  • The purpose of this study is to a study on the development of the DMZ tourism merchandising which use storytelling. also this study is to develop DMZ tourism imagery using the storytelling structured the subject matters based on DMZ. storytelling tourism is the oldest and the best factor of tourism activity among induced factors in these days. As a life of human being is upgrading, the importance of DMZ storytelling tourism merchandising will be magnified. Even tourism commercialization is able to make an achievement as an economical effectiveness to a developing country. Data were collected from 205 members of leading tourism business and job performance in travel agency. data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0. Findings from this study suggest that local government and DMZ tourist business operators consider the storytelling for vitalizing authenticity to improve tourists' satisfaction. also this study is about DMZ tourism commercialization to achieve various opinions of several scholars.

  • Additive manufacturing (AM, also known as 3D printing) technology is digitalized technology, making it easy to predict and manage quality and also, have design freedom ability. With these advantages, AM technology is applied to various industries. In particular, a method of manufacturing buildings and infrastructure with AM technology is being proposed to the construction industry. However, the application of AM technology is restricted due to problems such as insufficient history and quality of technology, lack of construction management methods, and certification of manufacturing products. Therefore, the manufacture of architectural products is implemented with indirect AM technology. In particular, it manufactures formwork using AM and injecting building materials to implement the architectural product. In this study, hybrid type material extrusion AM is used to manufacture large-sized formwork and implement building products. Moreover, we identify factors that can predict productivity and economic feasibility in the additive manufacturing process. As a result, design optimization results are proposed to reduce the production cost and time of architecture buildings.

Design of customized product recommendation model on correlation analysis when using electronic commerce (전자상거래 이용시 연관성 분석을 통한 맞춤형 상품추천 모델 설계)

  • In the recent business environment, purchase patterns are changing around the influence of COVID-19 and the online market. This study analyzed cluster and correlation analysis based on purchase and product information. The cluster analysis of new methods was attempted by creating customer, product, and cross-bonding clusters. The cross-bonding cluster analysis was performed based on the results of each cluster analysis. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was analyzed that more association rules were derived from a cross-bonding cluster, and the overlap rate was less. The cross-bonding cluster was found to be highly efficient. The cross-bonding cluster is the most suitable model for recommending products according to customer needs. The cross-bonding cluster model can save time and provide useful information to consumers. It is expected to bring positive effects such as increasing sales for the company.

  • The purpose of this conceptual paper is to identify the library services market and its characteristics versus the common commodity market so that marketing and management in library services can be more fruitful in terms of research and development. Based on the developed hypothetical market, a library services market is identified; the market is then characterized in comparison to the common commodity market using three theoretical characteristics of the library services market: indirect exchange, limited competition, and time-lagging exchange. Based on these characteristics, two possible research directions are suggested: development of goals for library management and consideration of applications in library marketing.

  • As the rate of housing supply is increased and consummer's diversified demand is changed. the direction of management of construction company is changed into marketing-based and the development of distinguished product. Therefore, this study purpose to establish the marketing strategy of apartment by the method of market segmentation. This study purpose to (1) analyze general methodology of apartment market-segmentation and positioning, (2) propose an alternative plan of apartment positioning for the effective marketing strategy. The method which was proposed in this study will be applied in strengthening the popularity of construction companies and the development of distinguished products.

The Effects of Business Startup Attributes on the Overconfidence of Business Startup and Entrepreneur's Attitude in Foodservice Industry (외식산업 창업속성이 창업 과잉자신감과 창업자 태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of business startup attributes on the overconfidence of business startup and entrepreneur's attitude in foodservice industry. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 300 entrepreneurs in the foodservice industry through October 1 to October 30, 2012. The results were as follows. First, entrepreneur's characteristics, funds for business startup, locations and products had a statistically significant positive effect on the overconfidence of business startup(p<.05). Second, funds for business startup, locations and products had a statistically significant positive effect on entrepreneurs' attitude(p<.01). Third, the overconfidence of business startup had a statistically significant positive effect on entrepreneurs' attitude(p<.001). The findings stated above mean that knowledge or experience related to specialized management mind as entrepreneur's characteristic factors are just as important, and customers' use and choice of restaurants are also connected to stable management when the floating population of them are located to a suitable place in combination with product characteristics in enough financing and preparation based on this, showing entrepreneur's positive attitude through stable management along with confidence.

