  • 제8회 서울인쇄대상에서 (주)일진커뮤니케이션(대표이사 신오식)에서 출품한 '아델휴'가 대상을 차지했다. 서울인쇄대상은 서울인쇄센터에서 매년 개최하고 있는 행사로, 책자인쇄, 상업인쇄, 생활인쇄부문 등으로 나눠 시상한다. 올해 시상식은 지난 9월 26일 오후 3시 서울시청 시민청 태평홀에서 개최됐다.

Characteristics of Sourdough Bread Prepared using Bifidobacterium longum, Enterococcus faecium, and Lactobacillus acidophilus as a Combination Starter (Bifidobacterium longum-Enterococcus faecium-Lactobacillus acidophilus를 스타터로 사용하여 만든 sourdough bread 제조 및 품질특성)

  • The influence of two process parameters (starter and fermentation period) on sourdough bread qualities was investigated. Bifidobacterium longum/Enterococcus faecium/Lactobacillus acidophilus (a mixed culture) was used as a starter. The five production conditions tested were: Control (sourdough fermentation with yeast); LAB 1(fermentation with mixed culture); LAB 2 (fermentation with yeast and mixed culture, respectively); LAB 3 (fermentation with yeast and mixed culture); and LAB 4 (first fermentation with yeast and mixed culture, respectively, followed by a second fermentation using the combination). The LAB 4 process showed the most favorable fermentation characteristics upon CrumbScan analysis, and the highest specific bread volume (5.14 mL/g). These results were reflected in the sensory evaluation of bread produced by the LAB 4 process; the bread achieved an excellent overall acceptance ranking of 3.7. Upon firmness analysis, the LAB 2, LAB 3, and LAB 4 bread figures were 113.67 g, 111.97 g, and 113.50 g, respectively. Thus, the firmness of LAB 2, LAB 3, and LAB 4 bread was higher than that of the control (93.20 g), although the aroma compounds of bread produced by the five processes did not differ. These results show that LAB 4 bread had improved sourdough properties, compared to control.

Analysis of Trend on the Planning Characteristics of Internal Streets within Mixed-use Commercial Complexes - Focused on the Mixed-use Commercial Complexes in Seoul City - (복합상업시설 내부가로 계획특성 경향 분석 - 서울시 복합상업시설을 중심으로 -)

  • The internal streets of mixed-use commercial complexes, which are the extension of urban streets, are being changed from a mediating space aiming at movement to a staying-type space according to the change of mixed-use commercial complexes. And they function as a resting place of user with court and plaza, and act as an urban public space, and accommodate an activity arising from the gathering of many people. As a result, a role of new relaxation and community space is played in the center of the city. And the aspect of publicness is brought into relief. Hence, this study is intended to examine the characteristics that the internal streets of mixed-use commercial complexes have, and furthermore, it is intended to show the planning characteristics in the contemporary mixed-use commercial complexes. With regard to the method of research, first, space configuration and role of internal streets was examined according to the change of mixed-use commercial complexes on the basic of precedent research and literature review. And the internal streets of mixed-use commercial complexes were classified into doorway part, traffic line, and open space. And the characteristics of internal streets in the mixed-use commercial complexes through the concept of architectural 'publicness' were derived as accessibility, amenity, perceptibility, openness, connectivity and symbolism. The internal streets of mixed-use commercial complexes should be changed by the space planning to secure continuity with the city on the basis of accessibility and connectivity and to reinforce visual openness in the internal streets in order to improve amenity and perceptibility, accordingly the mixed-use commercial complexes will be also born again as symbolic public space in the city. Variously changing elements to improve publicness very importantly act on the planning of internal streets in the mixed-use commercial complexes, and therefore researches should be continuously carried out.

