Estimation of water unit factor and water demand of domestic airports (공항용수 원단위 산정 및 용수 사용량 추정방법)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide more reliable water unit factors of domestic airports by investigating of general informations related to the domestic airport. The informations of domestic airports such as passengers, settled population of airports, building areas and water amount are investigated to estimate the unit factor of water of domestic airports. The domestic airports are divided into three type such as central airport, position airport and general airport. Through analysis of relationship between water amount and the others, the unit factor of water could be calculated. The water amount of central airport as Incheon international airport and position airports could be estimated by unit factor of settled population. The others could be estimated by unit factor of building area.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of the smart phone camera on the company's employees or employees of partner companies, we want to block things in advance. In this paper, we propose a smart phone camera control system which is connected with the personnel access right which enables to share the photographed image of the authorized user and the data shot only within the enterprise. To this end, we have developed the installation status of smart phone control program (MCS: Mobile Camera Control System) of employees, employees and visitors of company, and experimented and analyzed whether the smart phone control program installed in the authorized area. In addition, when visitors visited the company, the effect of prevention of photograph shooting through smart phone camera and the cost of seal sticker attached to the smart phone camera lens part were reduced.

  • The purpose of this study to find the factors influencing the fire alarms using IoT firefighting facility management system data of Seoul Fire & Disaster Headquarters, and to present academic implications for establishing an effective prevention system of fire situation. As the number of high and complex buildings increases and former bulidings are advanced, the fire detection facilities that can quickly respond to emergency situations are also increasing. However, if the accuracy of the fire situation is incorrectly detected and the accuracy is lowered, the inconvenience of the residents increases and the reliability decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to improve accuracy of the system through efficient inspection and the internal environment investigation of buildings. The purpose of this study is to find out that false detection may occur due to building characteristics such as usage or time, and to aim of emphasizing the need for efficient system inspection and controlling the internal environment. As a result, it is found that the size(total area) of the building had the greatest effect on the fire alarms, and the fire alarms increased as private buildings, R-type receivers, and a large number of failure or shutoff days. In addition, factors that influencing fire alarms were different depending on the main usage of the building. In terms of time, it was found to follow people's daily patterns during weekdays(9 am to 6 pm), and each peaked around 10 am and 2 pm. This study was claimed that it is necessary to investigate the building environment that caused the fire alarms, along with the system internal inspection. Also, it propose additional recording of building environment data in real-time for follow-up research and system enhancement.

The Analysis of Coagulation Effect in the Water Treatment Plant by Input of Micro-Particles having Different Specific Gravity (비중이 다른 미세입자의 투입에 따른 정수장의 응집 효과 분석)

  • 현재 상수시설의 경우 갈수록 악화되는 수질과 정수장의 유지관리 인원 상주의 어려움, 기존의 응집, 침전, 여과 정수처리 시스템의 처리성능 증대에 따른 한계성에 직면한 상황이다. 안정적으로 수질의 개선을 통한 장치의 컴팩트화, 유지관리가 편리한 고도정수 수질기준에 만족하는 정수처리 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 정수처리 시설인 혼화지에 응집제와 함께 다양한 비중을 가지고 있는 모래입자를 투입하여 응집제와 모래의 결합에 따른 탁도 제거효율과 슬러지의 양을 비교하였으며, 침전지내에 정류벽을 설치하여 침전지 초반에 가라앉을 수 있도록 유도하여 탁도 및 슬러지양을 비교하였다. 응집제만 투입한 경우보다 시료를 투입한 경우가 탁도제거율과 슬러지양이 상승하는 것을 볼 수 있으며 그중에서도 규사의 경우가 가장 많은 탁도제거율의 상승을 나타냈다. 또한 이중 정류벽을 설치하여 탁도 및 슬러지양을 측정한 결과 이중정류벽을 설치하지 않은 경우보다 탁도제거율 및 슬러지양 또한 높게 측정되었으며 슬러지의 양 또한 침전지 앞부분에 집중되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 경우 상기 플럭의 질량이 증가하기 때문에 처리속도를 높이고, 체류시간을 줄이고, 처리를 효율적으로 안정되게 수행하는 것이 가능하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 정수시설의 설치에 있어 시료와 이중정류벽을 함께 사용할 경우 응집제의 절감 또는 침전지의 컴팩트화를 가져올 것으로 예상된다.

  • 본 시스템은 나주 생물자원산업화센터에 설치된 태양광 및 태양열 시스템에 대한 운전결과특성으로써 특용작물배양의 전원 및 온수공급을 위한 것이다 태양광발전은 10kWP이고, 태양열시스템은 500l 로 구성되어 있다. 태양광발전시스템의 인버터는 10kW급 계통연계형으로써 상용전원과 연계해서 사용할 수 있도록 하였으며 태양열시스템은 생물자원산업화센터의 실험용 급탕으로 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 태양광발전과 태양열시스템이 설치된 생물자원산업화센터에 상주 근무인원을 대체하기 위해서 원격 모니터링 시스템을 구성하였고, 모니터링에 의해 축적된 데이터를 통해 그 특성을 비교하고자 한다.

