본 논문은 기업 대표이사의 이미지가 기업 경제적 가치에 미치는 요인을 바탕으로 삼성전자 대표의 사법처리에 따른 기업의 가치 변화를 밝히는 데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다. 삼성전자 대표의 사법처리와 브랜드 가치 변화를 논증하기 위해 국내 한국 산업정책연구원과 외국 인터브랜드가 평가한 분석 자료를 근거로 논증하였다. 삼성전자의 대표이사 이재용이 구속된 이후 2017년에도 삼성전자 브랜드 가치는 전년도 보다 9% 상승하여 562억 달러를 기록했으며, 2018년 10월 4일 인터브랜드가 발표한 글로벌 100대 브랜드에 따르면 삼성전자는 6위를 유지하였고, 2019년에 브랜드 가치는 610억 9천800만 달러로 평가되었다. 2020년 5위에 이어 2021년 상반기 이재용 대표가 구속된 동안에도 삼성전자의 가치는 5위를 유지하였다. 본 연구에서 삼성전자는 2000년대 이후 대표이사의 사법처리에 관계없이 기업의 생산과 브랜드 가치는 계속 상승하였고 기업의 경영과 브랜드 가치가 정착되었다는 것을 밝혔다. 본 연구의 결과 이제 우리나라는 기업 대표이사의 이미지가 브랜드 가치를 영향을 주는 시대는 지났으며, 특히 삼성전자는 대표이사의 사법처리와 관계없이 기업의 경영과 브랜드 가치가 정착되었다는 것을 밝혔다.

관람석에서 바비큐를 먹으며 경기를 보거나 좀더 가까이 선수들을 볼 수 있는 야구장. 탁 트인 구장으로 경기장 밖에서도 선수들과 관중들을 보면서 함께 즐길 수 있는 야구장. 야구팬들이라면 누구나 미국 메이저리그 야구장에서만 볼 수 있는 풍경을 국내에서도 볼 수 있기를 꿈꾸었을 것이다. 최근 그 꿈이 실현됐다. 바로 지난 3월 19일 시범경기 개막전을 치른 '대구삼성라이온즈파크' 야구장이다. 미국 메이저리그 필라델피아 필리스의 홈구장인 '시티즌스뱅크파크'의 모양을 벤치마킹한 '대구삼성라이온즈파크' 야구장은 국내 최초로 팔각형으로 설계돼 넓은 관람공간과 탁 트인 시야가 특징이다. 지난 2012년 12월 첫 삽을 뜬 후 40여 개월 만에 총사업비 1,666억원을 투입해 지난 3월 완공되었다. '대구삼성라이온즈파크'는 야구 명문인 대구 경북의 자긍심과 함께 대구의 새로운 랜드마크로 자리매김하며 도시브랜드 향상과 더불어 시민들의 놀이, 휴식공간, 나아가 전국의 야구팬들이 찾고 싶은 관광 명소가 될 것으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 대구광역시 수성구 연호동에 위치한 대구삼성라이온즈파크는 (주)대우건설컨소시엄이 종합 시공을, (주)백산이엔씨가 냉 난방, 위생, 소방 등 기계설비를 시공했다. 본지는 준공 후 마무리 작업이 한창인 지난 3월 중순 대구삼성라이온즈 파크 현장에서 (주)대우건설 금현철 현장소장과 (주)백산이엔씨(대표 김주환) 김재화 현장소장을 만났다.

The stainless steel basket-bowl, a critical component of washing machines, is characterized by its unique two-tiered circular shape. This study explores the potential of a draw-bead free die design to address tearing concerns in the prospective plastic layer during the drawing operation. In order to prevent wrinkles that may arise from the absence of a draw-bead, a two-stage punch configuration is proposed. The influence of the blank holder force on wrinkle reduction is also examined. Finite element analysis is employed to evaluate the proposed die design by analyzing the wrinkle shape and strain mode. The results confirm that the stainless steel basket-bowl can be successfully drawn without wrinkles utilizing the proposed two-stage punch without a draw-bead on the blank holder. These findings contribute to the development of more efficient and reliable manufacturing processes for the stainless steel basket-bowl production.

Plantar heel pain is a common clinical problem in foot and ankle clinics. Typically, several conditions such as plantar fasciitis, fat pad atrophy, and calcaneal fracture may lead to plantar heel pain. However, subcalcaneal bursitis occurred between plantar fascia and plantar fat pad has rarely been described as a cause of plantar heel pain. To our knowledge, subcalcaneal bursitis has been reported only once, but there was no mention of preceding factors. We firstly present a case of subcalcaneal bursitis occurred after excessive walking exercise known as "Nordic walking" and successfully managed with conservative treatments that relieve impact on plantar heel.

Lateral epicondylopathy represents pain in the lateral (radial aspect) of the elbow caused by degeneration in the common extensor tendon. Calcium deposit frequently developes in lateral epicondylopathy, with the prevalence up to 46%. There are considerable debates on its treatment protocols for lateral epicondylopathy so far, likewise, the effective treatment method for calcific lateral epicondylopathy has not been established. We report here a case of chronic intractable calcific lateral epicondylopathy treated with ultrasound-guided barbotage and focused type extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT). To our knowledge, this is the first report of calcific lateral epicondylopathy treated by ultrasound-guided barbotage combined with ESWT.
