A Study of the Statistical Consulting (통계 상담에 관한 고찰)

  • In this paper we review the papers related to statistical consulting. The three main objectives of the statistical consulting are education, service, and research. It is noticed that not only the statistical aspects but the nonstatistical aspects should be emphasized for the successful statistical consulting. It is concluded that a seperately funded consulting center operated as a division of a department of statistics is the most appropriate way to provide and to quality of education, service, research in the universities.

  • 기계독해는(Machine reading comprehension) 사용자 질의에 대한 답변이 될 수 있는 내용을 기계가 문서를 이해하여 추론하는 것을 말하며 기계독해를 이용해서 챗봇과 같은 자동상담 서비스에 활용할 수 있다. 최근 자연어처리 분야에서 많은 성능 향상을 보이고 있는 BERT모델을 기계독해 분야에 적용 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 특허상담 분야에서 기계독해 task 성능 향상을 위해 특허상담 코퍼스를 사용하여 사전학습(Pre-training)한 BERT모델과 특허상담 기계학습에 적합한 언어처리 기법을 추가하여 성능을 올릴 수 있는 방안을 제안하였고, 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 사용하여 특허상담 질의에 대한 답변 결정에서 성능이 향상됨을 보였다.

Preferences of Foodservice Types for the Elderly Patients at the Long-term Care Facilities through Conjoint Analysis (컨조인트 분석에 의한 노인의료전문 병원의 급식서비스 선호도 연구)

  • The elderly population in Korea is growing rapidly and their needs for long-term care has also increased. By the year 2018, our society will be approaching aged society and by 2026 it will be a super-aged society. The purpose of this study was to employ conjoint analysis to establish the relative importance of foodservice encounters in terms of determining the utility values of hospital foodservice for elderly patients. According to the results pearson's R(0.420) and Kendall's tau(0.402) statistics showed that the model fits the data well(p<0.05). The relative importance scores of hospital foodservice encounters were as follows: dietary counseling with dietetics(51.2%), foodservice personnel(48.7%), and food(0.1%). A soft cooking method(0.001) was preferred to a general cooking method(0.001), and kind foodservice personnel(0.086) were preferred to quick service(-0.086). Finally, counseling with a dietitian once a week(-0.138) was preferred to counseling twice a week (-0.276). Based on this conjoint analysis, the most preferable model for foodservice at a long-term care facility would be; soft cooking methods, kind service by foodservice personnel, and dietetic counseling once a week. Overall, a better understanding of the specific needs of our institutionalized elderly is one of the key elements that can help our long-term care system develop improved foodservice programs.

  • 한인가정상담소의 발표에 따르면 COVID-19의 확산이 본격 시작된 2020년에 '부부·파트너 간 갈등'이 상담소 내담자의 가장 큰 비중을 차지한다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문은 웹 기반의 이혼 확률 예측 서비스를 구현함으로써 상담 전 부부 사이의 심각성을 파악하는 데 도움을 주고자 한다. 서비스를 구현하기 위해 Kaggle에 공개된 이혼 예측 데이터를 활용하여 설문지에 대한 응답을 기반으로 이혼 확률을 예측하는 인공지능 모델을 생성하고 웹에 적용하였다.

A Study on Health Information and Medical Consulting via Internet Focusing on the Age Group of 20s (인터넷을 활용한 건강정보 및 의료상담에 관한 연구 (20대를 중심으로))

  • High Internet usage and the public's keen interest on health have influenced the health care system, and a potential value of the online health information and medical consultation market is immense. This study reveals results from data collected from Seoul residents in the age group of 20s in 2011. Out of 499 respondents, 75.2% answered that they used online health information; however, only 7.2% answered that they have used online medical consultation services. Findings on the purposes of using online medical consultation included treatments of symptoms(33.6%) and self-disciplines of one's health(19.5%). Mostly used Websites for health information search included search engines and blogs, but respondents preferred to use government sites and hospital sites in the future. When choosing a medical consultation, respondents preferred a certain website for different reasons including creditability of the consultant(23.7%), creditability of the organization(23.7%), rapid responses(21.2%), and more. Overall, although health information search via web is being highly utilized among people in their 20s, utilization of online medical consulting is not. Thus, promotion efforts to increase awareness and utilization of online medical consulting based on the site selection criteria, type of personal information disclosure, and other preferences are essential. Also, creating websites meeting these criteria is important.