Development of Real-time Oceanographic Information System using Platforms of Aquaculture Farms (양식장 플랫폼을 활용한 실시간 해양환경 정보제공시스템 개발연구)

  • Real-time oceanographic information system was developed using platforms of aquaculture farms to examine causes of mass mortality of hatchery fishes, and to reduce the damage of mass mortality which has been occurred frequently off coast by abnormal change of ocean conditions. The system had the advantages of direct data distribution to fishermen at the farm and instant maintenance of equipments due to easy access to the farms and residents at the farms in comparison with offshore mooring buoy system. To avoid discontinued measurement of the system, repairs caused by malfunction of equipments, bimonthly preventive maintenances and daily monitoring of measured data were systematized. Confidence intervals calculated by a statistical method using accumulated data were applied to data management. Such activities could minimize discontinuance of measurement and keep information more trustful. In addition, the system has various ways of data distribution. Through homepage and e-mail in the internet, information was provided to public. Display units which were connected to equipments at the farm gave the measured data directly to fishermen, which guided them to run their farm scientifically. Finally large display unit was installed at a fish market and showed the measured data at the nearest station with tide and weather information. Proper region for aquaculture and wintering region were studied using temperature data obtained by the system in 2006. The system will contribute to reduce economic damage of coastal fishery and to understand coastal marine environment.

  • This study in focused on proposing the improvement plans for refuge and fire-fighting facilities in large shopping malls that are radically spreading. The main subjects are as follows. - The refuge measure for large shopping malls - Problems of installing the refuge facilities in stores and the solutions - Problems of installing the incendiary facilities in stores and the solutions - Problems of installing the indoor fire plug in stores and the solutions As result of the study, it has turned out that escape stairs which are set up according to the standard of size in the process of design plan, have to be decided for their amount, position, specification, etc, in consideration of the number of residents. It is also required to tighten a standard of installing a sprinkler instead of lightening the fire-fighting section in stores, considering obstacles due to facilities installed and procurement of the escape path. In addition, it needs to lighten a standard of installing the indoor fire plug, which is voluntarily set up at the store section incase of installing a sprinkler to make a practical fire-fighting facility available.

Radiographic Status of the Visited Patients at University Hospital Emergency Room (한 대학병원 응급실 내원환자의 방사선촬영 실태)

  • This study was carried out to improve service efficiency and to cope with a emergency situation in emergency radiography, through analysis of the radiographic distriution and literature cited about emergency care. Data collection of radiographic distribution was surveyed for 1270 emergency outpatients who visit during JAN, 2009at ER of the general hospital in Gwang city. The results is as follows : Emergency radiography rate of simple radiography was 56.6%, special radiography 2. 5%, CT 34.2%, and ultrasonography 6.7%, In simple radiography rate. a high rate was distributed on male(63.6%), thoracicsurgery part(90.0%), admission patient(77.9%), and long stayed patient at ER. In special raiography rate, a high rate was obsurved in urologic part(28.6%), and in CT rate, observed neurosurgerty part(49.2%) and neurologic part(36.7%). Ultrasonography rate was high for female(8.8%) and internal medicine part(15.9%). There are distributed regional radiography rate in radio-graphic type that chest(55.3%) is high in the simple radiography, urinary system(1.2%) in the special study, and brain(40.0%) in the CT. Regional radiography rate according to diagnostic department also was showed highly for head(64.6%) in neuro surgery, chest(90.0%) in thoracic surgery, abdomen(58.0%) in general surgery, spine(40.0%) in neuro surgery, and pelvis(15.9%), upper extrimity(20.5%), and lower extrimity(31.8%) in orthopedic surgery each. Mean radiographic case number per patient of simple radiography was sinificant on sex, age, transfer relation in both total and radiopraphic patients(p<0.05). Mean radiographic case number was highly distributed on male(2.2 case number) in sex, on thirties(2.7) in age, transferred patient(2.7) in patient type, and on nurosurgery(3.4) in diagnostic charged part. Total radiographic case number in regional party was highly distributed on chest(998 case number.) Considering the above results, emergency radiographer should take care of the elder patient in emergency radiography and get hold of injury mechanism to decrease possible secondary injury during radiography. Because of high radiography rate of urinary system in special study, related instrument. All radiographer who take charge emergency patient should cope with a emergency situation during radiography. Because head trauma patients is very important in patient care, especilly in CT at night, charged doctor should be always sitted with CT room and monitoring patient. Radiography was reqested by many diagnostic department in ER. Considering that rate of simple radiography is high, special room for emergency radiopraphy should be established in ER area, and the radioprapher of this room should be stationed radiologic technician who is career and can implement emergency patient care and The disposition of men which is appropriate with emergency patient increase is necessary.