U.S. Commercial Space Regulatory Reform Policy (미국의 상업적 우주활동에 대한 규제개혁 정책)

  • In order to promote the commercial space activities of the private sector, the Trump Administration announced the commercial space regulatory reforms by issuing the Space Policy Directive-2 (SPD-2) on May 24, 2018, followed by the SPD-3 dealing with a separate issue of the space traffic management on June 18. Both executive orders, based on the recommendations prepared by the National Space Council (NSC) reconstituted in June 2017 and signed by the President, involve regulatory reform policy related to launch services, commercial remote sensing, establishment of one-stop shop office in Commerce Department, radio frequency spectrum, export control, and space traffic management, providing a strong guidance to the Federal Government. The commercial space regulatory reform policy can be seen in broader terms of the National Security Strategy earlier announced on Dec. 18, 2017, and as such, it pursues the economic growth of the U.S. and the national security as well. The U.S. law and policy prioritizing its national interests by promoting commercial space activities may lead to concerns and debate on the potential breach of the provisions of the Outer Space Treaty. Hence, it is worth noting the legal implications as derived from the U.S. space policy and domestic legislation, thereby accelerating international discussion to build on international norms as appropriate to the pr ogress of space technology and space commercialization.

Improvement on Street Greenery for the Landscape Specialization and Increase of Green Volume on the Streets of Seoul (서울시 가로경관 특성화 및 녹량증진을 위한 가로녹지 개선 방안)

  • This study attempts to specifically analyze green volume and scenery characteristics by classifying the streets in Seoul and suggest improvements accordingly. The subject streets for research were limited to those that have high occupancy ratio and are wide enough to have a big potential in improving green volume. In terms of green volume and scenery according to the types of streets, Platanus occidentalis and Ginkgo biloba were most common regardless of the street type, and the green ratio was 51.6% in residential areas, 50.4% in commercial areas, and 43.7% in business areas. Apart from the residential area, there was almost no green areas, and the ratio of green coverage was 71.0% in business areas, 64.0% in green areas, 37.3% in residential areas, and 36.2% in commercial areas, while the green volume coefficient was $1.9m^3/m^2$ on average. Based on the study results, it was set as a goal to provide the residential areas with a green community space and flowering trees throughout the year for scenery, and commercial areas with flowering trees and maples to emphasize the stores' image while not interfering with service and walking. For business areas, the goals were to improve green ratio and create streets that suit the urban image, and to set up spaces to provide habitat for wild animals with multi-layer planting and link to surrounding forests.

  • I A쪽과 II A쪽이 Al-Si 합금의 공정조직개량 처리에 효과적인 것은 잘 알려진 사실이나 Na(Sodium)과 Sr(Strontium)만 상업적으로 쓰여지고 있다. 그러나 휘발성과 산화하기 쉬운점때문에 Na 은 그 양을 정확하게 조절하기가 어렵고 특히 온도가 높은 경우 더욱 곤란하나 Sr 은 휘발성이나 산화성은 없으나 micro-또한 macro-porocity의 주 원인으로 보고 되고 있다. 희토류 금속 (예 : Cerium, Lanthanum,etc )도 개량처리 효과가 있다는 논문들(ref. 2, 3, 4, 5) 이 있고, 계속 연구되어 오고 있으나 그 세부사항과 효율성에 관해 정립된 바가 없다. 이런 연유로 Al-Si 합금의 생산을 위한 개량 처리제로서의 희토류 금속의 역할에 대해 구체적이고 세부적인 개량처리기구의 구명을 위해 이 연구가 이루어졌다. Al-Si 합금 356가 채택된 이유는 상업적 Al 주물의 생산을 감안해서 였다.

