An Empirical Study of the Influencing Factors of Management Consulting Performance on Application Intend mediating the consulting deliverables and satisfaction (컨설팅 산출물과 컨설팅 만족도를 매개로한 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 성과 영향요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed at policy proposal to increase the management consulting application intend, investigating the factor that influence the application intend in terms of consultant side, consulting diagnosed small and medium sized enterprises side by means of consulting satisfaction and consulting deliverables. The results of this study showed that consultant capacity and consulting performance have positive impacts on the consulting deliverables and satisfaction, but the collaboration of diagnosed SMEs have no significant effect on consulting deliverables. In addition, verifying the mediating effect of consulting deliverables and consulting satisfaction for the consulting application intend, consultant capacity and consulting performance was mediated fully by the consulting deliverables and satisfaction. The collaboration of diagnosed SMEs was not mediated by the consulting deliverables, but particialy mediated by the consulting satisfaction.

  • Product Line Engineering(PLE) is one of the technologies that develop applications economically reusing core assets. PLE consists of Framework Engineering(FE) and Application Engineering. Framework Engineering is to develop core assets that have common functionality shared by a set of family members. Application Engineering is to develop a specific application by instantiating the core assets. The PLE process increases reusability and efficiency because a specific application is developed by using core assets with less time and effort. Since definition of PLE artifacts and relationship between artifacts are not clear. developers have several troubles to make artifacts based on PLE process, are difficult to maintain consistency between artifacts, and do not use PLE process more practically. In this paper, we define meta-models of artifacts that are produced in PLE activities of PLE process and describe the traceability relationship between artifacts by using traceability map and guidelines that can apply traceability relationship. Finally, we define the way how trace links and guidelines of traceability map are applied.

Cerebral activation related with morphological priming effect in production of Korean Endings (한국어 어말어미 산출관련 대뇌 활성화)

  • 본 연구는 한국어 어말어미 산출시 나타나는 대뇌 활성화 영역을 살펴보기 위하여 실시되었다. 두 가지 실험이 실시되었다 실험 1은 어말어미의 기본형을 주고 이를 의문형, 명령형으로 산출하는 고립단어 실험을 실시하였다. 통제 조건으로 모음변환조건(C1)과 아라비아문자보기(C2)를 사용하였다. 실험 1의 결과 ‘어말어미-C1’ 조건에서 좌반구의 측두엽과 전두엽부분의 의 활성화 superior temporal gyrus와 inferior frontal gyrus의 활성화가 관찰되었다. ‘어말어미-C2’ 의 조건에서 우반구에서 후두엽의 활성화와 좌반구에서의 후두엽, 전두엽, lingual G, Cuneus, fusiform G, inferior occipital G에서의 활성화를 관찰할 수 있었다. 실험 2는 명령형과 의문형 어미의 형태점화효과와 관련된 대뇌 활성화 영역을 관찰하기 위하여 Er-fMRI 기법을 이용하여 실시되었다. 실험 조건은 어미동일조건, 어간반복조건, 무관련 조건으로 구성되었다. 피험자들은 점화자극이 제시된 후 신호가 제시되고 나오는 표적단어를 의문형 또는 명령으로 산출하도록 하는 과제를 실시하였다. 뇌 활성화 영역을 분석한 결과 의문형과 명령형을 산출할 때의 활성화 영역에서 $^{\ast}^{\ast}^{\ast}$를 볼 때의 영역을 빼기 (substraction)한 결과 공통적으로 좌반구 브로카 영역이 활성화되었고, 의문형과 명령형 안에서 어미동일조건에서 무관련 조건을 뺀 경우에는 좌반구의 superior temporal G 영역의 활성화가 관찰되었다. 이들 결과를 종합해 볼 때 어말어미 산출 그 자체와 직접 관련되는 영역으로는 좌반구의 측두엽과 전두엽 부분이 관찰되었다. 특히 한국어 어말어미 산출시 나타나는 형태점화 양상과 관련된 대뇌영역으로 발견된 브로카 영역에서의 활성화는 어미 변환과 관련된 영역이라기보다는 산출시 관련되는 articulation, motor coordinate관련 영역으로 추정되고, 측두엽의 활성화는 형태소, 의미 관련 지식의 data base로 추정된다. 또한 우반구 전두엽 부분에서 관찰된 활성화는 억제관련 영역으로 짐작된다.

  • We studied the financial performance of ammunition stockpile reliability program on the Defense Management. We proposed the direct effect analysis, the indirect effect analysis and the combat power reinforcement effect as the financial performance analysis methodology. And, we estimated the financial performance using the proposed methods and the data of 2013 ASRP's data The financial performance by direct effect and indirect effect analysis was 99.96billion won and 303.7billion won. Also, The financial performance by reinforced Combat power reinforcement was 12.06 billion won. Therefore, the total financial performance of Ammunition Stockpile Reliability Program was 52.43 billion won.

