This study aims to analyze the interest of modern people in non-face-to-face medical counseling in the medical industrys. Big data was collected on two social platforms, 지식인, a platform that allows experts to receive medical counseling, and YouTube. In addition to the top five keywords of telephone counseling, "internal medicine", "general medicine", "department of neurology", "department of mental health", and "pediatrics", a data set was built from each platform with a total of eight search terms: "specialist", "medical counseling", and "health information". Afterwards, pre-processing processes such as morpheme classification, disease extraction, and normalization were performed based on the crawled data. Data was visualized with word clouds, broken line graphs, quarterly graphs, and bar graphs by disease frequency based on word frequency. An emotional classification model was constructed only for YouTube data, and the performance of GRU and BERT-based models was compared.

This article tried to understand roles of lifelong education for people with disabilities among revised lifelong education act and to search how rehabilitation counselor attend to the area of lifelong education for people with disabilities and connect. And this article reviewed literatures on significance of act revision and carried out FGI with seven experts. The result was as follows as. First, responsibility of nation on lifelong education for people with disabilities was emphasized after act revision and was extended. Second, the roles of national lifelong educational promotion center for people with disabilities was reinforced and extended possibility of attendance and connection. Third, the result of deep interview between experts appeared as necessity of reestablishment about concept. lifelong education support necessity by disability area, restructure and support of work and methods exploration for coexistence. In conclusion, the methods for coexistence are need because vocational rehabilitation and lifelong education for people with disabilities are essential for adults with disabilities.

현재 통신망상에서 운영되고 있는 네트워크 장애처리시스템의 가장 큰 문제점은 통신망상에서 발생한 장애를 보고하는 기능은 지니고 있지만, 이에 대한 효율적 처리의 방안이 부족하다는 것이다. 또한 발생한 장애에 대한 데이터베이스 유지와 이를 활용하여 지식 정보화를 구축하는 측면과 통신망 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리하고, 사용자에게 장애 처리에 대한 정보를 제공하는 기능은 거의 제공되고 있지 못하다. 이러한 통신망 상에서 발생하는 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필수적으로 요구되며, 이에 대한 운영 방식을 효율적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 사용자와 관리자 모두에게 효과적인 시스템에 대한 구축의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 기반의 장애처리시스템에 자동 응답 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야의 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있으며, 기존의 장애 처리 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자에게 장애처리에 대한 방안을 제시한 수 있는 전문가 기반의 확장 장애처리시스템을 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

This study proposed an 'Crime Victim Care Specialist(CVCS)' convergence curriculum for psychology and police students in college. First, the courses and the curriculums of counseling, psychology, psychotherapy, police, and police administration departments in nationwide were listed. After consulting with professors from 2 majors, 3-levels curriculum and courses were drafted. Second, for the inputs from the field, a panel of 51 crime victim care/counseling/psychotherapy experts were Delphi surveyed about goodness of fit and importance. The result were following. First, the curriculum were consisted of required, basics, advanced courses. The required course were 5 courses for each department. The basics were for the minors and 7 courses for each. The advanced were for the double majors and 4 courses for each. Finally, the implication and further studies were suggested.

Purpose: This study was undertaken to provide the framework for development of a genetic counseling training program, and an accreditation and certification process suitable for non-M.D. genetic counselors in Korea. Materials and Methods: Global standards of genetic counseling curriculums, training program accreditation (TPA), and the certification process for genetic counselors (CPGC) in the U.S.A and Japan were reviewed, and a questionnaire survey was performed to elicit opinions among health-care providers including physicians, nurses, technicians, researchers, and educators. In addition, input from professional communities, including the Korean Society of Medical Genetics (KSMG) and Institute for Genetic Testing Evaluation, was sought in formulating the framework of this study. Results: Comparison of U.S.A. and Japan educational systems showed similarities in curriculum, accreditation, and certification programs. Analysis of 117 respondents opinions showed a high level of agreement in the area of global standards; 88% indicated that KSMG should be in charge of TPA and CPGC, while 77% favored a certification exam composed of both written exam and interview components. Conclusion: Based upon this study we propose that the KSMG should be in charge of providing the TPA and CPGC for non-MD genetic counselors. Requirements for the entrance to a Master's degree genetic counseling program should be open to successful four year undergraduate students in all areas, provided the candidates demonstrate the abilities to master the graduate level of study in human genetics, clinical genetics, statistics, psychology, and other required subjects. Eligibility for certification should include qualified candidates of genetic counseling with no formally approved education, but a sufficient amount of clinical experience, in addition to accredited program graduates. Certification examinations should be carried out every two years and the certification should be good for five years, as is the case in Japan.