A Study on the Perception of Sports Psychological Counseling

  • This study conducted surveys and in-depth interviews to explore the perception of sports psychology counseling among athletes. The participants included a total of 8 individuals: 307 athletes surveyed, 4 athletes who had received counseling, and 4 who had not. The survey investigated athletes' perceptions and management of psychological training, the perceived necessity of seeking advice for everyday concerns, willingness to use and perceived need for sports psychology counseling, prior experiences, and pre-engagement considerations. According to the survey results, 69.1% of athletes recognized the importance of mental training, but only 33.2% actually underwent psychological training. Furthermore, while 67.8% expressed a desire to receive education on psychological training from professionals, only 19.9% reported having searched for related information. When asked about their willingness to pay for sports psychology counseling services, 55.7% expressed willingness. Reasons for wanting to receive counseling, reasons for not wanting to receive counseling, and preferences or considerations for counseling sessions were listed as well. In the in-depth interviews, participants were classified into those who had received counseling and those who had not, delving deeply into motivations for seeking counseling or reasons for not doing so, perceptions during counseling sessions, considerations, preferred types of counselors, and program preferences. Based on this research, discussions and recommendations were provided with the perspective of utilizing sports psychology counseling as foundational data for providing high-quality services to users.

  • 수준 높은 공공서비스를 제공받고자 하는 국민의 권리의식이 향상되고 정보기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 고객의 요구사항이 다양하다. 신속하고 정확한 상담의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 수단으로서 콜센터에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 공공기관의 고객접점인 콜센터에서 근무하는 상담원들의 직무특성과 직무태도를 통하여 직무만족과 이직의도에 대한 상관관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이직의도를 낮추기 위해서는 상사의 관심과 지원이 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 고객접점을 운영함에 있어서 직무상 발생하는 스트레스를 효율적으로 관리하여 상담원의 직무만족을 증대시켜 이직의도를 낮추는데 기여하고자 한다.

The moderating effects of converging smart work and supervisor's support in the study of turnover on job satisfaction in call centers (콜 센터에서 이직요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 있어 스마트워크와 상사지원 융복합 서비스의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is first to understand agent's turnover from both academic and perspectives. Then we suggest convergence of smart work paradigm and supervisor's support as the relieving factors of turnover, The research model of this study is based upon reviews of turnover literature, the smart work and supervisor's support as moderating variables from which research hypotheses were derived. The data came from the survey from financial sector agents such as banking, insurance, and others. The analyses has been done by SPSS 20.0, We used multiple regressions to test the effects of the tested variables on the dependent variable, job satisfaction. The results of this study find significant relations of smart work and supervisor's supports in relations to personal and job-related turnover. The implication is smart work and supervisor's supports play significant role in increasing job satisfactions. Major finding is too much supervisor's supports ignoring agent's situations may bring reverse effects on relieving turnover.

Evaluation of counseling Services in Private Consumer Counseling Sites (민간 소비자상담 사이트의 상담서비스 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate counseling services in consumer counseling sites. We analyzed the contents and services of consumer counseling from the following internet sites; http : //www . gcn. or. kr , http : //www. jubuclub. or. kr, http : //www. cacpk. erg, http : //www . tor. co. kr/~ consumer, http : //civ. miriman. co. kr, http ://my. netian .com/~rokmc9. The major findings were summarized as follows: (1) All sites provided both a lot of information on consumer affairs and services for consumer counseling. (2) Two out of six private consumer counseling sites were technically inappropriated. They are wow.gen.or.kr and cia.miriman.co.kr (3) Consumer counseling services with specialized information and laws on consumer affairs were more likely provided from sites of consumer organizations than personal sites. (4) Personal sites made more consumer friendly communication than organization sites.

Factors Associated with Burnout of Korean Child Protective Service Workers (아동학대예방센터 상담원의 소진관련 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Relations of factors associated with burnout were investigated among 124 child protective service workers currently working in Korean Child Abuse Prevention Centers nationwide. Three categories of factors associated with burnout were examined; (1) individual characteristics, (2) job-related characteristics, and (3) job-satisfaction. Social survey method using questionnaires by mail was employed. MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory) for measuring burnout, a part of Smith, Kendal & Hulin's JDI(Job Description Index) for job-satisfaction, and a scale measuring the special characteristics of job developed by researchers were used. Mann-Whitney test and Kruskal-Wallis test were employed to analyze the data. Across all burnout sub-scales(emotional depletion, dehumanization of clients, lack of feelings of achievement), subjects reported a high degree(above the cutting point) of burnout. Several factors were identified as associated with burnout. Child protective service workers who are young, single with front line worker status reported higher burnout. Lack of education and training before the job location were another factors which contributed to worker burnout. Lack of proper supervision stood out as another burnout provoking factor. Job-satisfaction was negatively correlated with all three burnout sub-scales, which meant the lower the job-satisfaction, the higher the burnout of service workers. The findings implicate that the administrators of Child Abuse Prevention Centers should pay close attention to their workers' sign of burnout and develop carefully designed support system which include provision of excellent supervision, proper education and training opportunities and organizational effort to strengthen employees' overall job-satisfaction to secure their quality of services toward abused children and their family.