Effect of Planting Dates on Growth and Yield of Late-planted Sweet Corn (Zea mays L.) to Sell Fresh Ears in the Autumn (가을 출하용 단옥수수 극만파재배시 파종기가 단옥수수의 생육과 수량에 미치는 영향)

  • Fresh edible sweet corns demand relatively short period to harvest fresh ears, which can allow farmers to make a choice sweet corns for various cropping systems. For this reason, we were to find the optimum planting date of late-planted sweet corns to sell fresh ears in the autumn linked to cropping system with winter crops, investigating yield and properties of marketable fresh ears and growth traits of sweet corns (cv. 'Godangok' and cv. 'Guseulok') depending on planting dates such as 10 July, 20 July, and 30 July in Suwon 2012 and 2013, respectively. The 20 July-planted sweet corns showed the most fresh ear yield. However, the 10 July-planted and the 30 July-planted had 32% less yield caused by consecutive rainfall from 10 July through 20 July, and 15% less yield due to low air temperature during ripening than the 20 July-planted, respectively. The 10 and 20 July-planted sweet corns had average 140g of a fresh ear weight and 15% heavier ear than the 30 July-planted. For the July-planted sweet corns, silking days after planting ($r=-0.80^{**}$), and harvesting days after silking ($r=-0.97^{**}$) and planting ($r=-0.91^{**}$) were highly negatively correlated with daily mean air temperature during the period, resulting in it takes 1,100 growing degree days (GDD) to harvest fresh ears from the July-planted sweet corns. The fresh ears of the 20 July-planted sweet corns are able to be harvested by early October. Therefore it will be a good choice for the cropping system based on winter vegetable cash crops such as temperate garlic and onion with medium or late maturity. Among three planting dates 20 July-planted sweet corns had the best field performance in every year considering fresh ear yield, ear size, and stability to grow.

A Study on the Relationship between Usage Characteristics of TV and Web Animation and Purchase Intent of Goods Featuring Animation Characters (아동 애니메이션 이용 특성과 캐릭터상품 구매의사의 관계 : TV와 웹 애니메이션을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to understand the using characteristics of TV animation and web-based animation of children and investigate the effects of change in viewing process on the purchase of character goods. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for parents who have children as animation viewers. The results show that there was no difference by age or gender in using both TV and web animation. When parents get animation information on TV, they had their children watch animation through the same TV channel, but the web has no significant relationship between information acquisition path and main service they use. In addition, it is found that parent' perception of TV animation superiority is influenced by respondents' income and children's watching time of animation has no effect on it. Finally, monthly income of households, payment amount of web animation, watching time of TV animation, and perception of quality of TV animation have a significant effect on parents' active purchase of character goods. On the other hand, the purchase intention of the recommended goods is influenced by children's age, the parent's perception about the web animation quality, and the payments of the web animation.

  • Illustrations in advertisement uses various social and cultural codes to stimulate the desire to buy in consumers in the first place, since this is an economic phenomenon orchestrated to sell a product. Hence, factors outside the product per se, such as tradition, social issues and class consciousness are introduced. Especially, in modern advertisement a strategy is adopted to differentiate standard products produced by mass production. In order to do so, such factors as mentioned above become as important as physical characteristics of the product per se and its usage value. As a result, phrases or images used for advertisement can have independent influences on the society irrespective of the sales effects on the product. In this respect, it is fair to state that advertisement reflects the phases and consciousness of a given period as a cultural phenomenon. Therefore, based on the premise of characteristics and roles attributed to the advertisement, this thesis proposes to make a comparative study on the images of women in commercial advertisement in Korea during Japanese Imperialism and China during Cultural Colonial period dating from 1900 to 1945. The starting point of this research will cover the period of foreign trade and Japanese Imperialism in Korea and interference of Western Power in China. It will also investigate on the birth of Korean advertisement by Japanese Imperialists and Chinese modern advertisement along with the modernization of Shanghai. Then, I propose to present the illustrations of women in advertisements based on comparative study of their characteristics and expressions as observed in several case studies both in Korea and China. Connotative meanings in such advertisement will be investigated in the context of political, economic and cultural dominance.

Social Network Analysis for New Product Recommendation (신상품 추천을 위한 사회연결망분석의 활용)

  • Collaborative Filtering is one of the most used recommender systems. However, basically it cannot be used to recommend new products to customers because it finds products only based on the purchasing history of each customer. In order to cope with this shortcoming, many researchers have proposed the hybrid recommender system, which is a combination of collaborative filtering and content-based filtering. Content-based filtering recommends the products whose attributes are similar to those of the products that the target customers prefer. However, the hybrid method is used only for the limited categories of products such as music and movie, which are the products whose attributes are easily extracted. Therefore it is essential to find a more effective approach to recommend to customers new products in any category. In this study, we propose a new recommendation method which applies centrality concept widely used to analyze the relational and structural characteristics in social network analysis. The new products are recommended to the customers who are highly likely to buy the products, based on the analysis of the relationships among products by using centrality. The recommendation process consists of following four steps; purchase similarity analysis, product network construction, centrality analysis, and new product recommendation. In order to evaluate the performance of this proposed method, sales data from H department store, one of the well.known department stores in Korea, is used.