  • Recently, the interests in three-dimensional design and BIM(Building Information Modeling) are increasing in civil engineering sector and the researches about three-dimensional design and quantity take-off methods for civil engineering structures have been conducted. However, these studies are just carried out the 3D design and quantity calculation of civil structures on the road or railway such as bridges and tunnels. The study on the quantity take-off methods and the evaluation of calculated results on the earth works should be performed in more detail. Based on these backgrounds in mind, the study was conducted the three-dimensional road design and evaluated the quantity take-off results on the earth works using 3D calculation method(average end area method, prismoidal method and composit method). The calculated quantity from composit method showed about 5% error of measuring efficiency than the average end area method, and when reporting the quantity calculation of earth works, it is necessary to specify the calculation method using quantity take-off of earth works.

  • Software development creates many product that class components, Class Diagram, form, object, and design pattern. So this Paper suggests Index/XML Sequence Relation information system for product abstraction and classification, the system of design product Sequence Relation abstraction which can store, reuse design patterns in the meta modeling database with pattern Relation information. This is Index/XML Sequence Relation system which can easily change various relation information of product for product abstraction and classification. This system designed to extract and classify design pattern efficiently and then functional indexing, sequence base indexing for standard pattern, code indexing to change pattern into code and grouping by Index-ID code, and its role information can apply by structural extraction and design pattern indexing process. and it has managed various products, class item, diagram, forms, components and design pattern.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest problems and improving plan of process of calculating escalation rate of the Historical Cost by price fluctuation. In order to implement this research, we analyzed problems by calculating the rate of price fluctuation with Historical Cost and measurement applying method making on-site with historical cost data were included as samples and suggested improving plan to the adjustment of contract cost. The results of research according to this are same as followings:1) Of all construction details, it is more appropriate to calculate price fluctuation by applying measurement method to the contents of historical cost unit. 2) To avoid confusion in calculating method, it was indicated that amendment in part should be achieved in order to calculate by measuring the part of calculating escalation rate of Historical Cost at related law and regulation.

  • Reinforcing steel work plays an important role in terms of its structural performance or weight of construction cost for reinforced concrete structures. Precise estimation of re-bar quantity gives a basis for managing the reinforcing steel work effectively. However, the estimation process is still performed ineffectively based upon the expert's experience or manpower in spite of the advanced technology or improvement efforts. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a prototype system for taking-off the quantity of reinforcing steel bars quickly and accurately in an order consistent with the specific members identified on the drawings. An estimate algorithm considering the connection, settlement and coating thickness of re-bars was suggested regarding to their replacement conditions which places more emphasis on constructibility. Also, this system produces the shop drawings automatically with the calculation results.

Estimation of Spectrum Requirements for 3G Mobile Communications Based on the Analysis of Korean Mobile Communications Traffic (국내 이동 통신 트래픽 분석에 의한 3G 이동 통신 주파수 소요량 산출)

  • Recently, as the 3G services of Korea have stepped into the developing stage and the traffic has been rapidly increasing, the spectrum requirements have been getting very large. Therefore spectrum reforming is considered actively and firstly exact methodology of spectrum requirement estimation is needed. But existing methodology depends on the future's service forecast than the present substantial data. This paper proposed the exact methodology of spectrum requirement estimation is based on the real data. So this paper analyzed the characteristics of Korean mobile communication traffic based on the real data and the algorithm suitable for estimation of spectrum requirements for 3G mobile communications, and calculated the parameters needed to estimate the spectrum requirements. Based on the traffic parameters of December 2007, simulations to Bet the estimation of annual spectrum requirements were implemented for the two different cases: one of which is 44 % annual increase in the data traffic and the other is 21 % annual increase. The simulation results show 90 MHz for the first case and 60 MHz for the second case in December 2011.

  • This study is for the segmentation and volume calculation of the white matter and gray matter from brain MRI. In general, the volume of white and gray matter is reduced by contraction of each components in the case of mental retardation which are Alzheimer's disease and Down's syndrome. As results, it is useful for diagnostic and early detection for various mental retardation through the tracing of variation for its volume from the brain MRI. But, until now, it was very difficult to calculate the partial volume of each components existing in some thickness, because MR image was represented by single gray value after scanning by MR scanner. Accordingly, new segmentation algorithm proposed in this paper is to calculate the partial volume of the white and gray matter existing in some thickness through the analysis of the blurred gray value, and is to determine the threshold for segmentation of white and gray matter, and is to calculate the volume of each segmented component. And finally, proposed algorithm was applied the models which was created manually, and then acquired results was compared with that of original model.
