Design and Implementation of a Survey System for Expanding Big Data-Based Commercial District Service (빅 데이터 기반의 상권 서비스 확장을 위한 설문조사시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • The proportion of micro-enterprises and self-employed in Korea is excessively high compared to that of major developed countries, and frequent start-ups and business closures are repeated, causing enormous damage to the national economy. In order to solve this problem, various studies are underway for micro-enterprises, and the government provides commercial district information analysis services using big data for micro-enterprises. Among the commercial district information analysis services, the commercial district information analysis of our village store operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government is continuously improving its service to provide the big data analysis service related to micro-enterprises. Since the service was built by integrating big data provided by various organizations, however, there are limitations in data reliability, data analysis, and service composition. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper proposes a location-based survey system that can be analyzed in conjunction with big data-based commercial district services. The proposed questionnaire survey system established the basis for expending the big data commercial district analysis service by linking the survey information and commercial district information.

  • In Korea, micro-enterprises are in charge of an important part of the common people's economy, but face difficulties such as excessive competition, deteriorating profitability, and concentration of life-oriented industries. In order to solve this problem, the government is providing commercial district analysis services for micro-enterprises. However, the data provided by various organizations is not standardized, and there is a limit to the composition of the service with limited data. In this paper, we propose a method of solving the data consistency problem and linking and analyzing between questionnaire information and commercial district information to expand the data analysis service. The proposed linking methods are three methods: linking the commercial area information and questionnaire information in the same area based on the type of business and area, linking the survey information centered on individual micro-enterprise, and linking a small area of questionnaire information with a large area of commercial district information. The linked commercial district information and questionnaire information can be used in various ways or expanded analysis services. This proposed a method to overcome the limitations of existing commercial district analysis services with questionnaire information and lay the foundation for expanding the commercial district analysis services necessary for micro-enterprises.

  • According to data released by the Covid 19 Self-Employed Emergency Response Committee, 95.6% of small business sales due to Covid 19 have decreased over the past two years, and the damage has further increased due to social distancing for quarantine. However, as all social distancing guidelines have rebeen lifted, and the commercial district has been revitalized, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is pushing for a project to foster local brand commercial districts so that small business owners or prospective founders who have closed their businesses due to the prolonged COVID-19. Therefore, this study propose the model that recommends alley commercial districts suitable for founders among the five alley commercial districts selected for the project to foster local brand commercial districts in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government's local brand alley commercial recommendation system recommends major population age groups and major industries in the commercial district by combining the population perspective model using Xgboost and the commercial district characteristic model using Decision Tree.

  • Commercial analysis has been used for a lot of reasons such as improving the distribution structure, operational cost savings. However, existing commercial assay system is mostly flow through the analysis of the population and the environment around the store. Therefore, in this paper, we design a path weighted data analysis system for efficient product arrangement. It is not applying the analysis method of the existing commercial sales center but the data analysis system applying the weight to the form of customers' paths in a store. In conjunction with the existing POS system, it provides effective product placement in department stores, such as supermarkets, convenience stores. To this end, a system that maximizes efficiency of product placement in stores, receiving path data, converting them into statistics data that apply the weight, and printing out them into a visualized monitering system for the manager to see was designed.

  • This study suggests a reliable auction right analysis system that improves the existing auction right analysis in a sense that the system is more applicable to a real economic world. The existing study has used an auction successful bidding price rate and an auction successful contract price for its estimation of the auction right analysis. But in this paper the degree of market vitality which is provided from the commercial zone analysis is used as an input variable so the expected auction price can be estimated and the auction right analysis is conducted in that manner.

  • While most of the real estate information provided on the web is simply based on the information of the properties like addresses, locations, prices etc, this paper suggests methodologies for the development of a total information system of real estate which can provide, in an one-stop mode, value-added real estate information contents. The total information system of real estate designed in this paper includes a geological information system using a GIS, a property information system using photos and videos, a systemized legal consulting system, a web call center where customers can communicate with real estate experties on the web and lastly marketing analyses system using credit card data.

  • 본 연구는 대량의 상권 데이터를 바탕으로 머신 러닝과 딥러닝 분석을 이용하여 최적의 상권 입지를 추천하는 시스템 개발을 목표로 한다. 자영업자들의 오프라인 창업에 있어 개개인의 매장 정보에 기반한 입지 조건 판단은 앞으로의 매출에 중요한 시작점이다. 따라서 상권 정보를 기반으로 미래 매출을 예측하여 최적의 상권 입지를 추천하는 기술이 필요하다. 이를 위해 기존에 선행된 다수의 회귀 기법과 더불어 강하게 편향된 데이터를 레이블링 하여 다중 분류 기법으로도 문제를 접근한다. 최종적으로 딥러닝 모델과 합성하여 더 높은 성능을 이끌어내고 이로부터 편향 데이터 처리 방법과 딥러닝 모델과의 앙상블 중요성에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

  • The study used GIS methods to analyze a business district consisting of traditional markets and large-scale stores, to determine the level of support needed for small enterprises in an urban area of Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. Data gathered on the area was analyzed using GIS tools such as Kernel density, Network analysis, and Huff modeling. Traditional markets are concentrated in areas where large-scale stores are located, and data analyses show that the number of consumer'use of large-scale stores (157,071) was three times that of traditional markets (59,953). One explanation for these results is that the large-scale stores are located either in densely populated areas or are adjacent to the traditional markets. Therefore, standards and regulations are needed to support small enterprise business districts. In the future, the results of this study can be used as a reference for planning and supporting traditional market business districts.

  • A analysis on the spatial features is required for exploratory spatial data analysis of information about space location(population ecological factor, social ecological factor) to manage the store factors, the service industry, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide correlation analysis method between the types of service trade using dependence between spatial objects on the geographical space and statistical correlation and to analyze the spatial features through the deduction of correlation analysis between the types of the neighborhood trade area.
