The welding part of the valve needs immediate action when leakage occurs due to cracks or damage. In order to repair leakage of the welding part, the valve must be separated from the pipe or replaced with a new valve. However, it is difficult to remove the valve while operating the power plant. This study presents a method to remove leakage by precisely processing the gap between the clamp and the incision part within 0.1mm while installed in the pipe system. If the external leakage is removed using a clamp on the welding part without removing the valve during operation, the time and cost required for maintenance can be reduced.

물은 인체 조직의 70%를 점유하고 있으며 만일 5%정도의 수분을 상실하게 되면 인간은 혼수상태가 되며, 12%정도를 잃으면 생명을 유지할 수 없다. 따라서 물은 신체의 유지는 물론 인간생활에 있어서 없어서는 안될 중요한 자원으로서 그 사용량과 수질은 문화 생활의 정도를 가늠하는 척도로 여겨져 왔다. 기존의 풍부한 물은 단순히 자유재로 생각되어 왔으나, 최근 들면서 귀중한 자원이며 경제재라는 인식이 확산되고 있으며 물을 수자원이라고 부르는 것이 세계적 추세이다.

박물관은 인류가 이룩한 물질문명과 정신문화의 집적을 특정한 주제를 중심으로 표현하는 문화공간으로서 한 나라의 문화수준을 측정할 수 있는 장소이며, 역사적으로 가치 있는 조형예술을 보존하고 계승할 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 현대사회에 들어오면서 박물관은 사회적 변화에 따른 가치관의 변화와 함께 관람자의 시각적 및 행태적 기능과 사회 문화적이고 사회 교육적인 기능을 통합하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 이에 대하여 자료를 가장 최적의 상태로 보관, 전시하여 보존에 가장 유리한 환경을 조성함과 동시에 이를 관람하는 사람들이 유물의 특성을 쾌적한 상태에서 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 한다.

1973∼1974년의 OPEC의 석유수출금지 이전까지, 사람들은 에너지는 무한하고 충분하다고 생각하였고, 이러한 생각은 대부분의 에너지가 값이 싸기 때문에 확실한 것으로 보여졌다. 이러한 에너지에 대한 개념으로 파생된 문제점들은 비싼 에너지를 과도하게 사용하는 학교, 병원, 상업 및 공항 건물들의 설계 및 운전에서 나타나게 되었다.

Internationally Present-day, the paradigm in rural community is changing to continually prospering rural community. So, it's time to provide the vision of new rural life. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic plan which can revitalize the rural area and improve the living standards of the inhabitants. The range of this study is restricted to Sam-Sin village in Hadong and from Feb. 2002 to May 2002. We arranged the outline of 'new rural community development project' and investigated the present state of the village by spot survey. Through the study, we suggest green-tea which can increase the life quality of inhabitants and achieve the prosperity of the village at the same time. We expect the results of this study can realize the Green Tourism and establish the identity of village caused by green-tea cultural festival.