Safety Survey of children according to the city planning area (용도구역별 아동·청소년의 안전실태와 대응방안)

  • 본 논문은 사고의 발생은 안전하지 못한 장소나 상황으로부터 발생하며, 그러한 장소는 안전수준이 높은 지역이나 사회적 계층 및 가정보다는 그렇지 못한 취약지역이나 취약계층 또는 취약가정에서 상대적으로 높은 사고 발생율과 위험에 직면한 상황이 많이 발생할 것이다. 따라서 지역의 특성에 맞는 집중적인 안전관리 대책을 수립하는 것이 국가적 차원의 안전사고 발생율을 낮추고, 효과적인 사고 예방대책을 수립할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 도시계획구역에 따라 청소년 1,200명을 표본조사 하였으며, 자료처리 방법은 window spss pc 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 주요 사고 유형은 '추락/넘어짐/미끄러져 다친 사고'가 49.2%로 가장 많으며, 사고 장소는 학교주변, 집주변, 여가놀이시설주변이었다. 이것은 본 연구에서 아동청소년들의 주요 활동공간으로 제시한 곳과 일치한다. 용도지역에 따른 아동 청소년의 안전도 차이를 보면 도시 내 상업지역이 사고경험이 가장 많으며, 사고유형은 도시 내 상업지역은 화재, 이물질 섭취, 폭발, 부패 변질, 물체 접촉 등이 많고, 도시내 주거지역과 공업지역, 농어촌지역은 충돌이나 충격사고, 추락/넘어짐/ 미끄러져 다친 사고나 날카로운 물체에 베이거나 찔린 사고가 많은 것으로 나타났다.

북극해 항로와 빙하해역 선박운항 지침에 대하여

  • Suez운하를 이용할 경우 부산항에서 로테르담항까지의 수송거리가 11,340마일이 북극해 항로를 이용할 경우 6,860마일로 36%가 줄고 수송기간도 10일 이상 단축되므로 북극해항로를 통한 유럽과 아시아간의 상업적인 수송이 이뤄진다면 해운회사들의 물류비용이 대폭 절감될 것으로 전망된다. 이런 시점에서 2011년 9월 한-러 국장급 해운회담이 열렸으며, 2011년 11월 23일 부산 누리마루 APEC House에서 "북극해항로 상업운항의 현황과 전망"이라는 주제로 국제세미나가 개최 되었다. 현재 북극해 항로를 통과한 선박이 2007년 2척, 2008년 3척, 2009년 4척, 2010년 10척이었던 것이 2011년에는 34척 총 82만톤의 통과 수송이 이뤄졌고, 러시아 북극내의 물동량은 2백20만톤에 달할 것으로 전망되었으며, 2012년의 통과 물동량은 100만톤을 상회 할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 북극해 항로에 대한 소개와 빙하지역을 항해하는 선박에 대한 운항지침에 대하여 검토해보고저 한다.

A Study on the correlation between a streetscape image and a signboard density - Focused on roadside buildings occupation density of signboard in the business area - (가로경관이미지와 간판밀도와의 상관관계에 관한 연구 - 상업지역 연도건물의 간판 점유밀도를 중심으로 -)

  • The street image in a business area is so much affected by Facade that the front side of a roadside building makes. Recently, for the indiscreet and intemperate advertising signboard of the front side of roadside buildings, a streetscape becomes more disordered than before, so now we need to do research about signboards of roadside buildings for a streetscape image. In this research, we focused on a streetscape with difference of occupation density of signboard in the business area via investigation and analysis about occupation density of signboards of the front side of roadside buildings, and we suggested optimum occupation density of signboards for supporting the road image positively. An object of research is the street in the business area that has many pedestrians and active passing zone of cars. We investigated and analyzed how to feel street images on the rate of occupation density of roadside building's signboards of in the chosen street. As a result of using an adjective that we use for estimating street view images for extraction of street images, we could know 2 factors. We named that one is the image of recognition, and the other is the image of feelings. We knew that signboard density of street of heavily recognized images is from 20% to 30% and, signboard density of street of heavily feeling images is from 50% to 60%. We also could know that people feel both images of recognition and images of feeling in specific density, 30 to 50%. Through this result of research, we can suggest Facade on signboard density with the recognition and the feeling and use images of the street view as materials to be more specific and more special.