This study analyzed the motivational interviewing of type 2 diabetes patients in order to understand the difficulties and motivations associated with starting insulin treatment in psychosomatic insulin-resistant patients. The method used the consistent comparative analysis. The results of study were as follows: building relationships, focusing (Self-explore of problems with diabetes self-management, Recognizing the limitations of diabetes management, Concerns about complications, Imagine the future), inducing (Imagine the expected benefits and disadvantages of insulin administration, Discovering the benefits of insulin, Changes in thinking about starting insulin therapy), planning (Show specific curiosity about change, Planning change), maintaining change behavior (Keeping change confident), and evaluating. This study will contribute to understanding patients with type 2 diabetes with psychological insulin resistance. It may also provide implications for professionals helping these subjects.

현재 네트워크 처리 시스템의 문제점은 시스템 상태나 장애에 따른 결과를 받아서 네트워크 상태가 정상인지 비정상인지를 네트워크 운영자에게 보고하는 기능은 가지고 있지만, 장애의 기록유지와 네트워크 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리할 수 있는 기능은 제공되고 있지 않은 상태이다. 이러한 네트워크 상에서 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필요하다. 또한, 네트워크 장애처리시스템은 궁극적으로 네트워크 운영 방식을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 네트워크 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화할 수 있다[1]. 본 논문에서는 장애 처리 티켓 시스템에 전문가 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야에 고급 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있는 전문가 시스템 기반의 통합 시스템 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

필자가 출원 상담을 하다 보면 의뢰인이 사용하려고 하는 상표가 등록된 상표와 유사한 경우가 있어 "사용하시려는 상표가 선등록/선출원된 상표와 유사하여 등록이 어려워 보입니다" 라는 말을 건네면 많은 의뢰인들이 자신들의 상표와 선점상표가 왜 유사하다고 판단하는 지에 대해 잘 이해하지 못하시는 분들이 많다. 의뢰인들의 얘기를 듣다 보면 상표법적인 유사 판단 기준을 모르는 입장에서는 일견 당연히 그렇게 생각할 수도 있겠다는 생각이 들기도 한다. 그렇지만, 상표의 유사 여부는 상표법적으로 정해 놓은 기준이 있고, 그 정해진 기준에 따라 판단하기 때문에 어느 정도 그 기준을 이해한다면 이미 타인이 선점해 놓은 상표와 유사한 상표를 네이밍한다거나 출원하는 실수를 줄이는 데 도움이 될 수 있겠다는 생각으로 특허청의 심사례와 법원의 판례를 통해 본 유사상표 판단의 기준을 쉽게 정리해 보았다. 다만, 상표의 유사 여부는 일반적인 기준 외에도 사안에 따라 개별적이고도 구체적인 요소를 고려해야만 하는 경우들도 적지 않으므로 이하의 글에 적힌 기준들이 모든 경우에 일률적으로 적용되는 것만은 아니라는 점을 미리 밝혀두고 싶다. 이하의 글은 상표를 네이밍하거나 출원하기에 앞서 선점상표와의 유사 여부를 미리 판단하고자 할 때 주로 참고할 주요 기준들을 열거한 것이므로, 실제 상표권으로 인한 분쟁이 발생했거나 발생할 염려가 있는 경우에는 반드시 전문가와 상담해 보시기 바란다.

치과는 가까이 있지만 심리적으로 접근하기 힘든 곳이기도 하다. 본 연구는 치과를 방문하려고 하는 대부분의 환자가 스마트폰을 가지고 손쉽게 방문 전에 자기 정보를 등록하고 등록된 정보를 바탕으로 치위생 전문가는 환자의 상태를 진단하여 간단한 조치 내용을 알려주거나 필요하면 치과를 방문하여 진료를 받을 수 있게 하는 앱 개발에 관한 것이다. 환자들은 이 앱을 통해 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있으며 치과와 IT 기술을 융합하는 차원에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.
