 2차원의 캐릭터보다는 3차원의 캐릭터를 이용하여 사용자의 대리인으로 분신(Avatar)을 사용하는 3차원 영상을 주제로 하는 많을 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상현실 세계에서의 분신이 좀 더 현실감이 있는 자연스러운 행동과 상호작용을 보이기 위해서 사람 모습을 닮은 분신을 연구하였으며, 실세계의 자연스러운 정보들(손 동작, 몸 동작)을 분신에 적용하여 가상세계에서 분신의 행동양식과 상호작용이 가능하고 시각, 청각, 역각등의 다중형태의 정보들을 3차원으로 제공하고자 하는데 중점을 두었다. 이 시스템은 가상세계에서 분신을 생성하며 몇가지의 기본 행동을 가지고 간단한 방법과 실시간으로 분신의 움직임을 처리 할 수 있는 분신의 행동양식과 상호작용이 가능한 하가지 시스템을 소개할 것이다. 또한 이 시스템은 다른 기종의 플랫폼(PC, W/S)간에 다중참여자를 위하여 네트윅 환경하에서 실행 될 수 있다.
